Always a funny clientele here as I think most people come for the prices and there always seems to be a spill or break making the floor a mess when I’m there - what luck! BUT the selection of liquors and mixes is good. Really represents the big names and the lesser knowns fairly well, plus if you want to try a new liquor without buying a regular size bottle that you might not like, they have a pretty extensive selection of single serves. I also like their glassware selection and the wine choices are solid if not exceptional.

Once again, thank you so much for supporting me so beautifully when I went to visit your wine shop for some relief. Not a single bottle was terrible. Everything the wine I tried was perfect and awesome! I promise you to pay a visit again!

A world-class wine store that has virtually all the well-known wine brands around the world. The bartender is a fantastic dancer like that. I enjoyed seeing the bartender drink my Pinot Noir at the right temperature. I really like the atmosphere of this place. It really fits the peoples vibe. To all my friends and family, I recommend this place.

Was able to find some hidden gems at this BevMo! The online “in stock” whisky I was looking for was accurate, unlike a lot of other stores!Plus it’s attached to Target which makes it a convenient stop!

I really dont want to give a bad comment to this beautiful place. We love this store very much, and always were satisfied with its customer service!! However yesterday, January 17, Sunday I was treated very rudely by young girl, who was working as a cashier. She was so aggressive and rude so I dont want come to this store againe!! It was UNPROFESSIONAL and DISRESPECTFUL!! The administration of BevMo has to take an appropriate actions to fix this problem!! You cant treat people like this.

Overpriced alcohol, will have to give up your details and sign up for membership to get their prices. I only notice members pricing and was surprised not to see regular prices in advance.Country I’m from his approach would be illegal.Bad taste in my mouth and obviously not gonna shop there.

When and where to pick up an order for doordash and was transformed into a BevMo customer the service you guys provide here at the Hollywood store is on believable not only do they have the back alley door to load your stuff in and out of your car but they promote kindness and well-being its a good spot I like it Im going to buy my liquor there you should too

I normally am very happy with BevMo, but you guys have got to sort out your delivery and pickup system during the pandemic. You have delivery drivers and online customers waiting outside in a tight line for over an hour to pick up orders. Its bad service and its a public health issue. Why are cashiers running around looking for elements of the order at pickup? Why arent orders bagged by the door for quick pickup? Why is there no clear system in place for connecting orders with buyers? Why is it taking 10 minutes or more to cycle each customer, one at a time, for pickup?

Excellent staff at this location. They often have good specials on various beverages, and if you sign up for their mailer or Club Bev you get lots of $-off coupons. Also dog friendly!

Love BevMo but its way overpriced....

I love this location. Very large, clean, well-stocked and organized store located on the Santa Monica Boulevard side of the Target Center in West Hollywood.They have everything you need, whether its your favorite beverage or for throwing a party for family and/or friends. Ice, cups/plates, accessories, kegs, beer, wine, liquor, caviar, you name it. One stop shop.Ive been lucky with the service at this location. Friendly and helpful with good suggestions when needed. Free one hour parking in the large underground parking garage with two separate entrances/exits.

I’ve gone to all 3 BevMo locations in the area, but this one is by far my favorite... Always well stocked, friendly staff and close to home... Customer service is great at every location, though at the West Hollywood store it is unmatched...! Leslie is a certified customer service rockstar and she’s actually the main reason that I patron this location on a regular bases... Thank you for always treating me as a valued customer, no matter how I look (disheveled or fancy) whenever I stop in...

Good location which is at Santa Monica and La Brea. The store has the good selections of the different wines and liquors, and also the drink stuff like the cups, snack stuff and ice stuff. The staff is friendly. The more important thing is that they always have the promotion like ¢5 for the second bottle. We lost ourselves to get more wines. Haha

The best place to get all your drinks and all the liquor that you can get even has the refreshments that you want to get.

Poor leadership & management...The guy that answered the phone clearly has a maturity problem. If you’re not accepting online orders, own the feedback and apologize for the inconvenience. You might want to indicate when you plan to reopen unless you don’t care about your customers.

Cheap prices, wide selection, friendly service

Google says youre open till 9 today. I wasted my dinner break walking all the way here. Get organized. I also have had the same experience as the other unhappy customer. I have ordered beers and have been given the run around by every manager there. How hard is it to have beer ordered from a brewer that already sends you 7 styles of there product? Its not even a specialty...

The customer service needs attention. I asked for a specific beer I get pointed in a directed on where they would be at with not assistance in finding it, didnt find it the. I start looking for another type I get asked if I found it and I say no to the same representative that helped me the first time and he decided I didnt need anymore help in finding instead of offering to find it if they are the ones that stock up the product. The i Ask the same representative where another type of beer is he just again points me in a direction and goes and assistance another customer. Terrible customer service!
