After trying to find fuel for a work need and trying another company to only get rude customer service, calling Petro Serve USA was the best call I made. They were fast, friendly and got the job done the next day. I will be using them again, for our company needs in the Fargo, ND area! Keep up the good work!

Great place to work

Had a terrible experience with Petro serve. We had been customers since 2009, although the 1st 2 years were thru a company they later bought. I negotiated a contract for the 2020-2021 heating season. They broke the contract, charging more per gallon than we had agreed. They were rude and condescending. I called and wrote letters about this error, but received no responses. So, a couple.of months ago, I switched suppliers, due to their refusal to.honor our contract. I emailed them to inform them that I was switching suppliers due to their refusal to honor the contracted price, and that they could pick.up their tank at the convenience. They came and got their tank. Now, I got a bill for tank rental. What is going on?
