On the eve of Yom Kippur, we placed an order for a bunch of bagels with lox. When my son went to pick up the order at 1:00 PM, they had no record of our order and they were completely out of bagels. This is the THIRD time they have lost our order. Im sorry, but this is no way to run a bagel store.
No one could ask for friendlier or more accommodating service. The bagels are fresh and tasty, the pastry selection is very good and the prices are fair for the quality of the product and service. The new owner always greets me with a smile, unlike the curmudgeon whom used to own the place.5 stars all the wsy!
Fresh bagels, friendly prompt service.
Called this place a few times to see if they could deliver (which I’m not sure why it’s even option if it never can be done) and every time I call the man who answers is rude and says that they can’t deliver. I called again today and again, very rude. At least be a little kinder to your customers / potential customers.
INSANE prices. I ordered one everything bagel from here with cream cheese and butter and it was OVER $4!! The guy who rang me up looked like he was just throwing random numbers together because their menu said a cream cheese and jelly bagel was $2.75 so I asked another worker if the price was right and he said the guy ringing me up was the BOSS. Are you kidding me? And then I look at the bagel they are making and it is the thinnest sliver of butter and cream cheese I have ever seen. I had to tell the man making it to double it up considering I was paying double the price for one bagel. Will never be back here again. Bagel was OK.
Nut and sesame free.
Been coming here for years! The staff is all very friendly and everything is delicious. If you want amazing bagels, bageltown is the spot!!
New owners (HANC grads) Danish was amazing!
Great local kosher bagel store with fantastic bagels and homemade pastries, and friendly service.
Great food and great service. Sam is very helpful
My family and I have been going here ever since we moved here. Its one of our favorite places for their bagels and baked goods. The staff is super friendly as well so I do enjoy coming here a lot. Im giving four stars because it is cash only unfortunately.
I drive from Brooklyn to eat here. Foods great, service greater!

If youre looking for some of the best bagels in Nassau County, look no further. In over 6 years Ive never had a single order I wasnt pleased with!
Standard, been-there-forever Jewish bagel shop. Good service, all the classic options and even vegan cream cheese!
Tasty food - But I was very disappointed that bathroom doesnt have change table for babies. People with young children should skip the place until they get this basic amenity.
Amazingly friendly staff, wonderful food, and prices that cant be beat!
Delicious food! wish hours were a little longer but other than that they are always fast and friendly!
Slow service, extremely disorganized, mediocre food. Guys behind the counter have no idea what theyre doing or whats on menu. Three bagel sandwiches took upwards of 20 minutes for small portions. Go somewhere else.
Delicious bagels & pastries, great help from everyone from staff to owners
Its the safest place for ANYONE who has a nut or Sesame Allergy. Best bagels and Pastry by far.
Fresh delicious food. Check them out on Social Media for their secret specials.
Very good bagels, healthy menu .
Excellent bagels and other baked goods. Quick service.
Excellent food. Salmon was delicious.
Mediocre bagels and above average wait times. The guys behind the counter were more concerned with their banter that my service.I so noticed that the guy behind the counter only put on one glove while making my order (too much to ask on gloves for both hands) and took what looked like old American cheese from a wad of tinfoil which did not look like it came from a fridge (ordered an egg and cheese on a bagel). There was so a pile of garbage including egg shells (which seemed to have been sitting there a while) and food wrappers on the counter literally next to the grill where they were cooking the eggs. I dont appreciate garbage on a prep station next to my food.Saving grace was this place is very sensitive to food allergies. I didnt end up eating my sandwich but the bagels themselves were ok.
If you’re in the kitchen and you’re prepping food it’s highly recommended to wear 2 gloves . Whoever is making the food i realize only wears 1.foods okay for the price i don’t know
Always a pleasure
Great food, especially cinnamon rolls, veggie wrap
I always get very friendly and courteous service, but today I also was encouraged to try something new - the egg salad with sauteed mushrooms mixed in. It was sooooo delicious, I had to actually call the store to thank them for my new favorite food!
Friendly service but FYI they dont serve meat. No judgement but I wish Id known before I went for a sausage egg & cheese on a bagel
Happy with food and service.
For some large and delicious bagels and spreads, stop by this bagel store in the heart of West Hempstead. At times during the 8-9 AM period, the service has been a bit slow, but that has improved recently.
Bagels are delicious.
Food is fresh and well made.
Didnt like it taste bit old
Great bagel friendly service
Do not have Gluten-free bagels...
Yummy
