Very busy store but the staff is great and very accommodating. They make it a point to acknowledge you as soon as you walk in and ask what you are there for. So even though you may have to wait you feel like they care.

Mike was absolutely incredible! He switched my entire family of 6 over from AT&T to Verizon AND sat with each of us while we all updated and got new phones. He was extremely patient with us and answered all of our questions immediately. He worked efficiently and walked us through best scenarios and options. He made the transition so seamless and even enjoyable. Upgrading 6 phones takes hours as you can imagine so working with him made the waiting worth it and made time go so quickly! I returned 2 tv top boxes to this location on Dec 20th and they promised to send me an e-receipt to my email buy the end of the day. I received my receipt on Dec 24th only after visiting this location again and enquiring about my receipt. The funny thing about this whole episode is that all the info concerning the 2 top boxes returned were in the computer at their location bout they receipt was not written until I went there in person. It begs the question as you why will they not issue and date your receipt when the items were returned? Whats the agenda in writing your receipt 4 days after it the items were returned? You are free to make your own judgement.

Wow! I will never go to another Verizon store after being here. With the help of Nick, I was able to restore all my information on iCloud without having my password during an upgrade. Nick Boldi was very helpful and patient. The store was clean and I didn’t have to wait at all to be helped. I am not big on writing reviews, so it says a lot that I am writing one here. Just couldn’t believe how helpful Nick was and how nice the overall store experience went.

Maribel was very helpful when switching over to verizon. We went to the NYCOM store in West Hempstead and purchased 2 iphones and switched to verizon services. I walked in with an inexplicably dead phone and I was not particularly pleasant or composed. In all honesty I was a very dramatic mess! Teddy was able to not only help me with a new phone that didn’t cost me a ridiculous amount up front, but he went above and beyond with helping me get in contact with my family as well as just talk to me about regular life things and totally calmed me down. Worst service every. Walked in to drop off boxes for a family friend who doesnt drive. I got no acknowledgement. They only thing they said was put it over here. Never once was I asked if I needed anything else. All they did was talk about lemons. He handed me my receipt and never said another word. I said have a good night and he said nothing. People are so rude. Funny I was thinking to switch to Verizon cellular. Well he made my decision easy.
