Highly recommend Adventure RV for your next RV/camper purchase! The staff was super helpful, spent a couple hours with us explaining all the ins and outs of our new camper. Purchase went smoothly, pick up went smoothly, we got a 15 percent off coupon for any accessories, also along with the camper purchase they provided a sway bar for towing free of charge and installed it on our truck to boot! Can’t say enough good things! Oh! We also got 2 mugs and cookies in the mail a week after we bought it as their way of saying thank you! Amazing customer service!
Had an emergency tire blowout on 94 and these people seemed to go out of their way to be unhelpful. I told them it was an emergency (were on the side of the highway with 3 dogs) and still got transferred to a voice mail, then when I called back, out on hold. The woman who called me back then told me they dont do tires and was ridiculously rude when I asked for recommendations. (go to OK tire.. Ok, where is that? (Im thinking--is this in Fargo? MN?) ...Well I dont have an address.) I said it had done some damage to the RV and could they help with that? I dont have any appointments until August 16. Absolutely awful people, especially in an emergency. All they had to do was be kind an a teeny bit polite and helpful. Wouldnt have cost them a thing.
We needed repairs on our toy hauler (that we purchased elsewhere). Scheduling RV work is always a problem, but Adventure RV provided reasonable timing, good work and fair pricing. I would definitely recommend the Adventure RV service dept. (Desiree and the entire staff were great to work with).
My wife and I decided to finally take the plunge of buying a travel trailer after years of discussion. Found a couple units we were interested in on their website and called to ask questions. Our salesman was very patient, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. He didnt give us a high pressure sales pitch which we found refreshing. Being new to RVs, we really appreciated him walking us through equipment options and discussing the pros and cons of each unit. We bought a 25 foot travel trailer in January and are excited to pick it up in about a month or so! Definitely recommend!

Adventure RV Center did everything right. They worked to get me the best possible price, they stored the trailer until I could get there to pick it up. They assisted with the final inspections before driving off the lot. I would definately work with them again.
2000 miles from home without slide or bed after being refused by 2 shops Adventures knowledgeable tech took time, brought in our rv, gave excellent advice and got us on our way the same day. Highly recommend.
We had a great experience with Mike our sales person. but it started with the web site we checked out the Travel Trailer we wanted drove to Fargo to see in person and we made our purchase quick and easy. It was cold out and Mike even babysat our dog so he wouldnt have to sit out in the cold pickup.

Camping World sent us here in search for a motor for our Winnebago Via. They quotedus a price of nearly $300!. We had replaced it 2 years ago for $90+ the guy blamed the price increase on covid. I think they are gouging. We ordered it online for $80!

I recently took my 5th wheel in for some warranty work. While it was in I had them fix the front cap seal on the nose of the camper, which I had ripped off while turning through a dip at a campsite so no big deal. After three weeks of waiting for the warranty part to arrive, which understandable, but still little ridiculous, I finally get the camper back. I go pick it up and inspect the work. I was satisfied with the warranty work, however when I looked at the work men ship of the front seal I wasnt to happy with. I went in to settle up and come to find out its $205 for the seal and metal that was apparently changed. I took a manager out to look at it was able to talk him down to 100 for the labor. Im still puzzled if they say they replaced the entire side I would assume it would look a lot better than it does. Especially since they said they used all new rubber and metal. Or thats what my bill says anyway! I dont think Ill be going back to Adventure for any service work!

We shopped around Fargo for an RV, and no one came close to Adventure RV for the deal and the customer service. Another place basically told us to sell our old RV ourselves, but Adventure gave us a good trade-in price and we ended up with a great deal for a very-slightly-used RV. #1 Dealer in the area! I bought my camper 4 years ago from Adventure RV and my AC unit went out. This is an issue that could happen on any camper brand out there because they use the same unit. Long story short, I havent been in there much and they still remember my name. The best part is that they stepped up and beat every other RV store around by 25%. We truly just had an amazing experience with Adventure RV. I had spent hours scouring the internet for a Winnebago 2106fbs and I am just so glad it was Adventure RV center that ended up having the RV and the deal for me.I was so incredibly nervous buying our first ever RV. We were making the 15 hour drive from CO to pick up our unit, so needless to say, I was very concerned that we would show up and the unit wouldnt be as advertised, but nothing could be farther from the truth. The RV was beautiful! A lightly used 2017 that I truly believe they surveyed from top to bottom. Working with Greg on the purchase was easy; he gave me a firm quote via email, no hidden fees, no BS, and the price he quoted was EXACTLY what I paid when I showed up.From there we were toured through every single feature of the RV with the AMAZING Jake. He put us newbies at ease with easy instruction and guidance for how to do everything from hook the trailer up to the truck, to how to clean out Grey and black water tanks. Jake truly was amazing, taking twice as much time as he normally would with a client to help us feel comfortable in our new RV.Next we met with finance. We were paying cash, and so cash we brought. I was recently shopping for a Winnebago travel trailer for my wife and I was very pleased with the selection they had on the lot. There was a no pressure attitude from their sales staff and it was very easy to go through all of the travel trailers that interest us. They’re discounted price was posted on each travel trailer we went into and I found it very competitive . We ended up purchasing a Winnebago travel trailer from them and I could not be more pleased. When it came time to pick up the trailer there was a thorough process that one of the service staff did for us. He was very patient and took his time going through the trailer procedures. He also installed a sway bar hitch that made it easier to pull in North Dakota. From the sales staff to the service staff it made the purchasing event exceptionally easy. Went there to buy a camper and I waited inside for 5 minutes tell someone asked if I needed help .then I asked if some one could show me around and that isI had some questions.he said they are all open and walked away. I went to outlook recreation down the road and bought a new camper.
Brought my camper there to get the fridge fixed on July 18 2018, they said it was fixed and I could pick it up, that was on August 24! When I picked up the camper, I noticed that the TV and a few other things were missing. I asked the GM Mike B about it and he said sorry man, and told me about the sign. They told me when I brought it in that everything would be safe and not to worry. It wasnt even broken into, just missing. I dont understand how a dealership can think that its ok to have a TV and stuff stolen out of the camper while it is in their possession and just tell me sorry man. I will be pursuing this further. The fridge still doesnt work on electric.
Great service. Traveling thru and refrigeration unit stopped working. I called and they said come on in to see what was wrong. The tech knew what was wrong and immediately fixed it at a very reasonable rate.
If you need maintenance done on your RV...this is the place to go! They are honest, helpful, thorough and great at what they do!! Heather, Steve and the rest of that department are wonderful and so easy to work with. We will never take our motorhome anywhere else! We havent dealt with the sales department yet... but my friends have told me they are great!!
I hope you dont have to deal with the service manager Joe. I brought my camper into have appraised for hail damage you would have thought I had him in a headlock the moment I saw him he acted like he did not want to do his job. Then after probably 15 calls by myself my insurance agent and the insurance claims department he finally decided get it done and email it in. When he did the estimate he did not look at the roof where the air conditioner was destroyed the vents on top were destroyed and there was dents all over the metal roof. I have never been in a situation where the customer service was so horrible that I just wanted to bite my own lip off. 7/23/19 . Just purchased a slightly used 2018 WolfPup . From start to finish the process was pleasant and awesome these people know their stuff . Mike is the best upfront no surprises and no promises unfulfilled. I’ve been shopping around for awhile and this place has great service . The service department did an astounding job with explaining the travel trailer. Jake is very nice and thorough. Even got a free antisway towing hitch . Even when an issue came up on my vehicle, they made sure everything was done right . For a first time RV’Er that’s pretty important . Desiree helped with all the accessories we might need for a weekend out . Even got a nice discount on these things . Thanks again everyone at Adventure RV for making our experience a great one . I went to this place today and had a completely different experience than one I wrote about before. I wanted to know about a specific rv and had my questions answered and was shown the rv we talked about. Considering this visit was completely different than what I wrote before and dont remember exactly what happened that day, I am changing my review. No doubt it was an honest review, but maybe we were all having a bad day.
Dont like to write negative reviews but feel like I just bought a used car. I purchased a new Grey Wolf trailer the first part of June. It was delivered I believe on the 14th. The fellow that delivered it was EXCELLENT! !I have been experiencing a leak in the rain gutter. When the air conditioner runs water drips down the side of the trailer. Someone there told me they had a product to fix leaks that was more for roofs so I had called and told them about the leak and the person told me to put silicone on it. I did but have not fixed the leak.Today I go to inquire about getting some of that product. The salesman I bought the trailer from was there and after a short conversation I mentioned the leak and the product to possibly fix it ( It must have been one of the other folks that told me ). He denied telling me that and got another person to help me and retreated to his office. He didnt ask me if I was enjoying it or if i was satisfied. Nothing. I feel I spent some hard earned money here and after he got it it is on to the next guy. Also be diligent in asking warranty questions. If you put this on a seasonal lot and you need warranty work done they will charge you to come out. My neighbeor at the lake purchased from Lifetime RV and they came out with no problem.I did get something to try and stop the leak thanks to the guy that delivered my camper.If you want to be remembered you might have to wear a clown suit.

My husband got the runaround when ordering a ramp for our horse trailer from Joe. He was quoted a price which was not correct in the end. Was denied talking to Joe, Joe didnt return phone calls, the shop scheduling was never correct, nothing ever went right and then the blaming game started down to the factory, not making the ramp, not shipping it,,an awful mess ! One of the greatest rv shops in all of mn, nd, and wi. Looked around for a good used camper a few years back and found a 21sso expandable here. Worked great without any issues for three years and as the family grew I was looking for an upgrade. I ended up purchasing a new fifth wheel a couple of years ago. I had a few issues with the new rv (some expected some not) but these guys went above and (way) beyond fixing and making everything right. I Would highly recommend over any other dealer in the area.

After promising parts I had to call back 3 days later when he claimed he lost everything but my credit card #, had to call again for him to tell me the part he promised in 3 days was unavailable anywhere in country for 3 Weeks. ? ? ? ? ? Never again will I deal with this outfit.
We purchased a Grey Wolf fish house here in January of 2018 and couldnt be happier with our purchase. This place will go above and beyond to please their customers! When we decide to upgrade we will be back! Thank you for everything!
