Great place to buy clothes. Not so great for service. Combined age of service department staff looks to be about 60. Polite enough, but recieved different info from different staff members that changed by the hour at some points. Do yourself a favor. Buy a service manual and if you need to, buy your parts here. Id recommend online for parts though. Markup for the chinese parts these guys sell is pretty brutal.

The guys on the floor were very helpful, getting me connected with someone in the service dept. They even walked me over!!!The service dept was very efficient, and the time I did wait an employee carried on some small talk. Helping me forget about my 10 min wait... I can there is a lot family core values, cause thats how I felt, like family!! Thanks H-D

Gordy was GREAT with his knowledge on bikes and he was friendly! Also I purchased a new riding jacket, got home (which is 3 hours away) and found the security tag had not been removed by the cashier. Called to make a complaint this morning and was brushed off. Ill be taking my business to a different dealership from now on!

I will say this is a very cool facility. I dont even ride but I was going to purchase a motorcycle. The staff is very helpful and respectful. They have a large selection of items to buy, from motorcycle to riding gear.

Just popped in to get the poker chips been collecting them since 2013 so every chance we get we stop and pick up new ones. We were greeted right away and staff was very friendly. Let the hubby look at the bikes a bit before hitting the road.

We wandered around the sales floor for about 5min before being greeted. There appeared to be close to a dozen people working various positions. A few talked to each other.There was one other patron.Approached immediately by the motorclothes associates and checked in with periodically and politely.Same person who initially greeted us thanked us on departure.We did not make any purchases. The clothing department was sparse and the new bike my husband was looking for wasnt on the floor. We will try another store, probably Jamestown.

I am very pleased with HD of Fargo. I purchased a new 2017 Street Glide from Brian and I was happy with the price and how Brian handled the sale. I had a recall on the clutch and we set up a time and everything was handled excellent and timely.I live 75 miles away and they work with you on service appointments. I would buy from HD of Fargo again.

Rode into town on my way home from Arctic Circle, needed fluids changed, Chris, the service manager, took my bike right in and had me going in about an hour. Really good service, and nice show room with good selection of parts and clothing. Would highly recommend this shop!

Honestly i will NOT be giving Fargo HD another chance for my business. Very rude, acted as though we were bothering, when asked some questions. I now gladly drive 2 hrs to give my business

Fargo Harley-Davidson is the Bomb! Tried twice to buy at Stutsman in Jamestown. Did not even bother to call us when bike was in. Bought Fargo. Made mistake again of trying this weekend. Nobody responded to our inquiry, until hours later. Did not even answer our question. Harley-Davidson of Fargo has our lifetime business.

Being a older single woman going into a motorcycle dealership is intimidating the way it is. H-D of Fargo made me feel comfortable asking questions and answering them. Brian was my salesman and he helped me pick the bike that fit me and what I wanted in a bike. Brian and Ben helped me accessorize it with what I wanted without being pushy. I went in on a very busy Saturday and they were very patient and I never felt ignored. The girls were very nice and very helpful in the apparel dept. also.

I ordered and paid for a set of American Elite tires for my Road King which I put on my credit card. I brought my bike in on the scheduled service.service writer calls me and says they have Dunlops instead a cheaper tire. I told him to put on what I ordered and had to wait 2 weeks forbottom line they put the Dunlops on and hid the difference in cost on the work order! I told him he should have credited the difference to my credit card! After spending $1,117.54 not even a THANK YOU!last time I bring my bike there for service!PS his response was if i wanted the Elites to buy them. I said I dont need to spend another $618.00 for a set of tires!!! He said people do it all the time.what a joke

Recently relocated to this new spot and nice, new building. Have plenty of bikes and H-D gear in stock. Host frequent events and entertainment. Take it easy on the frontage road that leads to it as it is new, but extremely bumpy and uneven. They dont rent out bikes here

Employees were friendly but not very helpful. Looking to buy my first motorcycle and I learned very little from the employees I talked to. Mostly tried pushing financing on me to purchase any bike, but did very little to help me find THE bike I would like to own for the foreseeable future. Will, and have been shopping elsewhere.

I paid just about $19,000 for my FIRST Harley-Davidson motorcycle from the Harley dealership in Fargo, ND. I spent a lot of money to have them install accessories to my bike. I notice the license plate bracket they installed wasnt installed properly. I had the dealership in Mandan, ND fix it (which they did for free). One of the things I had the Fargo dealership do was lower the back fender by changing the sock. They of course said they could do it (b/c they get more money from me), but forgot to mention how much it would change the ride. There is absolutely no give on the back shock. Its like Im riding on a solid frame. I didnt realize this was wrong until I took it to the Mandan dealership. I asked them what I could do to make my bike ride better. They told me they could just adjust the shock. I call the Fargo dealership and told them there is absolutely no give on the back shock and that they didnt adjust the shock properly. Theperson I spoke to gave me a little attitude when I told him I shouldnt have to pay for the mistake that you guys made. He told me I could bring the bike to Fargo, so he could look at it. He wouldnt guarantee to fix it for free, so why make the trip to Fargo from Bismarck. No one wants to ride a motorcycle when you feel every bump going only 15 mph. I feel like ALL the employees are your best friend when youre in the process of buying a motorcycle and after you buy it.....well youre just not #1 anymore. I will never give the the dealership in Fargo, ND a dime of my money again!!
