I feel like I lost my best friend. I go to Westfarms mall at least twice a week to see if they have reopened. I loved being able to walk in and hand pick my teas. Looking forward to them opening their doors, the online ordering just isnt the same.

No need to be rude on here to other people. I used to work for this company as did a lot of people whom love tea. I also buy from them all the time. The stores in the US are closed. They dont forsee coming back to the us. Everything is avail online so you can have tea at home or on the go. Green tea house is closed in blue black but is open at westfarms. A sit down place if your looking there is a place called dubra tea in north hampton.

This place is absolutely unbelievable. They have great tea. But they have to be afraid of actually making money because theyre never open. The tea shop on the second floor has been open for awhile now along with other stores. Also the mail workers are a joke the place should be renamed to Gayvids tea. Its no wonder the business is closed.

Apparently some people don’t know how to read. I see you, Ronald Hines and Nate Smith. There’s been a sign on the gates for well over 3 weeks when those reviews were made. The stores are closed. Get with the times. They closed all the US stores and all those employees are out of a job. So nice “Gayvids” tea joke to all the people out of work. I hope you’re content with yourself.

I was turned on to Davids Tea when I visited my cousin in California. I honestly didnt know they had physical storefronts and was glad to find one, albeit not on purpose. The server was super helpful and knowledgeable about every tea. She even brewed me a fresh pot so I could try the Ginger Glow before I bought it. They had some good deals going on, free tea tins with 4oz purchase, free tea sachet holder for over $30.

Davids tea is probably one of the best places Ive been to in a long time. The tea guides are always super helpful and theres always some flavor to satisfy whatever it is Im craving at the moment. The variety is astounding and if I could get a little of each I certainly would!

My wife loves DAVID. Very helpful staff.

I had a really great experience over the weekend and everyone was really nice. The location was a bit small and I would like to see more of a variety of single satchets, but thats my personal preference. Ty!!! 💛💚💙💜 Finally something at a mall for me!!!! Lol

Why isnt that every time I go to the mall your store is closed and the tea shop upstairs is open? Are you afraid of money?

Great prices for the tea and there are usually not alot of people there so they make it fast you can also buy tea to bring home.

I have never had a bad experience at this location. They are so knowledgeable and kind. I would recommend them over any tea shops in the area.

Went to order a tea and was told they were only doing the tea of the day because, “it’s so busy.” Only 3 other people were in the store aside from myself..

Friendly and knowledgeable staff,I was able to make the right choice with their help. The free samples offered were very tasty.
