This place is usually super friendly and I enjoy getting my breakfast here. If you catch them on a busy day, one of the ladies making the drinks gets a little bit on the frustrated side, and will let people know via hanging up on them if you call to place an order- or handing out drinks. Hey, I think dont work at at busy breakfast place if you arent prepared to make a lot of drinks and still be nice to your customers. Otherwise I would have rated 5 stars.

It was good but pricey for the quality. Stick to the pastries and regular coffee. The olive cake and strawberry muffin were great. The chorizo burrito was a little flavorless and the chai was a bit too bitter. Also disappointed that you can’t use the restroom, because they aren’t allowing people to dine in or enter the café at all.

Been to 3 locations in Los Angeles County area. WEST HOLLYWOOD location I had NEGATIVE EXPERIENCE.REASONS: Online order delayed due to too MANY people arriving. Agood thing for business. I had to wait for my READY orderbecause they were TOO BUSY taking NEW ORDER from acouple. Some customers not practicing SOCIAL DISTANCE.TOO CROWDED and LONGER WAIT TIMEPARKING: NO FREE parking available. I parked in meter zone area.Pros: Like the food...bit pricey and their drinks. The ice coffee is smooth.Big ice cubes is genius.FOOD: Turkey sandwich is dry & little spicy.. liked the chicken sandwichbetter. Both items were a bit greasy.THEY did have UMBRELLAS for waiting area but NO ROOM DUE TO TOO many customers.PANDEMIC: As a community, we are all working together to get back to business. WE need to practice social distance, wash our hands and wear a mask to save lives.

Great food and coffee but they need to change their pick up policy immediately!I ordered and paid my food on the app and when I got there it was ready to pick up. However, I had to wait in line for 12 minutes with other costumers who were just ordering there. My entire interaction at the register took less then 5 seconds yet my wait time was over 10 minutes.No matter how good the food and coffee is if an establishment is not respecting costumers’ time they will go with another company who does.. ENTER: Starbucks

I can’t prove this joint gave me food poisoning back in December but its very likely based on timing. I ended up in hospital. It tasted good going down though so they earned 1.5 stars as other meals were yummy but menu is boring and no matter what you eat, it all kinda tastes the same. Also, they should consider allowing people to have touchless pickup of take out to help curb the spread of the virus. Why put your own employees at greater risk on prepaid items but claim and shout out and market that you are socially responsible. It’s an easy adjustment for a smart leader to make.

Was just walking my little dog along this part of SM Blvd first time since pandemic started . Saw this cute little place and ordered a cappuccino with oat milk from lovely Ryan . I kid you not ! This was the BEST cappuccino I’ve EVER had . Sorry for caps but it really was spectacular. Gonna be my local for def.

Prepare to wait 25 min for a pick up. Oh and when you get your food its the wrong sandwich.

Incredible food from breakfast burritos and breakfast sandwiches to lunch options and pastries. Their combination of cappuccino, coffee and teas make their hot beverage program the best in LA.

Delicious lattes and fantastic food selection and taste. Love these guys. Avocado toast is the best in town in my opinion!! And protein brekkie is to die for. Love their soft scrambled eggs!! Excellent.

Ordered and was ready when I arrived 15 mins later! Cute set up and they have a system for social distancing based on drawings on the sidewalk. Friendly staff - and food was delicious! Great coffee and tea. Highly recommend this spot

First time going here the other day, friendly service from staff at door, asked about the lore and she did not hesitate to answer in a polite manner, she recommended a chocolate mocha iced and it was exquisite, will be going there again thats for sure!
