My vision was sapphire ear candy and he had tons of stones for me to select from which was amazing. He went into detail about each stone and literally told me a story about each, why some are better than others, etc.Not only did I learn from this experience, but I got undivided attention IRL which is rare these days. I had a custom engagement ring that I needed made and was having trouble finding a reliable jeweler that I could trust to make it with great quality and understand what I wanted. Michael and Robert were the best and catered to my every need. We made an awesome halo ring with a cushion center and micro pave diamonds down the shank. I had an older Rolex Submariner that I wanted to trade in and get a Brand New Rolex President. I found Michael at Ben Dannie who has been dealing in very high end watches for decades. He facilitated the whole deal for me and made it so easy. I had sent him my watch and never ever worried about it because I knew I was In great hands. I am also obsessed with Panerai and Cartier so I will absolutely be back soon!

I found them online and saw they had some cool stuff on their Instagram. My dad wanted to get a ring made for my mom, and he asked me to help him out. I was at their office one time to set everything up and then did the rest through email and on the phone until I picked up the ring.I mainly worked with David and Michael on the design of the ring, sending them pictures of some stuff I saw, and they picked out the stone for me.In the first meeting they really showed me how even diamonds and gemstones with the same papers can look different and how everything isn’t on the cert.I’m really happy with the ring, and would definitely use them.I’ll post some pictures of the ring on here

Found on yelp decided to give it a try, Had a great experience and was very comfortable .Got a quote online for a custom diamond engagement ring. I came in to their office two days later in downtown. very nice and friendly. The diamond ring was perfectly designed and manufactured. I recommend them for any one of a kind jewelry needs.

Located in West Hollywood right near the equinox, fantastic building . They manufacture downtown also but its not open to the public so the West Hollywood office is best . They are by appointment only but respond quickly and made appointment. They were very professional and have lots of stock inventory tennis bracelets and diamond necklaces . Everything turned out perfect and the diamond setting and quality was so much superior to all the other jewelry Ive bought .

Found Ben-Dannie on their web-site. As unfamiliar with their firm, checked out their credentials. Looked good. Called and talked with Robert. Felt comfortable with him and sent in our GIA report. Received a conditional quote and would have to send diamond in for them to inspect to get final quote. We did and within a few days learned of our final price offer. As the offer was above three other diamond buyers, we accepted. It was a good experience and recommend Ben-Dannie.

I met Robert through a watch website and purchased a watch for my wife for her graduation. I like on the East Coast, but Robert was very easy to deal with and shipped the watch to me. I would definitely recommend doing business with him.

Purchased a Rolex from Michael at Ben Dannie after meeting him on Poshmark. He didn’t have any papers or proof of authenticity and I was told I could return the watch if I found out it wasn’t authentic. I wore the watch sporadically, maybe 10 times, and then decided to sell it because I needed to pay for my grad school. I listed the item on eBay, Poshmark, Craigslist, let it go, offer up, etc and received several messages from other jewelers and experienced Rolex sellers stating it wasn’t authentic. I had another dealer come to my house to look at it and was told many of the parts are after market, the face color is not an authentic Rolex color, needs about $700 in repairs if it is an actual Rolex, etc. I contacted Ben Dannie to make them aware and Michael told me they could try to sell it for me, but there is not time guarantee. Robert from the company called and told me they could offer me a cash price for it but it would not be what I bought it for, even though it’s in the same condition as when I purchased it and I was clearly deceived about its value to begin with. I don’t know if the watch is ultimately authentic, but either way this has been a terrible customer service experience. My texts were not answered until I threatened to report the incident and then Robert (who wasn’t even the person I was attempting to talk to) was completely unsympathetic and condescending towards me.
