Emailed every CT location for a quote on flooring but not one responded to my email inquiry after 3 weeks. Wouldnt waste my time with this company

When we moved into our new house, we were excited to partner with Dalene to do the flooring. The carpeting they provided was top notch, and the installer was very pleasant and professional. They also did a small tile job that I was pleased with. However, the low rating is due to the fact that they installed some laminate flooring in the basement that was terrible! The installer was late, and did a rush job. A few weeks later the flooring started to bubble up. When I called about their love it, or return it guarantee I was bounced around call centers. I eventually got a company representative to come out and he said, if I moved all the furniture out of the room, he would have his installer come back and re-glue it. But thats a huge inconvenience, based on their botched installation. In fairness, Dalene did credit me the installation fee for that laminate floor...hence the 2 stars, as opposed to 1 or none. Therefore, I would not recommend them for anything besides carpeting.

Very happy to have worked with Pat at Dalene Flooring to replace the carpeting in my home. From the selection process through installation, everyone involved was very knowledgeable and professional. One of my two sets of stairs required a bit of adjustment and the repair was promptly scheduled...so service was also great. Thanks Dalene!

Wow! I went to the West Hartford store and was blown away by the amount of tile choices. I worked with one of their designers and we created a herringbone pattern for my kitchen backsplash. I decided on a natural stone and I couldnt be more happy. The amount of time the installer spent making sure the pattern worked on each wall, even discussing it with me for how I wanted it to look in one of the corners, I was impressed.The installer was so courteous throughout the entire thing, I couldnt recommend them enough. Very happy my kitchen finally looks complete! Ill try to post a photo if I can.
