Every hi guys here is beyond high end. You want superior quality at the end of each shoot. Leica brand has the camera got you. However. It is very very costly. Cause you are handling the rolls Royce cameras. Remember to have plenty of time cause they have a museum you can browse books and other historic Leica products

One of the most beautiful Leica stores worldwide exists in the heart of Beverly Hills. The second story is a dedicated gallery space, where different world-class photographers and upcoming talent are showcased each month.High end and high class is the name of the game here. Prices are expensive because you are paying for the best quality that mankind can produce.This store is fully stocked with all the latest Leica bodies and lenses. They have an amazing display with unique cameras and museum-like examples of what cameras look like on the inside.Books, backpacks, camera straps, pins, and all sorts of other accessories can be found here.They hold Leica Akademie classes here too, where photographers who are well-versed in their fields come to the store and teach a weekend workshop.All the employees are super nice and knowledgable about camera equipment. They’re also all amazing photographers - don’t be shy to ask them about their work! It’s impressive!Buy new cameras here. You can bring in your gear for repair, it may take months but it’s worth having an expert take care of your Leica.

The store is nice and the gallery is great. The Leica cameras looked terrific, and the staff seemed to be very attentive to the customers. The cameras and lenses are way out of my price range, so I did not personally check them out. I did have a nice time in the gallery. The store does have valet parking, so take advantage of it. Parking in the residential neighborhood next to the store will get you a fine, and I understand they are vigilant about it.

Just to fill you all in, I have never been to the store but I used to work in a Leica store in Northridge. To get to be a leica store, you have to be awesome from the start, you dont just apply for it. When the Pasadena store closed, one of our reps had Leica and he grabbed it for us because we were already the Contax showcase store and we carried Rolleiflex. Sadly my boss wouldnt let me borrow one to test the claim of indestructible for 3 years on the rangefinders.

The Leica Store and Gallery Los Angeles is a must to visit for any dedicated Leica Photographer. The selection of cameras is very good and I especially appreciated the selection of photography books.The Gallery itself is located on the second floor and is well worth visiting.The staff was very helpful, knowledgeable, dedicated and pleasant to talk to.

Susan helped me to obtain a Leica M10. She put my name on a waiting list for this newly released camera and called me when it came in. She shipped the camera to me in Colorado and was thoughtful enough to suggest an extra battery and thumb grip. The camera and accessories arrived perfectly packaged and I couldnt have been happier with what I felt was above and beyond service. Thank you Leica Store La and Susan for your excellent service!!

Nothing short of exceptional, very friendly staff felt welcome from the moment we walked in even if we were just browsing. Happy to let me trial the latest M camera and friendly general talk about photography. The gallery upstairs is most definitely worth a look while the showroom has plenty on display to lust over. Left with a key ring gift and the desire to head back to purchase a camera in the future. 15 yrs as a photographer and this is my best shop experience to date.

The best cameras in the world and Paris who runs the galleries one of the coolest hippest most cosmopolitan beautiful chicks Ive ever known in my life she knows everyone there openings are a lot of fun its just a real class joint and the greatest thing about the whole place is that they have the Leica cameras to back it up because there is nothing better than a LEICA

Prices for Leica gear are the same everywhere so if youre buying a new camera and want the full Leica experience I guess why not if you are looking for used gear unless they are offering it with a warranty (something you might want to have with a Leica digital camera) Id go elsewhere. The gallery seems to show photographs by Leica photographers unfortunately a lot of them are just famous people who own Leicas, it would be nice if they did some community engagement and showed local Leica photographers that werent otherwise famous.

The lack of care concern and respect to customer professional photographers, is concerning. I saved up and bought a camera ..sold as a tough Germian engineering etc It literally broke within two weeks of use. I used it less than I do my Nikonn. Leica refused to co operate, refused to honor its Warranty and is charging over half its cost in repairs?? I was sold alemon,a flase bill of goods and Leica refuses toaknowledge that so I guess ALL their camera break in two weeks.They can run as many exhibits in their stores as it likes, including myself and friends but if they cant get it right in the manufacture,warranty or repair and listen to photographer and treat them with respect in the tech process, then it means nothing.Spend your money and talent elsewhere..

Even if you cant afford the cameras, the Leica Gallery is worth visiting. They have a good photobook selection and small upstairs gallery that rotates out at least once a month which you can go to anytime the store is open. The gallery hosts evening opening events (often with the artist in person) and Coffee and Cameras talks that you can RSVP for once you sign up for their mailing list. Make sure to bring a little cash for tipping the event bartenders and the valet (if you should use those services) because theres no nearby ATM and none of the local coffee shops give cash back.

From the iconic Leica brand comes a beautiful store / gallery... perfectly expensive hardware downstairs, bright indoor / outdoor gallery up...worth a visit...

This is a great place to visit not only to see their Art Gallery, but to see their wonderful cameras and learn about the equipment and lenses that Leika is very famous for. The employees are very friendly and knowledgeable and it is a pleasure to speak with them and ask them questions.

I went to see the exhibit of Ralph Gibson ( very nice show ) and ended up getting a camera! Leica digital is now!

The Leica Store and Gallery is a great place to ask questions and familiarize yourself with the various Leica cameras. It also has a wonderful gallery that showcases a variety of current photographers - I have seen shows focused on movie scenes, the monks of Nepal, urban street photography, the conceptual and abstract, skateboarding and the punk music scene, to name a few.The gallery and store also has Monthly weekend meetings called Coffee, Cameras, and Conversation which focuses on a photographers inspiration, process and workflow, balanced by a slideshow of their work followed by a question and answer session. The Leica Gallery and Store is rich with inspiration and creativity!

Wanted to buy Q2 at the shop and they were talking about waiting lists while Amazon and Samys in LA stock the product. Why not say museum instead of store?

Awesome place with high quality cameras and accessories. Went to Nikki Sixxs Photography opening there, very intimate and well done.Highly reccomend it.

The store looking nice. Service was great when I visit. However I am quite disappointed with the sale rep. Sale Rep was not honest about the store policy. When there is a concern sale rep finds the way to discourage by giving falsify information about the store policy.

I worked there once, they seem alright towards customers & treat employees fairly. Very expensive cameras, some products are reasonably priced, such as the T -shirts, cups, books & similar merchandise.

Nice staff, I could test lot of lenses with camera. There are almost every leica products. Absolutely best place who loves Leica!
