Called in, wanted estimate and when service guy available. Given line of BS about service late that afternoon. No one showed up. Called in, got answering service. Finally got call back, no one available for 4 days. This place used to be good, now too big for little jobs like installing residential openers.

No problems at all with their service. They were very attentive to what I needed and came out when they said they would.The first visit was a couple years ago to repair my garage door that wouldnt open. Took a couple days, but the price was right and I was happy.The second visit was more recent. My door was rusting out at the bottom and I just wanted the panel replaced. They were honest and up front by letting me know I could either have the panel replaced or replace the entire door brand new for a little bit more than just repairing the one panel. I went with that and am very happy with our purchase. The door looks great and Im glad I went with the replacement. They replace all the parts, not just the door, so you know everything is just right. Cant beat brand new!9

I had a problem with my double garage door not closing today. It was sleeting out with snow on the way, and I was needing some help. I called Twin City Garage Door to explain my problem. They had a technician available, and he arrived within a half hour or so after I called. He quickly determined he needed to replace a belt in my opener. Our old garage door quit working. We looked around and dreaded what we were finding. We called these guys to atleast see what was wrong with our door. Gentleman came out, quoted a fix it price and also a price to replace door and all. We chose to replace everything. Stellar price. The guy did a great job. We are very happy with the work done and it looks very good. One day installation and we are an hour out of Fargo. Highly recommend to anyone who needs a pro to get the job done right and at a really REALLY good price.

The spring broke on my garage door opener. I called another company who referred me to Twin City Garage Door. Tim, in the service department, told me they would either get to my place yet this afternoon or right away tomorrow morning. A couple hours after I called, they were here to fix the problem. The repairman even oiled and adjusted the door so it would work properly. He completed the job in approx. 40 min. Great service! I would recommend them to anyone with garage door woes.
