This is the type of hardware store where most of the staff recognize you, know your name, and are genuinely interested in your projects. The staff on the floor and at the back desk (especially Dennis) are technically competent and willing to find what you need if they dont have it. The staff working the yard, driving forklifts, and loading your vehicle are friendly, professional, and efficient. CONS: it is difficult to find dimensional lumber that is straight and has four edges.

Poor warehouse service

They have a variety of items,Im sure anyone would be pleased with, only Lumber store in this area. I HAVE NO COMPLAINTS.

The employees are always on the spot to help you. Most of the time, idk what I will need but the staff guides me through it

My husband went in to buy some boards. Got the ticket.. no boards. Had to go BACK in for a refund. Computers need updating.
