Lady on the phone was rude. Asked her if they can hold my item another day and she goes.. you have to do that online in a nasty tone. I told her I didn’t know how to do it she didn’t walk me through the process didn’t care I didn’t know how to do it. No I’m sorry no apology. I canceled my item from this store I was going to buy. I’m not interested in dealing with people like this. Hire nicer people. If you’re having a bad day, take the day off.
Small and spacious branch that is rarely busy. Associates have always been super helpful and friendly. Their mobile app also makes locating things easier with their labeled aisles. I can never come here for just one thing lol
This is honestly the worst target . I always have issues here and only come here because this is the closest one to me . There’s always an issue anytime I try to make a return . I asked two workers for help while I was at self check out. But they didn’t want to help me because they weren’t working self check out .. Worst customer service . Not to mention they don’t even have as many options compared to other targets .
I like this store. I’m here all the time, very close to home and a cute and convenient size to get in and out. MESSAGE TO SECURITY!! I DID NOT COME HERE TO STEAL!!!!! Every time I check out a security guard comes right next to me and literally watches every move I make. I’ve probably been here 50+ times since opening. I usually go to self-checkout. There has not been one time I’ve checked out without these creeps hovering too close over me. Once, I was asked for a look in my bag and receipt. No problem. The guy behind me thought he needed to do the same so he waited behind me at the exit. The guard literally said, “No, not you.” while continuing to check my bag. It is insulting and I’m constantly made to feel like a criminal and I like this store, I’ll continue to go but I may snap on a bad day. Target is this how you’re training these guys? I feel like it’s just this Target with the handful of police academy rejects. Gross.
Convenient store but the management does not have customer service skills. I needed to return a tampered item and they made it very difficult. When I interrupted them the manager gave me a lecture about letting her finish as if I havent been inconvenienced enough. The register people are nice.
Great finds but a small store
Target makes back to school shopping is easy-peasy!
Not a bad target. Not as much selection as a bigger stores but pretty good.
Very disappointed that there were no checkout lines open around 12:30pm today despite the large amount of shoppers trying to check out.
This was my second time during the pandemic that I was able to come here and find an item that was listed as limited stock, check store while it wasnt available at any of the other local big Target locations. I was pleasantly surprised. This is a nice and clean store, a lot smaller than the typical Target location, but they had what I came for...
This is the Walmart of Targets.
Its a cute and small Target, they seem to have been pretty smart about what they stock with the limited space. This is the most conveniently located target to me but occasionally Ill go to one further away when I need something specific.
I havent had an issue in this store until yesterday. I placed a curbside pickup order and the employee didnt take the two seconds to check the label on the OUTSIDE of the bag to make sure it was mine. He had two bags in his cart and a package of toilet paper. He gave me the toilet paper correctly but then gave me the other persons item. Ok. No problem its a simple mistake. I tried calling the store 6 times in the next 15 minutes and nobody answered the phones in ANY department including the pharmacy and I got hung up on every time by the system. This meant that during a global pandemic, when I am living with people who are highly susceptible to catching covid, I had to go into the store for a CURBSIDE PICKUP order. When I got to the store, I tried calling again to the front desk and the phone wasnt even ringing and the manager informed me that their phone system was having issues. The manager didnt offer anything for my trouble and told me that the person who brought out my order was a cart pusher. Just because someone isnt necessarily trained on curbside pickup, doesnt mean that they cannot take two seconds to read the name on the bag they are putting in my trunk. ESPECIALLY when you have to give a code for curbside orders and my order was right in front of him. When I mentioned the fact that I didnt want to come into the store for a reason to the manager, he just shrugged me off and said Dont worry. You will be out of here soon. Needless to say, this is not the attitude a target employee should have and I would recommend going to a different target location to anyone who asks. Every other employee I spoke to was incredibly kind and were extremely apologetic for the mishap. I will also be following up with cooperate and will update my review accordingly.
Went in for some last minute Mothers day gifts and noticed a security guard with a mask on his chin, he looked like he had an attitude. By the time I we t to pay at self checkout he was standing at the end and I told him he should be wearing the mask especially if your working here. He just turned his head and ignored me. Must be too cool to listen to his employers rules. You cannot enter the store without a mask.
This is still a pretty good-sized store, and it will probably have everything you need in it. So if you live in the area theres no need to go to the larger stores that are further away. I have changed my review from 3 to 5 stars because since the first few months of the store being open, the front end customer service experience has improved dramatically. The on floor employees have always been friendly and helpful. There is usually plenty of parking except maybe during the holiday season, its fairly easy to get in and out of, and the store being brand new, is even brighter, neater, and cleaner than a typical Target.
TerriblePrices on shelf are less than what products ring upThey are ripping off consumers.
New store recently opened. Small but has all the basics youre looking for. Too many shelves were empty. They need to fully stock the floors. Will definitely go back. Cashier and associates were nice and friendly.
Love this Target. The help is always helpful and friendly. I have said this to the management numerous times. The store always looks clean too. After they opened in Bishops Corner I have shopped there regularly.
BUYER BEWARE!!! I bought and paid for an item online for $8.50. They put an extra hold on my card for $9.50. I picked up the item. They told me to call customer service about the hold. Customer service told me the hold doesnt come off until August!!! Seems a little excessive in my opinion....
I once reviewed this store as a 5 stars due to its convenience location wise, however, the customer service is equivalent to dog water quality wise, it’s terrible. The store purely relies on its self checkout due to employees lacking proper socializing skills. I understand target is a busy store, but that doesn’t excuse hanging up on people who ask questions. Here’s a few examples:1. Asked where a product was since the target site shows the product as unavailable, employee was very rude but eventually went to go and check, went quiet for a second but then hung up.2. Friend called to get a job a few months back, employee said he would be put on hold, instead all he heard was background noise from multiple employees goofing off, call was eventually hung up onIf you plan on going to target, plan on not interacting with the employees, chances are, one might lack interaction skills.
Extremely clean and employees are helpful and following social distancing protocols.
A very small target its a hit or miss with finding what youre looking for
As a Target lover, I have always walked out of a Target with a million items. However, I have gone into this Target TWICE and walked out empty handed both times. Worst Target ever. It’s super small, they don’t have anything, and there are cardboard boxes everywhere.
This is a nice store that you can find most things youd need. There is a CVS pharmacy inside.
It a good place
The best Target in Hartford. More selection than other stores
Very convenient, on the bus line close to other stores on Bishops corner
Employees doing shady stuff with gift cards in this store. Be careful!
Cool little Target underneath the Marshalls and HomeGoods out front. Was a bit confusing to find the first time I went because the Target logo is on the front of the Marshalls store; kinda made me think the Target was integrated with the Marshalls or something. But once I found it, behind the Marshalls, it was a good place to get some essentials. A bit smaller than most Targets and since its so new it felt almost incomplete. But overall just an average Target.
Horrible security management. Was extremely rude and wouldn’t recommend.
Horrible
Wow what a depressing place. Its located around the back where the Lord and Taylors parking garage was. Inside the lighting is strange, I cant put my finger on it. There are plenty of lights yet it still seems dark. The music actually made me leave. The bass is dominant as if I was in a teen clothing store at the mall. I have no plans to return.
Grate customer from Luis in tech..help me get my son his new game system
Wow I love target
No dvd section???! Cmon!!
**CLOSED** NOT OPEN YET!

Average Target...
