I recently moved and was in need of a new mattress. After a little bit of shopping, I couldnt get passed the amazing service and quality of these mattresses. Gary and his team are great and are able to help determine your mattress based on your body type.I got it home, laid down on it and thought it was the most comfortable bed I have ever laid on. The team that helped me get it in was great, courteous, and had a great attitude. Non of that grumpy delivery types here!If you are looking, dont go any further. This is THE place to get a mattress for sure!!! And they are all over the LA/OC area!!

Pleasant experience with the salespeople three years ago but haven’t had a comfortable nights sleep since I bought the revive mattress.

Though I didnt end up buying a mattress here I very much enjoyed my experience while I was here! Super cool place, they also have events all the time you can go to and my boyfriend and I will most likely be attending one sometime soon. Loved the atmosphere here and amazing customer service.

Ok I went to this store a month back to do some search for a customized mattress ( Asian dimensions) and this lady Nejhla was dealing very nicely and after choosing something with in my low budget ( I have to discard this mattress somehow after a year as we have to move out of USA ) she suggested me their mattress named Enhance 4.1 for $ 995.Ok so now 2 days ago I again went to the store to finally feel the mattress again and order it. This guy named Zeke gave me a feeling that I am at a wrong store and my budget is low as if I don’t belong there( this was what i felt)Ok now I saw the same mattress again Enhance 4.1 and he said that this mattress is above $ 2000 🤔 and when I asked for a discount he said he can bring it to $ 1855.I Surprisingly walked out of the store after making him write this quote . what a difference in the price quotes by the same storeI am super surprised at this shady store.

We purchased a queen bed years ago for our daughter who was 3 at the time, its now almost 10 years later, the bed still feels like new. We were so impressed with the quality of life these mattresses have that we decided to get another one for our 5 year old son. We visited the West Hollywood location and was helped by Nejhla. She is exceptionally knowledgeable with CCM product and super sweet and gave us top notch customer service. She guided us to a perfect mattress for our son. I highly recommend this place, and Nejhla is the icing on the cake... Go.... Youll sleep better.

Wow!We are in the midst of finishing a new home in the Palm Springs area that has been a 2 year project, and Ill have to say that our bed buying experience with Custom Comfort has been the #1 experience of all the vendors that we have dealt with....and there has been a lot of them!We stumbled into the West Hollywood store without having ever heard of this company before, and were pretty tired after our 45 minute presentation from the Duxiana rep down the street a few moments prior. We walked in and had a very informative and pressure free education from Gary. We tried a few beds, and pretty quickly found one that both my wife and I loved (which is tricky because we have different preferences). We were on our way back to Canada so left it at that and were going to think about it.Upon our return we contacted Gary and were ready to place our order...but just before our designer found out about the thickness of the mattress (it had a top and bottom pillow-top) and thought it would not work with our room set-up. This began a back and forth with Custom Comfort and they were unbelievably patient through the whole thing and you could tell they just wanted us to be happy...you can tell they get that this is an important purchase.We finally decided on the Retreat bed with just a top pillow top. It was delivered by very courteous guys, and they even threw in a couple of amazing pillows that we are about to buy more of.After a couple weeks of sleep, we were questioning whether the pillow top was a little too hard, and again contacted CC about our options. Even though the sale had been made, they provided the same pre-sale service and offered to add softness/replace the pillow top to see if that helped. My wife was hesitant to do just a 5% increase in soft instead of 10%, in case it wasnt enough. They were quick to say lets start with 5%, and if thats still not enough well do it again.To top this all off, when we couldnt find a time that worked for them to deliver another pillow top, they made a special trip all the way from LA to Palm Springs, on the memorial day weekend just so wed have it before leaving for home. Thats unbelievable!! The new top was the perfect adjustment, and we are now having sleeps that weve only dreamed of...they truly helped us find that perfect bed that I only used to think existed in 5 star hotels.Weve been living a nightmare after purchasing a home from Ken Bernard and Bernard Investment Group at Vail Dunes in Rancho Mirage, CA, and this bed has been the bright spot. We are now almost 8 months past our close date and still dealing with the consequences of Ken Bernards incompetence and disregard for his clients, so a good sleep has been a true blessing.Thanks Gary and well see you in the future for our next bed....hope you deliver to Canada!
