I truly miss this place and as I normally get the same thing every time (white-chocolate Mocha) they remembered. I did go with a different choice this time. (Mango 🥭 Black Ice tea) I must say at least for me its an acquired taste. I did not like it as well as my best friend but it was nice, cool, and refreshing on this hot day.I realize they also did some decorating which improved the already relaxing and cozy atmosphere. Keep up the AWESOME! customer service guys 🌈🤗🌈

Ordered through the mobile app and saw they weren’t busy (drive up and inside) so we headed over. Got our order only to be passively aggressively told that we should wait 10 minutes to pick up our order. Pretty sure if we had ordered the same order in the drive thru it wouldn’t have changed anything or the amount of time. I do not recommend this location.

Got a campfire blended drink was half liquid. They asked if I wanted to try there XL size I said no then got to the window and my total was over 7 dollars and then was handed a giant drink. Not impressed.

I haven’t had a “bad” experience at any caribou in Fargo, but I have to say this one (on 13th Ave) is the best! They are super fast and have never messed up an order. They are always friendly. I have come to frequent this place and am always impressed. Excellent customer service: Friendly, fast, and accurate!

It usually is great but one time i got my order completely wrong, but besides that i know it will happen every once in awhile, but it is pretty good.

The staff at this Caribou are just wonderful! They always go the extra mile to make my drink or food order extra perfect. Ive never had a sub par beverage here. Its one of my favorite Caribous in the area.
Was hoping to sit and relax inside but cant stay now. You can only order and leave now. I can hardly wait for lobby to be open as normal.

This is my favorite Caribou location. Theres a lot of places to sit and its a very relaxing atmosphere. I used this location all the time in college to do school work and I use it quite often now for business meetings. Plus the coffee and food is amazing!

It was nice. I liked the cold pressed coffee. I wasnt really dirty but they could have been a little more proactive about wiping tables.
Best location of all the Caribou Coffee shops in town. Could have more comfortable seating.I have a hard time finding something I like here other than drip coffee - but if youre into sugary foo foo drinks (frappuchinos, flavored lattes, etc) than this is the place for you!

Ive never had a problem with this location before. I usually go to this location for my coffees. However, on Tuesday when I went, I ordered a pumpkin chai. I lifted the cup to take a drink and realized it felt really light. I opened the cup to see that it was only half full, including the foam on top. I was not impressed. I spent money on a full cup, and received a half full cup. Hopefully this can be avoided in the future so that Caribou does not receive bad reviews for carelessness.

Love Caribou! Their coolers and mochas are the best! They are usually busy though so make time if you want to stop, but they usually are fast too.
DO NOT GO HERE!!!! The coffee is always bad and they never get my order right! Absolute worst business I have ever consistently had so many problems. My order hasnt been right the last 5 times Ive been here they cant even remake my drink properly I want to go get my money back and not even drink this. its ridiculous! GO TO THE CARIBOU IN HORNBACHERS village west!!!

I was slightly disappointed in this location. I am from Michigan and recently moved. Looking for a replacement for Biggby coffee I stopped. Here. I am highly allergic to dairy so always get soy and specify my allergy. The person before me got soy as well, but they had milk chocolate in theirs and steamed the chocolate IN the soy container. They had already started making mine when I had to stop them. Very dangerous if I hadnt been paying attention.
