My fiancé, Matt, and I were having trouble getting the proper photo clarity for our save the dates. Matt had frequented this UPS store many times for work and suggested we ask if any of their staff could help us with this issue. Sarah jumped to the occasion! She gave us a perfectly clear proof right then and there- so darn fast. Even with the busy holiday season, we QUICKLY received beautiful save the dates along with envelopes with our wedding guests addressed already. I worked with Sarah a few months ago when we needed 100 big heads for a swim meet we couldn’t attend in person. She went above and beyond, staying late to accommodate my schedule and making sure every big head was perfect. If you need big heads or any other printing needs, this is the place to go! This store and other UPS locations in the Fargo area have continued to NOT wear a mask. They haven’t enforced this since March and I hate having to go into UPS stores. I went in today and 2 out of 3 of the employees didn’t have a mask on, older lady and younger lady with a ponytail. It’s completely irresponsible. Management and corporate need to do better. STOP THE SPREAD AND WEAR A DARN MASK!

I have used the UPS Store since 2010 & have experienced the greatest customer service, including friendly & efficient staff. The designers have done a great job with creating personal marketing pieces for my business. Some of the projects they have designed & completed for me include name badges, Christmas cards, Postcards for clients. I have a mailbox with them, so I dont need to worry about my packages getting stolen by porch pirates! I love the peace of mind that provides for me! They did our passport photos last year when we needed to update our passport - very efficient & not a long line like there is at the Post Office. I have a long-distance friend that I ship presents to for her birthday & for Christmas and the UPS Store has made it so easy with their quality packing & shipping. Everything has always arrived on time, and in extremely great condition due to their expertise in Packing! They have also become my go-to place if I need to return anything that was shipped to me by Amazon. I highly recommend the UPS Store for their wide range of services, provided with the utmost professionalism & high quality of customer service!

This store is great! I frequent them for Amazon returns and shipments. Theyve helped me pack up everything from bulky furniture returns to delicate electronics. I love that I can have packages redirected to them instead of my apartment! The associates are always ready to help and super patient, no matter the time of day. I highly recommend them, especially for quick trips and packing help!

This UPS store has the best customer service of all the UPS stores I visited in town. Every time I go to another location, I wish I had just stopped at this location. They go above and beyond my expectations. I ship a lot of packages so I frequent this location a lot.

Every experience at the UPS store is great! They print a lot of custom cards to go along with some of our merchandise projects. They can help us with the design or just the printing. We drop off packages there sometimes when we miss our pick up, and I also know if we refer a client to them they always have a great experience!

Sarah was amazing to work with for multiple printing jobs. She responded to my inquiries quickly and problem solved with me easily when needed. She made ordering save the dates, invites, programs, and table name cards a snap for my wedding. Sarah even got a job rushed for us so everything was ready on time when we cut it a little close. I would highly recommend this store for your printing needs.

The UPS store completed my graphics order within 2 days. I also recommended them to a customer of mine for some trade show displays and he was pleased with the high quality printing and high level of service as well. I will be going back to the UPS store for all of my printing needs.

I had my wife go pick up a package from this location. Her name was not on the slip that UPS left behind. However the box had multiple lables on it addressed to my wife. It literally says This is a UPS Customer Package. Please hold for Customer Pickup. This label was addressed to my wife. My wife was unable to pickup the package, because the employee couldnt take 2 minutes in a empty store to look at the box. Ridiculous.

The team at UPS Store are phenomenal! They do all our printing and come up with super creative and eye catching brochures, mailings, postcards and business cards. Cassie is probably the best graphic designer around! Highly recommended!!

Have always had great experiences with all mail related errands here. Also have used printing services and definitely has been convenient. Excellent service and friendly staff keeps us coming back, glad to have them in our area.

As a small winery we are approved to ship wine, with the proper labling of course, through UPS. I have done this many times at the Fargo UPS customer service location and at the 19th Av N UPS store. Today I was turned away from your store because your store has a no alcohol policy or your employees do not know the UPS rules. The gal behind the counter even called her manager at my insistence, but was told that they could not accept alcohol.What a waste of my time to stop at your store. I will not be back.

The staff was so nice! The lady met me at door to help me in with my package. Extremely helpful in assisting me to repackage a large heavy item. Would definitely use this site again.

I had a very large box that needed to go back to Amazon for my wife. Big, bulky and I hadnt had a chance to tape it yet. I couldnt have asked for a better experience. I was helped out immensely and everything was seamless. Definitely earned my future business with the great service! Thank you!

Visited to pick up a package that I missed at my complex. Didnt bring the slip, but brought an ID. Package couldnt be located in system so I left and came back with slip. Slip mentioned it would be held at this location for 7 calendar days. The gal mentioned it was being held at a different location location and wrote down that address for me. The staff was helpful and nice, but the slip was misleading and an inconvenience to travel to the UPS store 3 times instead of being accurate the 1st time.

Dropped off 2 packages with a USPS return as they accept them there. My packages were somehow lost and never received by USPS from them and now I am out the money of my amazon returns. I have the tracking numbers but it doesn’t show them as being dropped off.They asked me for a drop off receipt but I was never offered one. We have been shipping and returning to the ups store on 19th ave and have never had this issue. This is my second drop off with them and will not be doing it again as all I get is a run around for answers. They don’t understand the frustration of a customer loosing money from not being able to return something as the package was “lost.”

Debra is hands down one of the nicest and most helpful persons I have ever encountered in customer service. Her positive attitude and kindness truly made my day.

Every time I use this UPS store I am amazed at the customer service and the products they help me with. Whether its design, printing or shipping they come through way above my expectations.

They claim they send packages for USPS. But their rate is 3 times the rate if you just went to a post office. Im feeling a little deceived

They packed and shipped my mothers 55 year old china perfectly.

Very friendly, helpful and fair, I use them all the time!

Supposedly they provide printing services, but the printer was down due to the waste toner being full and the person didnt know how to change it.

Slow staff and only have one at 5:00pm which is ridiculous.
