Terrible customer service. They installed a fence that was not what we requested. When we tried to inquire as to what our options were we received no response after leaving several messages and sending many emails that were ignored by them over a 3 month period. We finally got ahold of somebody in the office who said they would come out and look at the fence in a few days. That was 3 weeks ago and still nobody....Would not recommend.

My wife and I purchased our first home over the summer and were looking to get the existing small chain link and withered wooden fences taken down and a fresh, new cedar fence to replace it. A big obstacle with all this was not just taking down the existing fences, but also the jungle that grew within the chain link fence and masses of shrubbery that bordered our lot. Other fencing companies either gave outrageous quotes to remove all the shrubbery and put up a new fence, or they did not offer the option to remove the shrubbery at all.I was fortunate to find Duane and his team at Precision Fence. They gave a quote that was quite reasonable for removing all the shrubbery AND old fences and putting up a new cedar fence. They were timely with the whole process and were easy to get a hold of if I had any questions. The quote was spot-on and there were no hidden costs. Our house started to look like a home once the fence was installed. I would recommend Precision Fence for anyone looking for a new fence without the hassle of doing any of the dirty work.

Worst company we have ever worked with. Would NOT recommend them if they were the last fencing company on earth. HORRIBLE customer service and even worst installation. Owner Duwane is a joke, very cheap.
