Avoid avoid avoid!! First time ever leaving a review this place takes the cake. Empty promises lies at all levels from the salesman Russell to the sales Manager Dino. And yes I will call them out by name because they need to be exposed for their slimy typical car salesmen tactics. Called/texted left messages and no responses. Would be happy to update this post after a real supervisor returns my call and makes good on their promise. Ohh also they forged my signature on the title!!!! This place needs their car dealership license revoked.Buyers beware!!

I havent been here but I did call the parts department to order some touch up paint for my beautiful 15 year old Jaguar S Type with just one itty bitty little tiny scratch on it and the guy in the parts department was totally Awesome. He took great care of everything and even after he told me that he could not have it shipped to my house and I would have to go to the dealership to pick it up.....LO and Behold...a few days later UPS comes and rings my doorbell and puts it in my hand. Service..... Highly recommend.

A mix of laughable service and incompetence. Was delivered a new iPace with defective charging port. The salesman suggestions varied from restart the car to charge it with doors unlocked. After two weeks of this and barely any driving I bring it in for service. They tell me it’s a defective port that needs replacement and that I could get it the next day. Unfortunately they then scratch the car which now needs repainting. In three weeks I was able to use the car 3 times and looking to another weekend before I get it back.The incompetence extends to seemingly all features of the vehicle. Took 4 days and multiple calls to be set up with their remote app which also enables the car to be located in case of emergency. The sales folk doesn’t return calls and their voicemails are full so can’t leave messages. When you do get them they give you no answers or a will get back to you.Jaguar corporate should revoke their license to sell their carsDespite the response below and repeated calls from me my car was supposed to be fixed and ready today but again no calls or updates from service

We arrived to a friendly greeting from Leslie at the front desk. Leslie worked diligently monitoring the number people inside the dealership with care and concern for all. This company, specifically the sales manager Kelvin have ZERO commitment with online or call sales. During this time of quarantine I got my financing approved with the bank, negotiated it with Kelvin, submitted the application and after going thru all this process they sold it for someone who went there before me. That’s ridiculous. Don’t waste your time doing business with this company as they don’t take you seriously.

I just bought my 8th Land Rover (7 Range Rovers, 1 Discovery in 2000). Ive owned them for 30 years and Im still as happy as when I bought my first one .... a used 1982 Range Rover that ran for 250,000 miles and was still going strong when I sold it at a garage sale. I am a realtor and have big dogs (Great Danes). This car is perfect in every way except maybe a little more storage, like the little drawers in the 7 series BMW. Its not enough of a reason, though, to buy anything other than my beloved Rover. I may have been lucky, but Ive never had a mechanical problem. And, Im in love with the top quality service, how well Im treated, free loaners, etc. What more could you want? And, Hornburg? There are no words... Love them.

Horrible service! We walked in and looked around for 10-15 min and not even 1 person came to say hi or help us. There were about 15 people working at the dealership and not even one person came up to us while they were talking to each other. ( we were the only customers there).I asked a question from a guy sitting at his desk and he talked to me like he had something better to do.I do not recommend this place all at.

Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Salesman did not inform us that it was a “punch” vehicle and that was why it was reduced so much. It would not have mattered but he should have been forthcoming. The tech guy was very knowledgeable and patient, making sure we understood how everything works. The fiancé guy was friendly and very helpful. As for the Discovery Sport, we love it! It’s the perfect size, zooms around easily, yet rides like our Lexus ES 350.

I found the exact car at Hornburg. (2019 Range Rover Sport Supercharged Dynamic)I wanted to purchase. I made a call and spoke with Kelvin who couldn’t have been more accommodating. The particulars were handled over the phone and the car was perfectly prepared upon arrival. They offered to deliver the vehicle, but ended up Ubering us in (2.5 hour drive). Kelvin was incredibly professional, easy to work with and very savvy with setting up features on my car. Kelly in finance gave me the best experienceI have ever had. Everything was ready to go and there was no nonsense which I appreciate. Hornburg is definitely NOT one of my local dealerships, but I WOULD DEFINITELY purchase from them again. Thank you Kelvin!! I was mislead and taken advantageThe service advisor recommending brakes based on 4’ inches left and extra services to the brakes that were not necessary.All details were a complete lie.Only discover after getting 2 other honest estimates. Brakes are not due for another 30,000 miles at least.I was shocked and disappointed to learn they aren’t trust worthy.I called the service manager to address this issue in hopes this was a one off but I never heard back.

I will exclusively use this facility for all future repairs. Tom, the Enterprise rent-a-car agent onsite, was also fantastic. I received a Jaguar as a rental car. My Range Rover was repaired expeditiously; and I am extremely satisfied with the results.

I just bought a brand new 2020 Range Rover here and cannot get the Navigation to work. For one month, NOBODY there knows whats going-on, until I have to call the 1-800 Land Rover number to figure-out what is going-on.....Then, I get nobody to help me from this local dealership.This place is AWFUL.

Very nice to your face. Leased a brand new RR and had issues from the first time I shut the car off. Good luck on getting any help once you leave. Think about the entire time you will have your car and think about buying from a place who will not leave you sitting on the side of the road for 2.5 hours .... 0.9 miles down the road!!! Be careful Moms!They also said they would send me a check to reimburse my Uber rides while they had my car. That never happened and they didn’t even bother to return my text when I asked where it was?!?!These are just a few of the things that went wrong with this dealership. Be careful.Melissa

I always dread buying a car, I really wanted a Range Rover and it was my first time buying a luxury car. I was expecting the process to be a nightmare. Thanks to Havon at Hornburg it was AMAZINGLY a pleasurable experience, he was nice to myself, my wife and my daughter and infinitely patient with my incessant questions. I went in looking for a specific vehicle but he took the time to show me all of my options and I am now the VERY PROUD owner of an Evoque, a car which actually fits exactly what i wanted, my only problem now is making sure my wife doesnt steal it from me!! The next step was going into financial and talking with them to close the deal, I thought everything so far has been so easy - this is where i get fleeced, instead it was the same experience as with Havon, easy, honest and straightforward. What a fantastic experience buying from here, Jonathan Pearson was absolutely brilliant, what a nice guy, friendly professional knowledgeable in every sense of the word. There’s no pressure at this dealership to buy, and because of that it makes you want to buy, we’d been to a few high end dealerships before coming here and we were hounded by the sales people, to the point we were being hounded by three of the sales people at one place, so we were a little apprehensive when we first walked in to Hornburg and I was planning my escape route. But within a couple of minutes I found myself relaxing, the atmosphere was just perfect which gave me the time to actually look at the different models, to be able to take a step back and really look at the cars. The whole experience was great. We had such a good laugh with everyone who worked there, even off the topic of cars and on to good restaurants, we had such a good laugh. What a truly wonderful group of people. One other thing I noticed whilst looking around was how meticulous the service people are, I managed to watch them as they serviced customers cars, the place is immaculate and the service staff the same, i will be taking my car here for service when the time comes that’s for certain.I seriously highly recommend this dealership, and most definitely Jonathan.

Vehicle was not put together properly. Rear tail lamps were not reinstalled correctly, leaving gaps. Rear bumper was not reinstalled correctly, over torquing causing bumper buckle where it meets the car. This needs to be fixed.

I inquired about a 105k car, the manager told me a price, and when i got there it was totally different. Typical car salesman tactic, i thought this does not exist in this caliber of a car, but i was wrong. After heavy negotiations, I still purchased the car. I had to get back to pick up my daughter from school, so I told them to please wash the car, and fill up the fuel. they failed to do both, car was dirty, fuel was empty.Maybe my expectation is high, but I would at the least like to have my 100k+ car clean and filled with fuel.I would never even think about purchasing a car from them. I recommend that whoever wants to purchase an expensive car like the ones they sell, go somewhere else. There are a lot of choices, I regret going here.

I initially found this dealership online because they had the best published lease specials. I talked to Kelvin who is the floor manager. I think they over work him, he was busy and didnt have time to talk but was still able to get me the info. The next day however Kelvin was on his game and the reason why we are giving a 5 star review. From start to finish once we were in the dealership Kelvin made the experience great. He explained every single thing with the car and then when we got in the car he took the time to go over every single thing and answer every single one of our questions. I have never had such a great on boarding experience into the car. Kelvin made the car buying experience pleasurable, and in my opinion the way it should be when you get a car from a high end dealership.I have to say though we dealt with Kelly in Finance and he was a whole other story. Kelly was rude, obnoxious and literally went to straight up lying and using tactics I had never seen before just to sell the warranty. Kelly proceeded to tell us a story where someone brought their car back after a lease ended to the dealership and it was perfectly fine and they charged the person $8,000 for the lease return on a $27,000 car. Kelly then showed us a confidential document with the persons name on it showing the $8,000 charges in order to try and sell the warranty.I told Kelly that I usually trade my cars in before the end of the lease, as a last ditch effort to try one more deceitful tactic Kelly says well thats if they buy your car in the trade and not just pay off your lease payments. I have brought in 6 cars before the lease ends and got a new car and every single time they bought the car. Not sure in what world would they just pay off your payments and then you as the consumer figure out what to do with the car.If it werent for Kelvin, this would be a 1-star review, I am dead serious. Watch out for the finance department at this dealership, they are as shady as they come. Sales on the other hand are on top of their game !

WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE! This is the most unprofessional group of car salesman that I have ever met. After 3 weeks of deliberation I decided that I was going to purchase a flight from Naples, FL to Los Angeles to purchase a 2014 Range Rover Sport. I was promised that they would deliver the car free of any cosmetic damage. I had a friend of mine, local in the area, test drive the car. He mentioned that there was broken piece of trim around a speaker. I spoke with Lanndon (the car salesman), and he told me that the car was going to the body shop to have the piece repaired.I reconfirmed that the piece would be fixed prior to my arrival, so that there would be no delays with the delivery. When I arrived to the dealership the trim had not been replaced, and they told me that if I wanted the car that I would have to have it repaired at my cost of $2,400. I was told by Hornburg that this was their company cost; however, another Range Rover dealership parts rep told me that this piece was actually only $1,700. Regardless of them trying to make another $700 off of me, they should have replaced the piece free of charge as promised. I spent $1,300 in expenses to purchase the car, and walked out empty handed. The way I was spoken to, treated, and deceived made me extremely skeptical of their entire operation.Their management looks to cut corners every chance they get. I would never buy a car from this dealership, nor would I get any of my service done by them. YOU ARE NOT IN GOOD HANDS WITH THESE PEOPLE! BEWARE!

I test drove several high end vehicles and visited the same number of high end dealerships, including another Land Rover dealership. When I walked in to Hornburg on Sunset I was expecting a similar experience, I was wrong. DANIEL GANON approached and extended a professional and friendly welcome. He asked me some questions and I responded with what I was looking for and expecting. He went to work and found the exact model with every item I wanted in my Range Rover Velar.The car was delivered to Hornburg three days later and I went in and told Daniel, I wanted a quick and effortless transaction, and I received exactly that. The sales Manager DINO JALTOROSSIAN, and the finance Manager LUKE GRASSO made my experience just how I wanted it to be, quick, effortless and pressureless.They covered every detail and I was out on the open road. I did experience one small issue with my front bumper and contacted them. The very next day a porter was at my office to exchange my vehicle for an equivalent loaner. After being passed around by about 5 different people between Hornburgs central sales office and 2 dealerships over the course of about 2 weeks (I was out of the country), I finally just walked into the West Hollywood store and bought my car. Really inept sales effort but they made it a smooth transaction when I finally got in there. Love my new Range Rover.

I have had exceptional Service for my Range Rover from Richard Sherman and Hornberg. I took my Range Rover there for a harsh sound in the ignition. He diagnosed it in the office, confirmed it by testing and repaired it within 36hrs. Great!!As usual.

I felt like I was trying to sell them something. Worst experience trying to buy a car ever. Filled out tons of paperwork. The credit department treated my like I did not exist. So I figured hmm I better check my credit rating maybe something is fishy. But to my amazement my Credit rating is above 810 yet they did not call me back for over a week. I had to call them. Then when attempting to reach them no call backs from the finance department. 2 stars because the salesman Lyndon was nice. Really odd experience. Maybe something else is going on but I had to write the review so you know.

Great experience with Sy Fields! I enjoyed it so much that I got TWO vehicles (Jaguar + Range Rover) within a SIX MONTH period. The worst customer service that I have ever experienced. The staff didnt acknowledge our presence, which I found to be odd for a car dealership...anyway we thought maybe theyre busy and just need a second so we browsed the cars in the showroom biding time until the staff werent so busy. Every person in there looked up at us and right back at their desks,as if they couldnt be bothered to greet us or offer us any form of assistance/customer service. After 20 minutes of waiting around, we decided to leave and visit the Land Rover dealer in Encino. We were greeted instantly upon arrival, and directed to a sales associate that could help us throughout the whole process.Go to Land Rover Encino, where they actually care about helping their customers and making a sale

Something went wrong with our appointment booking, we showed up on our scheduled service day but was told our name is not on the reservation list. After my husband explained to the staff, they took our car in anyway, and put us in a jaguar rental. The service was done 2 days after we checked it in, so late Friday afternoon. Weekend is coming up when Hornburg is closed. So the staff told us we could keep the rental for 2 more days for free. We got our vehicle back in good condition and did not pay for anything (I prepaid for services when I purchased my car), so we are very happy with the experience.

Brought my car in for a computer recall. Notice the eco start wasnt working after I got my car back. Waited a couple of weeks but it never started working. Called and was told I had to bring it in. Decided to go to Santa Monica since its closer to work. Left early, made other plans so I could make the appointment only to be told I have to drive the car about 500 miles for the system to kick back in. Fine, but why dont the service reps at Hornburg Los Angeles know that? Wasted my time yet again!

Ive always wanted to drive a Range Rover, but kind of skeptical because I know its a high end car and I might not be able to afford it, but when I inquire to the dealership. It seems doable for me.I went to Hornburg Jaguar and Land Rover in LA (sunset), Donavan is the sales rep that helped me through this whole process.... He is the most helpful and easy person to talk to. I did not have to hassle on anything. He made sure I was happy with the decision I chose. He gave me options and explained how it worked. Worst experience ever. Avoid this dealer. The sales guy Kelvin lied and got me to the dealer, surprise surprise typical car sales guy. When I tried, talking to the manager Dave Campbell, he was rude,disrespectful, and very immature. It felt like I was talking to my 12 year old nephew. I ended up going to South Bay Land Rover and got a much better deal, most importantly excellent customer service, Go See Eric he will take care of you. Hornburg doesnt care about its customers, and mgmt has no problem running an unprofessional business.

I purchased a car last weekend!! From Hornburg Jaguar on Sunset Blvd. in Hollywood, Gus Abbona, my sales consultant made the process Super easy, No pressure, Seamless transaction with my trade in! He answered All of my questions and the Finance Department was extremely helpful, non judgmental and thoroughly explained each contract item!! I am so pleased with my purchase and the entire process was great! I went with my son to purchase a car at another Jaguar dealership ( of his choosing) 2 days later and it was like Night and Day, the OTHER dealership finance guy was standoffish and borderline rude, was annoyed by my questions and the process took 3 days!!! One of the easiest and pain free car purchasing. Had the pleasure of working with Donavon. He made the process simple and easy. I told him exactly what I want it, gave him my budget and withing couple of hours I walk-out with a 2018 Range Rover Sport HSC. After talking to other dealers in Pasadena, Cerritos, etc... for months, Donavon at Hornburg LA made it possible within hours. He knew exactly what I was looking for, listened to my budget, answer all my questions, made me feel important and overall he made the process smooth and stress-free. I would highly recommend Honrburg LA but ask for Donavon. Oh! and Jason in the Finance Department was very helpful putting the protecting packages in place based on my purchase. His recommendations were very helpful. Overall, I highly recommend.

So you buy a new Range Rover Sport - less than 1 year old and you find out there is only a sensor on the right side brake. So oddly the left side has no sensor only the right - the brakes feel fine but one day you hear grinding - turns out the left side ( the one without the sensor has worn through to the roter )- at less than 1 year and 15k miles you we need a new roter - no warning because I assume two sensors are too expensive for a $75k car. According to the service dept we make a lot of left turns and they want $1500 to replace. Amazing - according to them it is not odd brakes that would wear unevenly - they cant explain why there are not two sensors - other than the factory assumes brakes are expected to wear evenly ------ it is not under warranty.

I almost dont know what to say with the experience I received at this location. The sales rep I dealt with was so full of himself, that I perceive him as a millionaire and question why hes even employed. Have never heard in my entire life that a vehicle can only be purchased based on your zip code. I only live about 7 miles away. The sad part is that I was ready to go home with a vehicle the same day; instead I left feeling defeated and completely let down. I called back and spoke to a manager about an hour after I left and his favorite response on the phone over my concerns was YEP repeatedly to almost every question asked. Glad it happened anyway. I would rather invest my money to the ones that deserve it.
