I love this store! Its one of my favorites. Only downside is that it is rather small so, with the coronavirus, they didnt have a load in stock like they used to.. but free shipping to store when you order online so Im cool with it.

They have a lot of nice stuff but a lot of it is super overpriced. Stuff under 10$ is generally good though. I picked up a Naruto shot glass for 5$ which you wont even find on Amazon. This place has good deals you just have to look for them

Store is fine. Its got everything you expected Hot topic to have. The store is just a little tight which is isnt ideal for the covid times we are living in.

Very nice staff. The store was clean and organized. The only reason I removed one star was there was a lot non clearance singular unmarked items in the clearance that did not belong there. It was clear they were the last few of their design in each instance. I was disappointed three times in finding items were not actually on sale despite being in clearance. Other than this a solid location. Its a typical hot topic.

Great products and staff. 4 stars. 5th star lost due to a lack of clear signage inside for pandemic protocols. We are at the end of restrictions and signage should have been up for over a year now.

This place style mainly tee shirts and body jewelry. A very small section of pop figures. Its a small store, not what Im use to. I wouldnt get excited about this store.

Not thrilled with some of the imagery and language in the displays. And the Trans Lives Matter garbage is not something kids should be subjected to.

I went there the other day with my autistic nephew that is 4 years old. He had a really bad melt down and took his mask off. The ladies there were very rude about. Instead of giving him space to calm down they went up to us literally every 3 seconds telling him to put it on. We respect the rules and understand how serious covid is. We were trying our best to keep it on him. They made us embarrassed and made the child more anxious. I will never go there again. Hot topic at Buckland hill mall show more emphaty and respect for people with disabilities.

Store is small as it is i dont think they need so many employees watching n repeatedly looking at you up n down. Felt like i was under a microscope. They were not like that on the other customers. Makes me wonder if it was a racial thing. I understand to check n make sure customers have there mask on properly but if you have to many employees repeating same thing within 1min felt like they were just waiting to say something.

Been a very long time since Id stepped into a hot topic store. Went in looking for Xmas gifts. Manager (maybe) was barking orders at employees about merchandise. That was a bit off putting. Found some good clearance deals. Girl that rang me up was very nice although a security tag was left on one of my items (that an worker at another store offered to remove for me when I beeped going through their door but didnt beep leaving HT)

This hot topic is pretty small it feels a bit claustrophobic... the selection is lackluster... the one at the Buckland hills mall is bigger... I really miss back when hot topic catered more to the alternative fashion market rather than the anime market that they really seem to be targeting these days... the staff are always very friendly and helpful though

My 11yr old Loves this place! You have to wear masks and they dont allow many people in at one time!! Awesome! This is DEFINATELY A STORE TO GO TO!!

Store often gives out coupons but theres many stipulations to these deals that they dont explain until they tell you that you cant use them at check out. Have always loved what Hot Topic stands for but recently the music and closing choices have strayed very far from what Ive known. That being said the employees are very helpful and friendly and I always have to visit hot topic any time I go to the mall. I really enjoy their jewelry choices and hope to see the edgier alternative hot topic returns some day!

My wife loves night before Christmas and bettle juice! They have tons of accessories regarding specific characters. If you into horror/goth this store is perfect for you. Almost every mall has a hot topic.

The cashier was so sweet! I wish I remembered their name! I was in a wheelchair and they offered to help me so much and made me feel so welcome!I only wish they had a slightly bigger selection of products- it was mostly clothes and I typically go to hot topic for accessories

I placed an order online for in store pick up. When I got the email saying it was ready, I went to the store to pick it up. I got inside and told the guy I was there to pick up my order. He seemed very distracted and uninterested. I started to pull up the email, but couldnt find it so I showed him the confirmation email. He very briskly said, Thats not the right one and turned his back to me. I told him the order was ready and if he just checks the back the order will be there with my name. I could show him my ID. He insisted he needed said email. I was able to find it on my phone, and he got my order for me. He was very rude, and it is not the first time Ive noticed this. Wont spend my money there in the future.

I dont know if I like the merchandise or the employees more, both are great!

I went in there and a guy named Shane, I think, was working the store that day and he was really nice. He greeted us and asked if we needed help a couple times and when we were finished shopping he told us about some of the discounts and offers. He was really helpful and he kept his cool even though there was a really loud and disruptive family in the store that day. There was one kid who kept going behind the counter and even though he was really annoying him, the employee just told him calmly to leave every time, even though he went behind there and played with everything. Great experience besides the loud, obnoxious family

My kids love shopping at this store. The staff here is incredibly knowledgeable in regards to the 1000 plus items that they sell. The sales marketing strategy is a little confusing but the staff is well versed in their explanations on how to best utilize sale options

My daughter and i love this store. You can found everything that you are a big fan of if it happens to be music, movies, body piercing stuff, hair color ect this is the store. Highly recommended.

The music was too loud. I know the hot topic style but when I have to shout to my sister that stuff not fun. small area but lots of stuff to buy and they had my favorite anime shirts which is neon genesis evangelion they had the sachiel shirt and Eva unit 01 but not in my size which is sad because I have been looking for those shirts for a long time and I would have bought them right at that moment if they had them.

The store manager there is incredibly disrespectful. He doesnt care about what he says to customers, especially the regulars. You can tell that he doesnt want to be there and has the worst attitude. Makes me not want to go in just because of that reason.

Despite not being able to expand their footprint, the renovated store somehow feels roomier and looks classier than the version thats been kicking around the mall for the last decade and looking increasingly dated.
