Been ordering stuff from them for a couple months, they have great prices. Im not sure about the bad reviews but I can definitely say the owners/employees are great. They care more about the customer than they do about penny pinching. Its a cool spot to hangout and smoke a cigar too!

Curbside, this unique spot looks beautiful from what I could see. I got to drop a flyer off to generate new business. The owner was very polite. I cant wait this pandemic is over so I can revisit.

Great selection, atmosphere, and prices. Their walk in Humidor has the best selection of cigars Ive ever seen.

I watched the cashier look at the price of the item I was purchasing and then manually enter a more expensive price. While the change was only a one dollar increase (11.99 to 12.99), the fact that he thought he could slip it by me was incredibly rude and I will not be returning to this establishment. As well, when I entered the store, I picked out the item and laid it on the counter and the employee continued to sit down away from me on his phone for a substantial amount of time. I dont care if you are on your phone when you are at work, but when someone comes in and is ready to check out at least help them.

Love it. Great people, great cigar selection and amazing prices. Come here at least twice a week for their sticks.
