9/7/21 EDIT: Still keeping the 5* review because of the staff alone, and Id still recommend the store, but buyer beware - the neck pillow I purchased in the store does not seem to be the same pillow that I tested in the store. Ive had this pillow long enough to know now that it is rock solid hard and does not seem to soften at all from heat. Even during use, my head just rests on top of it and its one of the most uncomfortable pillows Ive ever used. Ive sat on this thing for hours to try and warm it up, and it just does nothing to help. The neck pillow I tried in the store had much more give to it, cradled my head and neck softly and provided support, but still sunk in a bit. I was even told that the one I was purchasing was softer than the cooling neck pillow. This pillow is labeled as extra firm and boy is it. I cant even use it, its unbearable to sleep with. The fact that the neck part does not give at all is actually giving me worse neck pain. Stay away from this neck pillow.OLD Review: Christopher was extremely helpful and a pleasure to work with. He answered every question we had and made our experience enjoyable. Being able to try the pillows and mattresses in store made the entire process so much easier, so I would definitely recommend stopping in.

My experience was delightful from beginning to end. I had already done my research and knew exactly what I was planning to order. I called from California to the Connecticut store for a Connecticut delivery. I spoke with Karin. She was friendly, knowledgeable, incredibly helpful and paid attention to every detail. When adding the sheets to my order she took photos and texted them to me so I could see the exact colors before choosing since I wasnt on-site to see them for myself. I called in the late afternoon, CA time. There is a time difference and with the length of the process, as I had many questions, she stayed past her normal hours to accommodate me and couldnt have been nicer about it. I highly recommend this store and Tempur-Pedic. The customer service as well as the products are top notch!! Thanks again for making this enjoyable and easy...thats hard to come by these days.

Today I walked into the Temperpedic Store in Blue Back Square and was greeted by the most lovely salesperson named Karin. I arrived earlier than opening hours and Karin graciously allowed me into the store, offered me water and hand sanitizer as she began to tell me about the current sale on mattresses. Karin was so knowledgeable and listened patiently to all my questions and concerns. Based on her expertise I only had to try 3 mattresses, which was such a relief. Karin created a relaxing atmosphere and I felt comfortable and welcome to really relax and make the best choice for my aching back. I am very pleased and frankly have never had such a pleasant mattress shopping experience! What I anticipated to be potentially stressful ended up being restful and rejuvenating. In addition Karin gracefully attended to several other tasks and phone calls and was super patient while I arranged for 0% financing. I highly recommend this bright, clean, mellow atmosphere for all your bedding needs.

After weeks of neck pain and uncomfortable sleep, I apprehensively approached the Temperpedic store looking for relief. It was such a great experience. The store was essentially empty and very clean, the staff welcoming and seemed genuinely interested in finding the best product for my needs (not just pushing the most expensive pillows, etc). I was able to test out several pillows and there was no judgement when I left the store empty handed saying I had to think about it. They are very knowledgeable about the products and share prior customer feedback so I trusted their recommendations. I called back a few days later and was able to purchase over the phone and the customer service was great then too. I can’t wait to pick up my new pillows! I would highly recommend working with staff from the West Hartford store. They take the extra time to make sure you are going to be happy with your purchase and really care. When we had trouble with the set up they made the effort to come to our house to fix it for us.

The staff was on their A game. Following all safety protocols, knowledgeable about their product, as well as friendly and engaging. I had called in asking about availability of product before coming to the store, and upon entering the staff immediately recognized who I was and had the desired product ready almost immediately. With only a couple of questions the sales person confirmed that I had the right product for my criteria with out any unnecessary up selling or attempts to push unwanted product.

We stopped by the West Hartford store to checkout a pillow and almost left with a bed. Not just bc the mattresses are so comfortable, but bc Karin (sales manager) was outstanding. If you are reading this, know that Karin is the go-to person. Shes professional, courteous, knowledgeable and genuine. The other staff person we met was pleasant too. The store was comfortable and safe/clean. They sterilize everything right in front of you. If your in the market, you should check this store.

The store was super clean and the employees were taking all possible precautions with covid including sanitizing everything, wearing gloves and masks, and having mattress and pillow protective covers used for each guest!
