Prompt, attentive & very courteous staff had it together on my visit. Likely a tough location due to the volume of people, but it was efficient, clean, and well organized.

This location is great! Very clean, spacious, and organized. It was relatively busy around 3:15 pm, but all customers seemed to be taken care of, and I barely had to wait at all before one of the associates called my name. Isabel was an absolute pleasure to meet and have assist me. She was a total expert, was extremely helpful and friendly, and I left super happy with the service and the new phone. She did a great job assisting me in setting up my new iPhone. Thank you!!

One worker tried to help me to solve problem with trade-in service to get higher price on my old iPhone. Price was crazy small. He tried to search for options to get better price. Then he gave me direct phone number of customer support where I called later to try to get better price. Finally, I got what I wanted. Worker also helped me to solve another problem with that transaction, there was mistake done by iPhone seller who switched me to ATT.. Result was good even if it took much longer than expected. Last month, I used self-service kiosk at this location to pay my phone bill. Fast service, easy to use. And workers are nice, friendly, they know their work very well.

If I can give it would be minus scores, they just cannot handle any prepaid plans and just dump you to the stupid phone service that costs you an hour. Still not resolved but just wasting your time by transferring lines. Same thing happens with every staff. Oh you are in another department. Let me transfer your line. Thats called a good service. Perfect.

My phone came up for upgrade while I was traveling. I went to the ATT Store on La BREA in Los Angeles. I was greeted and my name taken for the walk-in list. I waited less than 5 minutes and was handed off to Joel. He was friendly, extremely knowledgeable, and made what can be a tedious event a pure pleasure.I made my choice for an IPHONE 12 Pro. All of the options were explained to me and Joel made me aware of the trade in program then checked my current business plan getting me to a new, current plan.The store manager checked on us frequently and like Joel, went out of his way to make sure I had no problems.I’m a 20+ year ATT customer and have been in several stores. This one is right at the top in customer service.

Bryan was awesome helping us with a prepaid phone. Waited with us for over half an hour on hold with customer service. Five stars all the way!

Update. Alexis did not know what she was doing and completely ruined my account. Today I went in to try to fix all the mistakes she’s made. Adding two account under my name when I did not ask her to. Lied about not being eligible for an upgrade. And causing hundreds of dollars in charges. This is unacceptable and the answer I got from the manager is that she’s new and there is nothing they can do. After the manager was being disrespectful and condescending I called customer service who was in disbelief at all the mistakes that was made by Alexis. I am extremely unhappy with how they handled the situation. Thank god for the customer service agent who went above and beyond to fix the problems this store caused. Do not trust the lying employees or the rude unhelpful manager.Alexis went above and beyond to make the worst day imaginable great. After being robbed of my phone. Alexis took me from crying to providing solutions and even upselling me with a new Apple Watch. We came came in for a replacement and left with two phones and two new watches. Thank you Alexis for making this horrible situation something amazing.

I bought a prepaid number for a business trip. it’s my first and last time. Innstead of providing me a NÉW number- they gave me a refurbished one used to be owned by a clinic! That explained why nobody answered my calls, as they thought I was scamming them. When I asked the number to be replaced they did replace it. And Guess —>What to another refurbish number!! horrible experience

Unhelpful staff for prepaid service. Every time I came here. They just told you theres nothing they could do and rather not help you call the customer service. They would send you to Bestbuy to buy their prepaid phone card. Well AT&T service would send away their customers because youre buying prepaid plan for them.

Clerk sold me a sim card for an older model phone. (My husband needed a phone for one week only.) The clerk even inserted and activated it for me (so, they knew the phone was 3G.) Phone stopped working the next day. I went back to the store and had the manager help me. Your phone is out of date. It wont work with the sim card. I explained what happened. They refunded the charge of the sim card but not the $15 activation fee. Calls to the number I was given go unanswered. AT&T has no live chat or email for customers to reach out either. Absurd in 2021.

Yesterday I stopped by the store to switch over from a different company and the sales associate Lin attended me. He was very polite and he didn’t try to rush through the process even though they were other people waiting to be attended. He didn’t try to trick me into getting something I didn’t want although he did offer politely other accessories for my phone, I just didn’t need them but all together I walked out of this store feeling happy about the service. Will definitely be coming back to the la brea AT&T.

My cellphone had stopped holding a charge and I was desperate for an upgrade and to transfer my old data before the phone died.My salesman was informed and efficient and less than 30 minutes after arriving, I walked out with a brand new Samsung Galaxy S 20 fe, fully loaded with all my old data! Couldnt be happier!😄

As an AT&T customer I always end up coming to this store. Reason being for the great customer service I get. Joel and Chelsea are always there to help me out choose my phone accessories. Also want to mention Jeffrey Merlos Diaz. That guy is the reason why I switched to AT&T. When I was with T-mobile services sucked and just wasn’t good for what I was paying. Jeffrey Merlos helped me with that and got me exactly what I needed and wanted.

Dave was my associate today. He was clear and helpful, full of information. He presented lots of options from equipment to my plan. It was a very nice feeling to be taken care of by someone who knew their job, their product, and how to provide excellent customer service!

Don’t even know where to Begin. My experience wasn’t great. First off I didn’t feel safe doing business in the store with workers not having mask on properly. Also I found out after my upgrade that additional features were added to my account without authorization. Insurance and a feature called next up. Which I did not have before I walked into this store. Very very shady. Could go unnoticed easily I’m sure this is happening to many customers without them realizing it. I will not be returning to this location because of this and thinking about switching my service elsewhere!

After a verrry long week trying to transfer from another phone service, multiple calls and a previous trip to AT&T, it was nice to finally have someone who cared and helped figure out all of my problems. On top of that, she was short staffed and still the most helpful employee I’ve dealt with this passed week.

The BEST wireless experience I’ve ever had!! Even though I stopped by on Monday 10/19 to browse for a new plan, he didn’t pressure me to get a new plan that same day, took his time to answer my questions, and was a huge help. I bought a prepaid AT&T cell phone as I found the price affordable n the no contract feasible, the rates suit my plan as well,however I lost my phone during use of public transport N needed to replace the phone therefore searched online n got to the store on Vine n Hollywood .The lady helping me with the purchase of the set at the Target had already confirmed that I would be able to setup the sim card for the same no that I had previously lost, she perhaps had already called them n setup an appointment with the store people or at least this is the feeling I got by the welcoming behaviour of the girls at the AT&T store which happened to b right across the corner from Target. My sim card was replaced n the same cell phone no was activated to my phone. the behaviour of those AT&T agents was extremely pleasant n has left a wonderful impression of the professionalism n customer care on my self.

Larry Rosales, the retail sales consultant there, is terrific. I just bought a new i phone and he was patient and knowledgeable. The other staff great too. Safety protocols were all in place. Highly recommend.

My experience was so fabulous! Chris did a perfect job!!!! He helped us in every possible way. I not only got my new phone, but he helped me transfer all the data from my old phone including the apps, and the data on those apps. He was friendly and nice and really took his time with us. He went above and beyond the call of duty.

I can honestly I say I don’t really write reviews at all unless I’m blown away. If it is a negative experience, I simply don’t return, instead of being some viral vigilante with a review. This is one of those cases where the service I was rendered exceeded my expectations. I’ve come to this location before and have always been treated exceptionally. This time around, I went by to simply inquire what it would take to upgrade my internet capabilities. Not only did an associate named Lin answer all my questions, he immediately set me on a path towards a solution that was not only easier than I could have hoped for, it was actually COST EFFECTIVE. When does that happen?!?! Lin made me feel that this interaction was between actual human beings, rather than a means towards a quota or a sale. He was personable, kind and incredibly informative about the avenues I had available to me that I was clueless towards. It’s these kind relations that make me loyal to the brand, ongoing for over a decade. Thank you so much Lin, the company is so lucky to have you and you will for sure me again as long as you’re there!

Incredibly shady Manager. I’m contacting the BBB about my experience! I’m not receiving credit for my trade in device because according to ATT it was cancelled by Stephanie! No one knows where my phone is!!! I was told it takes about 3 months to receive credit and guess what ? Nothing !!!This is robbery! I’ve tried to call the store and I’ve never gotten a call back I’ve requested to speak with the district manager and apparently he or she refuses to speak with the general public. My bill is incredibly high and I just feel like crying I’m so upset and no one wants to help! This is not the proper way to conduct business! Why would you steal my phone !!!!!!!

My experience with this store and representative David was disappointing.Very helpful at the beginning when I was inquiring about service, but after the sale happened no answer or resolution.This individual give me his number to reach out to him or if I had any question or help.No response, I still haven’t received any information to start my internet service and just prolong responses with no answer.I’m canceling the service.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! Im a healthcare worker and when I signed up they told me to bring my work tag and they would add the discount, a couple of days later I went back with my tag. Im not sure if this guy was the owner of this AUTHORIZED (because its not an official store) location, but he was helping a customer with buying a phone, HE TOLD ME COME BACK ANOTHER DAY! And I replied but Im here right now and he said yes but I am busy keep in mind I am Mexican and I was wearing sweats that day. So in his mind I look nothing like that Anglo American that he was helping with selling a phone. Do not waste your time there just go to the one off of La Brea and Santa Monica literally a three minute drive

David changed my phone plan without my permission. I see today he made my bill more expensive. Without my permission!!!! I asked him two times what he was doing and he would not give me a straightforward answer! Very disappointed and will be calling headquarters about this!

AT&T at La Brea and Santa Monica is a recommended store to make purchase. The staff are very accommodating and will help customers of their concern.

Christian (I think that was his name) and the store manager (a woman with shoulder length blonde curly hair who’s name I didn’t catch) were very helpful. They went above and beyond to find a solution for me, making multiple phone calls and checking things on the computer. They totally could’ve just said “no we can’t do that” but they put in an earnest effort to help me out and accommodate my situation. I left with my issue (something that was my fault, not theirs) 100% resolved and a new, working phone in hand. Great customer service! Additionally, the store felt COVID safe— there was sanitizer at the door, lots of space, and clear dividers at the tables. It was really well air conditioned, clean, had a parking lot, and had security. I was greeted and put on a waitlist as soon as I arrived, and was being helped within 5 minutes. Overall, a positive experience and a store I will return to if I need anything else.

When I arrived I pointed out exactly the kind of phone I wanted... I also clearly said that I had an prepaid account already for 5 years but someone had stole my iPhone-11 just day ago. So I needed something convenient and cheap just for the meantime so I had what it was I wanted. Anyway they sold me on an idea of an generation iPhone because they said it was faster so I never even looked at it because they said the software was a year old but better.so I paid over $220 for the iPhone and after I left I started to use it I realized that the format was like an older generation with the button in the middle and it was confusing so I took it back and they charged me $55 for restocking fee... I was upset I had to pay that considering I didnt ask for that iPhone they told me it was better

I ordered a new iPhone online today for pick up and received a confirmation immediately for pick up. 2 hours later I got an email it was ready AND the store called to say it was ready too.When I pulled up it was a small and easy parking lot to navigate and plenty of signage outside prompting you to call. The nice worker came right outside to confirm my order and identity safely and with a mask on (not the scary kind). He then ran back in and grabbed it to bring out. Nice guy and great service!
