I visited the showroom room several times for the past few months, and each time the customer service was excellent. The sales persons always are so nice and trying hard to help me with my selection each time I visited the showroom. They are so professional, and courteous especially, the show-room manager, Patricia whos amazing when it’s comes to customer service. I have had nothing but an excellent experience from them all along. I highly recommend them if you need bath and kitchen remodeling.

The showroom is locked, requiring digital checkin. We waited 30 minutes until someone saw us, our checkin was not.received.Spent nearly two hours picking out all of the items I wanted pricing on, the deisgner was pleasant and helpful. I sent two follow up emails and never heard back. Landed up going to and placing my order with the Anaheim showroom.

Jorge, THANK YOU! If youre lucky enough to get off an elevator and catch Jorge he is amazing. He grabbed us as we were exiting and loaded our car so fast and efficiently.

Terrible service. Been trying to get an appointment for a while and nobody answers the phone. We decided to go to the store directly and they turned us away for not having an appointment and weren’t even willing to check if there was availability at a later time/date. Don’t waste your time.

Called for a price comparison. The sales person was very attentive and knowledgeable.

Wide selection of tile styles to choose from. Not sure why people are saying bad at customer service they answer every time I call. Service is great and tile installers are professional.

I have been trying to call into either your LA or Orange County showroom for two days. No one answers the phone and when I push the # key for your company directory the recording says I do not understand your request. You guys need to get your phone system upgraded and have us designers be able to get someone easily. Too easy to move on to another showroom.

Terrible customer service. Their epoxy grout is such junk. Customer happened to order it. Just trying to get a bucket of it to show the customer how terrible it is. They have the color I need in stock but there’s a 48 hour processing time😂 it’s 2020 guys get with the program!!

Ive been installing tile for over 17 years. This is by far this worse product Ive EVER came across in 4 states. Maybe if the quality of the product matched the price Id be more understanding. The tile does not lay well, they cover it in an oil base so they dont stick to mortar, and over half of the 32x32 came chipped to come and find out I had to pay 110 for one of these tile. I would not wish this product on any client.

I didnt like the service. Everything was 8-10 weeks. The manager acted like she could swim across the sea and drag me 1800 square get of tile-TRYING TO HIT NUMBERS!. She was thick with black dyed curly hair. the rep for the west coast gave me some leads. He said she was on a short fuse because they want o get rid of her. Every employee was new. I dont like that. Poor leadership. Buying from elsewhere.

Gave me 8 week delivery date for $1750 dollar order with a contractors discount of 25% when ordered from Spain (ordered 8/21/16). They notified me AFTER 6 weeks into my order I was told there would be a delay of at least 6 MORE WEEKS. This order was created in advance to meet the timing of my project.I was forced to order my original purchase from their NJ warehouse instead, so it would not delay construction an additional 6 weeks. After this change, they would not honor the original 25% discount I received when ordering from Spain. They then charged me an EXTRA 400$ to place the new order, since the product came from New Jersey even though they were off on my delivery !Ill purchase from somewhere else next time. My consultant was Carolina Lopez. HARD PASS

Simply the worst customer service ever. Cant get through on the phone---no one acknowledges you when you walk in. When you do manage to get someones attention, they are dumb as dirt. Save yourself the frustration. Go elsewhere.

Everyone was on the phone and when someone was finally able to help, they pointed us to something completely irrelevant and went on to talk to someone else... Hour drive for zero star experience. Worth the 2.3 Average.

Amazing showroom and unique products

If I can give below star, I would, Worse customer service in any industry.no one acknowledge you that you are in there showroom, They have more than enough salespersons to help a busy showroom, but they are sitting and walking, no one have time even to look at you or maybe we are so ugly they cant look at us, very unprofessional, I know they have their own clientele like themselves .I spend over $20,000.00 in different show room buying the same items and getting normal service, back in Nov 2017, today, I go back again(since they are closer to me, need only to tiled a small bathroom) same behavior, even worse, I ask for help from a sales lady, she told me she cant help me, after answering one question, she has to go to her desk and answer her emails.basically I help myself purchase a very small amount and done. never will walk in that place again,

Terrible service. Salespeople sitting around and none of them want to assist. I received a telephone call 2 days after leaving them a message requesting assistance. Frankly unsure how theyre in business.

It is a unique store, in which we find the best for decoration and equipment for our home. Accessible and continuous prices and great offers. 😉👍

The price is very confusing, some places sell very cheap, the physical store is very expensive
