Harold and his staff were awesome, especially the nice technician who replaced my tire. He took the time to show me what was wrong with the tire and even put more air in my other tires which was an added bonus! The staff was also considerate in making sure I wasnt waiting around too long for the service to be completed. Harold was also very fair when it came to pricing!

Had an appointment for 1230 pm on Saturday went dropped it off told me would be done at 230 pm got the thereAbout 2 car didnt get touched said would be about another hour left came back back about 315pm still wasnt in the shop.Yeah whats the point of the appointment if your not going to have it done in time.If I wouldve just stayed like I normally do it would of been done no problem smh.Wont be going back thanks. But no thanks. And I have been a valued customer since I got the car back in 2018.I guess they really dont value there customers.

Probably the best experience at an auto shop I have ever received. Everyone was extremely friendly, especially the man at the desk named Rich (if I remember correctly). I came in with a flat tire and a stripped lug nut and was told originally that I was going to have to pay $250 for a brand new tire. They inspected the tire and realized they could salvage it. They patched the flat and screwed in the remaining lug nuts free of charge even with 45 minutes of labor. Again, the man at the front desk was incredible and knowledgeable about the whole ordeal. I would definitely trust them with anything.

Once again, I received outstanding service and timely resolution of my tire problem. If Goodyear has a better manager than Harold Wollaston, I would like to meet him or her. His pleasant demeanor, coupled with his expertise, make him a pleasure to deal with.

Very quick and Great customer service. I had tire low pressur issue going on for couple weeks. I got appointment here and they fixed it in less than one hour. Cherry on the top was- service charge. As there was small nail in the tire and it was fixable. So they charge me zero dollar. Very honest to the customer. I ran into an emergency with a tire and needed it repaired quick. My options were limited however Carlos was extremely helpful and accommodating. He kept my car locked overnight and was able to help me out of a tough situation the next morning. What an excellent place!I had an issue at winsted Monro (they tried to screw me over) and had to go elsewhere (check out winsted monro google review for story). I called goodyear and talked to Rick and he took amazing care of me. They went above and beyond helping me out and i cant be more grateful. Everyone there was super friendly and wore masks! Rick even offered to dispose of my death trap tires for me to help me out. Later on i went to a dealership and was going to do a trade in my pos car so i wanted to keep my awesome winter tires. Goodyear held onto my old tires for me and helped load them in for me!I have been having so many issues with auto places in my area and it was such a relief to be able to to leave happy and able to give an awesome review.If i wasnt getting a new car that had perks at the dealership, would be driving the 40 minutes one way just because of this experience.Thank you for being so great Rick and the entire team!!!!

Rick and his team stayed late to wait for me to check my car tires PSI during my drive from NY to Boston during the beginning of a snow storm. That was so nice and they were quick. Also checked my wipers at no cost. Nicest guys and great workers.

My tire light went on and I purchased all four tires from them. They checked it out, very polite, and it turned out my tires needed air. Place was clean and easy enough to wait outside.

I have to admit, this was probably one of the best auto service interactions that I have ever had. This was my third car that I have taken in to Goodyear. This time, I was desperate to get my flat tire repaired. I called Goodyear Elmwood. Earl, the manager, told me to drop off the car and they will get it done. I dropped it off at noon and they called me back at about 2:15 pm to let me know the car was done. Earl was very professional and the service was great. I would go there again for any car service, especially tires and wheels.

I had to make an emergency stop late on Fri. almost at closing because of a nail in my tire. Harold the Store Mgr. was nice enough to have it fixed as it was evident he and his staff was about to go home for the night and he did it at no cost. Since tires was needed on my Ladys car we thought that it was necessary to get those tires from his store despite that she lives in Long Island. We had them installed on Mon. He gave us a great price on new tires and alignment and they did a great job. I would recommend anyone looking for tires to check out Goodyear in Elmwood, West Hartford. Ask for Harold, you will be happy that you did.

Worse place ever!!! The day before I made a appointment online for new snow tires. Online stated the snow tires I wanted were available, so I proceeded to pick those. The next day I get a phone call from the store stating the tires were discontinued. The person over the phone stated he can give me the next closest tire, but wouldn’t price match the original snow tires I’d wanted. I mean it’s not my fault that online stated the tires were available, but they were actually discontinued. Maybe updated your inventory before you advertise your product. Or at least price match and not only give me $10 off. The management is a joke here. If you like bad customer service, it’s the place for you. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

After seeing the great reviews, I booked an appt to get a tire patched. The guy was nice on phone, he asked when I wanted to book it. I asked if Friday at 2 works. He said YES. Got to my appt, to find out that my appt was never written and that he booked 3 other people at the same time and didnt remember booking my appt. Then made some lame excuse to refuse service, and that they dont do patches to tires that were worn out (my tires were 2 years old and havent even passed 40k). Ironically, when I specifically asked on the phone if they patched tire, they said yes. Its not our fault if someone at the office made the booking mistake and told us they do patch service for tires on the phone. If you didnt have availability when booking. Just let us know instead of wasting each others time and giving some lame excuse.

I had such a great experience at Goodyear Auto Service. They have an amazing staff, very fair, friendly, treated me with respect and a nice smile (The front desk is nicely dressed. He really loves his job! I love it!). They told me the waiting time would be under an hour, and followed that. They have a nice waiting area with TV and some beverages available.I highly recommend this place!

My dad who is a senior citizen has been taking all of his vehicles to the Elmwood Good year for the past 20 years and have always had great service. Today my dad dropped his key fob in between the driver seat and center counsel. He could not reach to get them himself. I called the insurance co and they sent a guy from road service and he wasnt able to get them out either. My last hope was to call Elmwood Goodyear. I spoke to Carlos Hernandez who is the service manager, he understood the problem and said to come down. OMG, in less than 5 minutes Carlos pulled out the keys. This is why my dad has been doing business with Elmwood Goodyear for the past 20 years because of kind, caring and compassion person such as Carlos. Thank you so much Carlos!!

Day before snow and ice storm, I showed up at Goodyear with a flat tire. On a very busy day, Tom not only replaced my tires, but also determined I needed new rear brakes and fixed those as well. He took the time to talk to me and fully explain the need for all the repairs. Very professional, friendly, and informative. Will be using Tom and his staff at Goodyear for my auto work from now!

Got a flat tire, came to get it fixed. Turns out the tire just got knocked off the rim and just needed resetting. They reset the tire and switched out the spare I had on the car all for free! And were really friendly too! Stand up guys 👍👍 great place

I had a nail in one of my tires. I went to many places and the waiting time was unbelievably long; some up to 3 to 4 Hrs. I drove into their office on Dec 1 and explained my situation. Even though I had no appointment they were kind enough to take my case regardless of their busy schedule. For this I am scoring them 5 stars.

I have visited the shop twice, and I have had two incredible experiences. The shop is clean and welcoming, quick to complete work, and has provided excellent customer service.
