Oh my god. Why was no one wearing their mask??? There were more customers wearing masks than employees which is sorta of gross and inconsiderate. The pandemic isnt over and a lady working there was coughing too. I love the frozen drinks but this makes me concider just going to burger king for one.

Your breakfast pizza used to be so good now its just horrible! There is hardly ANY ingredients on it and its overdone. WTH! Get it together!

Really efficient team and most employees are way nicer than your average customer service workers. Young man remembered me (and what I ordered) a day later. You dont generally see that at chains.Store is also very clean looking.Happy to frequent this location when nearby visiting family.

As a snack and beverage fan this is a great stop. They have a small kitchen with hot foods. Today as I was browsing the baked goodies I discovered a Brookie, it is a brownie and cookie muffin. It was fresh and just sweet enough. I paired my Brookie with a Black and green peach tea. Yum! Fast service, clean bathroom.

Usually love coming here but when you wait at the front counter for a cashier and they get defensive and rude when they finally show up is not cool. Definitely didnt appreciate that.

QT is the best convenience store around. Known for hiring and training the best. The folks who work at this location need to come to KC and learn how to work QT-Style. They were lacking gusto when counting my change, and forgot to say, See you next time! All the trash cans were full, and I stopped caring at this point. Didnt feel like I was at a QT.

Thought qt was a convenience store. Not so! Today July 5, 2015, tried to buy a money order for $330.00 with a debit card, which I can do at many otherclocatiojs in Metro Des Moines area and was told i could only use cash. But they had an ATM I could use but my debit card has a $ 300.00 atm withdrawl limit of 300.00 dollars and so it was a waste of time to have even stooped there. Money transfers fast with a debit card. Not like they would be out any money. I had other items that had to be tossed out because humans touched them. I told them enjoy having to wastevthe products cause they were so rude about it i just walked out. Sign me a former qt user!
