I went to this Mavis location and Bradley took good care of me his service and knowledge of the company products and services offered are excellent I have no complaints the staff took good care of me as well I brought my truck there because it had engine problems and they listened to my concerns and assisted me right away I was in and out I got the advice I needed in order to repair my vehicle ó wish they could fixed it but it was a big job they couldnt do it there but they are very friendly and up front with everything there the waiting room was clean and had a nice little tv in it Id highly recommend this place to anyone who needs services done to there vehicle

The employees were very nice and hospitable to us while we wait. Fast workers and accommodating.The waiting for delivery of tires was 4 hours unacceptable.Nevertheless, the service was excellent!

I visited Mavis auto discount on October 27, 2021. Anil the manager was efficient, kind and helpful. I appreciated his honesty and attention to detail. I was fortunate enough to have him assist me as the side wall of my tire was damaged in only six months of wear. Anil was able to rectify the situation and avoided a lawsuit for Mavis. This is my second time coming to this location. The first time I came was for a loose front splash shield that was dragging as I drove. Frank was great about helping us, keeping us informed about the process, and getting us out quickly. Our splash shield became loose again and they were able to fit us in again in the late afternoon. Anil helped us out the second time and provided quality service to tighten everything. Will be coming again to this location for future needs. Had 2 positive experiences here.

I’ve been dealing with the same tire issue for a few weeks and no one could seem to figure out the problem. I insisted that there was a slow leak. The wonderful men at Mavis west Hempstead were patient and were able to find a tiny leak and repair it and I didn’t need a new tire! It was such a great experience. I will continue to go for my tire needs.

Went to get new tires from Mavis Discount tires in West Hempstead. The customer service was amazing, the team their gave me a great price for four brand new tires. The service was not long, they really took care of my needs also gave great advice for future visits. A tear had formed in my tire and I came in looking for advice. The workers here were super friendly and had a good sense of humor. They even answered all the questions I had and helped me understand how they come the decisions they make. I changed 3 tires and replaced my wipers for a fair price. Not only do the employees take their time to inspect my car, listen to my concerns but they also explain what fixes/changes need to be done to my car (when needed). Ive been here a few times now and every time is just as good as the last! Everyone is helpful and they are very fair on their prices. They answered every single question I had and took the time to explain it to me.

As a new driver I would highly recommend this place.I asked questions to Chris and his staff and they were willing to answer all of them and did everything I asked for at a promptly matter with a reasonable price. Had a slow leaking tire so I took it over to the nearest tire shop. I was nervous that there was going to be a big problem with a big bill at the end of it. I was so happy to find out what they did and even showed me the problem. The manager shows they took off the tire and found a small pin hole that was leaking air. They preformed a patch a repair from the inside and charged me an extremely reasonable price. This tire store is top notch with great people working there. If you have a tire issue I totally recommend this shop. Amazing!

Originally, I went to Nissan at garden City for an oil change and basic maintenance check. They were looking to charge me $1,400 to rotate my tires change fluids and change a battery.I abruptly ask for my keys and left. I decided to go to this Mavis. I was immediately greeted by the manager. I explained that I was going to be traveling and wanted to do a maintenance check.The manager and his team could have tried to upsell me, but he didnt. He let me know that my tires didnt need to be rotated and that many of my fluids were just fine. In the end I I got everything I needed for a safe drive for less than $300.Honesty, transparency, great communication equals good customer service.Thank you for your service!

I had a very good experience at Mavis West Hempstead. I was comparing prices for tires and labor, and Cosimo helped me beat Midas prices. PLus they changed all 4 tires in exactly the amount of time they told me. They got it done quickly so I could go on with my day and not miss work. Definitely going back there! After arriving here in desperate need of getting my breaks fixed these gentleman fixed my problem in around an hour even after having to get the rotors delivered. The gentleman Cosmo behind the desk is amazing & extremely helpful. He helped with price quoting, recommended other things to help keep my car well maintained & helped me get my car feeling like it was new again. It was a pleasure dealing with him & I will be sure to come back here for any maintenance my car may need in the future.

I had a blow out on the front passenger side tire of my 2016 VW Tiguan after hitting a pothole on the Meadowbrook Parkway. The next day I went to replace 2 tires and called 3 tire retailers before I finally spoke to Frank of the Mavis in the West Hempstead location. He eased all my nerves from the previous nights incident. He was able to secure the tires I needed and when he took the old ones to install the new he noticed that my rear brakes were near metal on metal. I already knew that they were in need of repair soon so I immediately knew he was HONEST! He was able to secure the parts for the new brakes, change 2 tires and get me back on the road in several hours time. What a great experience! I highly recommend this Mavis location!!!!
