I was looking online for candles I could not find in stock anywhere else and came across this store. I had the pleasure of talking with one of the owners (I think) and she was a pleasure to work with. She had 1 of the items but wanted to be sure about one thing. I so appreciated the call. Everything arrived perfectly and all the candles are beautifully boxed. Highly recommend this store whether in person or online.

I highly recommend the amazing selection of high quality candles. I was able to get a friend a Swedish brand that she struggled to find anywhere stateside. Also when I had some shipping challenges during the height of the Christmas rush, Stacey went above and beyond in providing top notch customer service. I will definitely shop again.

Ive come to Candle Delirium once or twice a year for several years. The staff here are truly candle professionals. Today I was assisted by Brice. Several years ago we switched to an artificial Christmas tree, which looks great but, doesnt smell like anything. For several years weve tried different things (pine tree boughs, pine tree wealths, etc.) in order to have the pine tree smell in our home during the Christmas season. I took my problem to Candle Delirium this afternoon and Brice had several solutions. The solution I liked best was the pine tree scented candle with two wicks. Interesting that this particular brand (and model) of candle has several sizes; the small one wick candles scent reportedly covers about 400 square feet (a living room or small apartment) - the medium two wick candle about 1,000 square feet - the big three wick candle covers closer to 1,500+ square feet. As I type this my two-wicker is filling the living and dining rooms with its pine scent! I dont mind paying a little more for a quality product, to be assisted by someone who truly understands their craft and the products available.

This is my favorite candle store by far. I can get every brand that I love and have found some new ones that I am obsessed with as well!! They always have the scents that I love in stock. I will never buy from anywhere else!

I had been buying candles from Candle Delirium for many years without any issues whatsoever. A few months back I ordered two candles that were in stock on their website. I ordered these candles with other items. I received the other items but not the two candles. I was charged for the full amount. I called Candle Delirium and I was told that when they had the candles in stock they would ship them to me. I gave Candle Delirium the benefit of the doubt due to Covid and shipping delays from Europe. I trusted they would do the right thing. Ive called a few times asking for the candles and now they are telling me they were shipped and that I need to take the issue up with FedEx. Do not order from Candle Delirium online. Make sure you do not pay for anything unless they have it in stock ready to ship. After many years I will no longer order candles from Candle Delirium.... fast forward... only after I left this review did Candle Delirium call me. Go figure. I just now talked to the owner, Anthony Carro. He was screaming expletives and dropping f-bombs at me over the phone. Anthony clearly has anger management issues. Buyer beware.

I ordered three large candles and a room spray but unfortunately they were out of the large candles! Instead of cancelling the order, they shipped 6 medium candles free of charge and even sent a mini tester candle that smells amazing! It made my day🥰 Will definitely continue to order from Candle Delirium!

Placed an order on 27 Oct. 2020. On 6 Nov. it has still not been shipped. I sent an e-mail to the store and have heard nothing back from them.Update. After multiple emails, a phone call and a bunch of excuses, I was told that my order would be shipped on Nov. 18th. They created a label on that day, but it didnt leave the store until tne 23rd. Scheduled delivery is now the 29th. Over a month for 4 items that were all listed as in stock on the day of purchase.

I love to shop small, but I had a terrible experience with this business from the owner himself. I had received a shipping notification within a few days of placing my order but over a week later, it still wasn’t tracking. I was brusquely informed it was a UPS issue and I should check tracking that night. Being an avid online shopper, I knew it wouldn’t take over a week for UPS to show tracking if it had truly been shipped the day I received the shipping notification. But rather than admit the notification was sent too early, he lied to me and blew off my question. Tracking appeared the next day to show my package had just left the store. Worse, the owner tried to intimidate me via phone and email into taking down an honest review. I’ve talked to friends in LA who had similar experiences here. On another note, the packaging was terrible for the environment—they actually still use styrofoam peanuts! There are much better places to support.

The owner and manager are always so helpful and knowledgeable. They treat their customers like family and you can tell how much love goes into the displays. Everything is so put together and beautiful and lets not even discuss the fragrance of all the candles. This place is magical and fun. This is a Haven for all types of candle lovers. Love it

I only give this place two stars for AWFUL service. I went in last week to purchase gifts, particularly Malin and Goetz candles which run for over $50 each. I walked in and was ignored by the entire staff. I asked who appeared to be a manager, owner, or someone in charge for assistance, and was flippantly dismissed. I ended up purchasing what gift items online despite living a couple of blocks away.I am not going to make any suggestions or assumptions as to why I was treated poorly, but needless to say I was treated differently from other customers (and I look different as well.) I personally will NOT be coming back here as this place does not seem/feel inclusive of ALL despite being in the middle of West Hollywood.
