I would just like to say that I absolutely love this store and each and every employee, they are always extremely professional and knowledgeable and very attentive. I have been coming to this store for a very long time and willcontinue to even through these tough times of being masked up !!!

Very unprofessional, unfriendly staff has absolutely no knowledge about Bluemercury high end quality skincare products. I’m a long time customer using RéVive. I have spent a great amount of money on this products. Sales woman who waited on me was a woman with color 5’8/5’9, she said she is the manager there. OMG! I don’t care who you are if you have no knowledge about the products I am going to purchase. Please simply tell me that you don’t know. I’ll be more acceptable.Please Bluemercury West Hartford, please hire more professional sales for your high end products.

Id give this place 0 stars if I could. Came in from out of town looking for a face lotion. Was met with nothing but judgment from the pretentious staff. Check your staffs ego at the door because you just lost a customer and probably a few more thanks to this review. Way to empower women of all races, sizes and backgrounds. I will never come here again
I popped in there on a whim and was not disappointed. Saleswoman made some really great suggestions and I am happy with my purchase. I will definitely be back
Id give this place 0 stars if I could, I went to the store at 6:55 PM, and the website said 8:00 PM closing time. Two staff members look at me, and acted as if I was inviable then I waved at them they turned the store lights off later I pointed my phone screen at them. That lady was so disrespectful she did not even open the door just from the other side of the door. She said I dont maintain the website.This is not about the store but basic human manners. I am a very loyal customer to you Bluemercury if this is how you treat your customers who would wanna shop at your store? Though you guys would be hiring people who are willing to help and be accommodating as this is an industry of Customer service !! you got to address this issue !! being rude and have wrong timing on the website is very unprofessional.I am extremely dissatisfied as I spent 42$ on Uber to get to the place and Back
