I actually bought my phone here and connected it to the T-Mobile network. As a result I pay much lower cell costs. Best Buy is great and they have an incredible warranty program that covers not just phone damage but even cover loss or theft. Much better warranty than the cell phone companies. I love Best Buy!!!!

We just purchased a Laptop & Printer at this Best Buy location located at the Shopping Center on Santa Monica and La Brea. Parking is underground, and free for 1 hour. We were helped by 3 different employees: David, Lillian and Anton. All three were personable, but Lillian was the friendliest. During our visit, I browsed the showcase TV area, which has truly stunning models. Covid precautions in place- all employees had masks on. There was a limit on how many people are allowed in the store at one time ( We didnt have a wait). Masks are strictly enforced.
Big place. Did not have what I was looking for...sold out..try on line. I am a brick and mortar shopper...do not wish to go on line and add another ship in the harbor.
I love this location so much. The people are so helpful here. This is my go to for big things. The other locations are not as helpful. And the store seem cleaner and have more organization to it. More things to choose from. The geek squad are very good @ their jobs as well. Great store n very clean.
Worst experience i’ve ever had. First off, I stood there for about 10 minutes waiting for any of the 10+ employees to ask if I needed help. When I finally walked up to customer service I asked how long a cord was in an item. I was told “I don’t know and if you open it you have to buy it. So what do you want to do?” That’s it! That was All help I received! You have lost ALL of my business! Unbelievable. Less than one star.
The workers dont have proper knowledge on products, I asked about a simple cable and the girl told me they didnt exist anymore and I should just think about upgrading and walked away. As I was leaving I asked someone else who then asked the person in charge and they gave me the correct cable. The person in charge had an attitude but at least he gave me what I was looking for. Besides that the Apple product section was very complete mess and it was mostly empty

Had a physical altercation with a security guard.. who does not work for best buy but was doing security for them thru another company.. the store manager zak was very hands on with this issue, personally de-escalated the situation and offered me %40 off on my new speaker.. great customer service and I appreciate the amazing discount.. keep it up I love it
Ive never been to a Best Buy with a more helpful staff and thats saying a lot, because Ive always had great experiences at BB locations. We bought our new TV there and the sound guys were soooo detailed in their suggestions for when we upgrade our home theater system. They even offered lots of tips on how to get the best quality for as little as possible, knowing full well that would cut into their commission. Apparently doing the best for their customer is their top priority and we really appreciated that.
Extremely knowledgeable employees throughout. Very helpful & offering of equipment. Upon entering we were greeted with smiles & welcomes. What a relief for businesses to finally be open with employees & management that care.Security inside, were quit impressive. Made us feel welcome. I would definitely recommend this best buy to family & friends.
This is the Best Buy near Target which is a convenient one stop shopping experience. However, if you will be there a long time, find out if Target validates. I like the Best Buy store and the products they carry but this store could use some improvement. Good news is they have parking. Bad news is that its only for an hour and Best Buy does not validate. An hour was not enough time considering the long lines and also that they are understaffed. I had to wait a long time to get help. There was only one associate working in the department I was in. When he did finally help me I ended up having to drive to a different Best Buy to pick up my product as they did not carry what I needed in store which was a bit of an inconvenience and took a lot of time out of my day. I do not suggest ordering electronics online. Always get those in store. However, in the end, I got what I needed and Im happy.

Food is great and service is friendly. The sushi is good and their prices are better. Theyre still a little short handed so service is slow but they always take care of you. They take your number down for the wait-list so you can always come and walk around a bit before youre called. Golden tiger roll is bomb.

Came in looking for review back up camera options for my car, only to spend the majority of the time tracking down an employee to answer my question. No big deal unless you consider the store was 15 minutes from closing and there was only one other customer in the store with me, amongst 8-9 employees 🤣🤣🤣🤣
This is my go to Best Buy. Ive purchased my last 6 cell phones from this location in particular because they have a really great selection, terrific prices and the employees are just the best, plain and simple! They set up my new phones for me everytime without any hassle at all and the result is perfect, fast and completely hassle free everytime! I recommend this location highly!!

Its alright, typical experience of going to Best Buy and walking around for 15 minutes looking for someone to grab something out of a locked case. They have a decent selection at least and its a convenient location.
Went to buy a soundbar. The girl helping us out was super nice and informative. She kept checking on us to make sure we didnt have extra questions.
Andrew C. sold me a TV that was not in stock. He first got a Best Buy Visa Card for me he then checked to see if they have the TV in stock, which they did not. My guess is he made a good commission from getting the Best Buy Visa card and he didnt want to loose on that.
This is absolutely the worst Best Buy experience. I purchased a laptop 20 days ago, and it will not turn on anymore. I went in the store for help. The guy at the Geek Squad was nice but I was shocked by the price. I then went to the customer service desk for help. The lady had such an attitude and would not listen to anything I say. I understand that I was past the free return period, so I was trying to see what I can do rather than getting into an argument.

Not a dislike. Sometimes people who work in an industry that has language that is challenging to understand. It makes it hard for some people to help when others dont understand. People need to have patience. If this situation happens.
One of the worst Best Buy experiences I have ever had. I had purchased a laptop from Best Buy about 2 months ago. My Geek Squad Service ended but I was told through a phone provider that I can still drop it off at any best buy for repairs. I went to this Best Buy to drop it off and they didnt even run a diagnostic on my computer. They looked at it for about 4 seconds and decided immediately that there was nothing they can do. After being frustrated I decided to call Geek Squad again telling them about my terrible experience and they redirected me to a better Best Buy in Santa Monica. They were able to help me, and send my computer off for repairs within an hour.

Went here to upgrade to a new iPhone. I will say that the wait was longer than I would have liked, but the person who helped me out was very thorough and patient. Additionally, worked with the Geek Squad post-purchase for some minor additions to the phone and despite another long wait, they were helpful and courteous and friendly. In this new COVID world, extended waits are going to be the norm. Not ideal, but at least they have a courteous and friendly stuff that is super helpful as soon as its your turn to be seen.
Went in for a few of their Apple products but they were a bit limited with inventory. The team running their computer section though was outstanding and very helpful. Gave me all the info I really needed.

The parking lot was so packed and it was easy to get to geek squad in the Best Buy.
Took 1.5 hrs to pick up my online order. This branch were not prepared for a long line and were customers wrapped around the building. COVID-19 6ft signs were not properly installed to equip the long line. There was only one employee who where getting all the orders, until a customer complained. Then we saw more staff members came out. I hope they mirror Walmarts pick up system because I got mine in 10 mins without getting out of my car.

Well, even with the quarantine rules, the customer service was impeccable on my visit. I made an appointment, got a confirmation call and got directions on how to best enter the store and who to ask for when I arrived. The staff its nice, quick and very efficient. They explained the best products for my needs and didnt rush me when I was in contemplation.I also noticed the returns and exchange line, along with contactless pickup was moving very quickly.
This is the smallest and gloomiest Best Buy Ive been to. I only came here since they had the phone I wanted in stock. For it being West Hollywood I would think it would be nicer. Alas, I will never go back.
In and out! Ordered my sons Christmas present online the day before Black Friday since it was $200 off and within a couple of hours, it was ready for pickup. What a great deal for this iBuyPower RGB Gaming PC! Hes going to really love it! Really friendly customer service, security was in full effect and kept everything in order. Best buy stores in LA wont take phone calls anymore. They are using covid as an excuse for poor customer service. Its May 2021, you can have employees answer a phone now.
Well, personally I think if you’re spending good money on a TV or some other product, during one of the busiest buying times of the year, and that product is pre-paid and ready for pick up, you shouldn’t have to wait 30 minutes to an hour, in a line. Not cool. Especially when it’s cool outside. More staff required to be working during busier times to move the line more quickly.

I bought a new, unlocked Samsung cell phone for $440. I had the salesman sign me up for new service with Verizon prepaid and port over my existing phone number from Boost Mobile to the new phone and transfer data as well from old phone to new.The process took over 2 hours. As the store closing time was approaching I was told Id have to come back the next day and start up with a new salesperson because the phone for some reason wasnt working yet.The next day I got a call from Verizon who told me that the port had not been properly done and asked me a bunch of questions and eventually I succeeded in getting the number brought across. But then I discovered the phone still wouldnt work -- couldnt receive or send messages or calls.It turned out it was because Best Buy had installed the wrong network sim card in my phone... One that was not up to date enough to allow the device to function with the new 5G Network. I had to get a new card mailed to me from Verizon... which took 6 days. I phoned Best Buy during this process and asked if they could do anything to fix the situation sooner.They were completely clueless and tried to get me to come in to swap out the SIM card for another one identical to the one already installed. I didnt take them up on it as it would have been a useless expenditure of time.Ulltimately, the phone was made to work. But little thanks to Best Buy. I was really surprised by the ineptness that they brought to the table on this totally straight forward purchase.
I went in there to buy a USB C to C cable and the creepy security guard said I had 10 minutes to check my email. This was after I bought a 512GB micro SD card and a 25W Samsung fast charger. He knew I had a new phone after some POS stole mine.
Because I was trying to order on the drive through and they didnt take my order the door was closed at 9pm
Security Guard always following me and my family around. Its not the first I come here and am followed. Really hate it, makes me feel unwelcome. As someone who is always buying products from Bestbuy its not a great experience.

It was like a mission impossible to find a staff member to ask questions.While I was searching for staff, a gentleman at Samsung kiosk approached me asking if I needed help.He started helping me right away to answer all questions as much as he could, then he found a Best Buy staff to help me.In the end, I was able to get all my questions answered and get everything I needed.If you need to buy something at this location, make sure to expect a delay in everything.

I love this Best Buy store. Someone is usually always standing there. To help me out, and whenever there not. Or a salesmen is always nearby. U can always find them walking around the store. Most of the people who work there are friendly. Most are super helpful and knowledgeable of the products there selling. When there not I always get someone who is. Never had a problem or an issue at this location. I give them a 5 of 5 star rating at this Best Buy. Keep up the good work guys. I will be a longtime customer at this store.

APRIL 2021 TV SECTION REVIEW: Went in to buy a TV and the girl just pointed in general directions while mumbling something, zero actual help. We ended up just walking out of the store looking for help and went to Best Buy in Sawtelle West LA, and it was night and day different. GO TO SAWTELLE, AVOID THIS WEHO MESS.
So the parking garage was cleaner than the carpet at Best buy.... And the garage was very dirty

Theyre definitely open, but seem too busy to help you. This was my 2nd recent visit and both times, had to pull teeth for help. I was buying a video game for my bf and didnt see it. One guy jus said, look over there where the games are. It wasnt there, thats y I was asking. Then I got the attention of a gentleman passing by. He worked there and actually helped me and cashed me out. So I got the game. During that transaction, I realized he was a mngr. At least leadership is stepping up and trying to be an example. Thats why I gave the 3 stars. Maybe next time they will work to earn 4 stars...
