Solid supermarket option with an extensive beer, wine and liquor area for a store such as this. Also has dedicated areas for Jewish, Asian and Mexican food supplies and sundries. The bakery and deli section is large and the vegetable selection is fair. But this is more of a general grocery store still than a specialized. They have the occasional specialty item that surprises but if you want health food only or luxury food items, than other stores may be better for some of your items. Their own sourdough bread is one of the highlights as is the fact they often have two for one on McConnell’s ice cream!

The has been my neighborhood store for many, many years. Great staff. Especially Chris at the self-checkout. Always makes me laugh.

Just got my booster shot by appointment and it was easy and fast. Everyone was nice and process is quick with form and vaccine card.

Our first time shopping at this store. It is very large and well organized. There was an employee sanitizing carts upon arrival to store, which is smart with covid. There is a big floral and baked goods section. There is also a Starbucks. The aisles are narrow but many older stores struggle with this. There is ample parking, which I have come to appreciate so much in Los Angeles. There are beautiful bougainvillea fowers by the parking lot (see photo) All of the employees were friendly and the store was very clean.

Good selection, great departments, contains a Starbucks, but for your regular grocery needs, you can get significantly better pricing at Smart and Final on Santa Monica Blvd just a few miles east.

My first time at this store.. Large selection of alcohol products. The produce section felt strangely laid out. And not as broad a selection as Id expect, but maybe thats because of the layout...Friendly and helpful employees, clean and very organized aisles. A nice shopping experience.

I went to use the rest room and one of the seafood clerks was using the facility while wearing his long white butcher jacket. Pretty sure the jacket comes into contact with food occasionally. 🤮🤮

I was refused service (understandably) for not having a mask.But for a place thats very strict on masks you think that a grocery store a place for essentials theyd least sell some masks to the public to not lose business. Or at least train your employees to know where your Masks are located in the store instead of just kicking me out because theyre too lazy to find them.They had an easier time kicking me out than finding a mask in the store so they just said they didnt sell them.( Watch below! Ill get a generic soulless computer generated response from Pavilions not really talking about the problem). ⬇️⬇️⬇️Which proves my point pavilion service is not good they dont care.

Great deli with fantastic selection of delicacies. Very nice wine and cheese sections too. Very friendly staff. Love the fact that they are still sanitizing the shopping carts.

Ive been coming here for over twenty years and Ive been witnessing an improvements that this store had over the years. And its amazing! On occasions Ive used other locations but this one is the best bar none! Keep improving! You are doing an amazing job! And your staff are great ! Never dare to go again! You will be fined for parking in the parking lot while shopping! When shopping in this supermarket! Tickets for parking also need to be issued! At 1:13 am on November 9, 2019, I was issued a parking ticket while parking in this supermarket! When I walked to the parking lot after shopping, I saw the parking lot manager giving a ticket to my car! I said I was here for shopping! When did the parking lot manager collect my shopping invoice! Then tell me no problem! But on the morning of November 29, I still received a ticket! I immediately drove to the supermarket for more than an hour to find management instructions! But the management asked me to go to the municipal government to solve it! Supermarket parking ticket! Negative Ratings

My local store is in Hollywood, but stopped here on my way to work. Loved the friendly greetings 😊 Everyone was in a great mood, keep it up. The 5 star rating was messed up by the floral department. Asked for a ribbon, she replied, but it will cost you $1.50. OK, did I ask, can have a ribbon for free? Then she didnt tie it to my bouquet of flowers 😒 She just rolled it up and stuck inside the arrangement. Guess she didnt have time to help with that part 😕

I stopped here on Halloween when they had a ton of people walking through, and the whole thing was managed fantastically.Great selection of prepared foods, healthy organic salad and a quick grab-and-go session. I was impressed by their ready-made hot food selections. You can get mashed potatoes and gravy and paninis here.You can get a dozen roses for $12.99 every day. Amazing section of flowers and plants - I was impressed by the variety.Rows of alcohol for you to choose from! You’ll definetley find something you like.

The Pavilion is in a good location they have a variety of groceries which is what I like but its extremely cold in there I was freezing, so bring your coat when youre shopping there its a One Stop Shop I will be posting some pictures off the variety of groceries they have they also carry souvenirs flowers bouquets and event balloons they have a pickle bar and Deli

Surprisingly not very overpriced, but they will have just about anything you could want for everyday and casual celebratory events. Generic statement, somewhat unique feeling whenever I go - like theyre gonna have some cool version of what Im looking for.

Masked people allowed to do what cant even use the toilet there its all crazy new shopping and this Pavilions make sure its crazy over it.

An upscale shopping experience. Everything you might want in a supermarket, and more. Fantastic variety of salads + sliced poultry and meat in its Deli section.And a bakery featuring a wide array of muffins, donuts, cakes + fresh breads of every stripe.Others sections feature most chips, crackers + pretzels known to man. Also a fresh juices + a full service pharmacy. Friendly and helpful checkers. Shout out to Maria, Craig + Andrew among others!

DELIVERY IS TERRIBLE. They fired their delivery drivers and now use Doordash and other 3rd party apps who often cancel the order before showing up at the store. More frustrating, the Pavilions staff doesnt seem to notice, they dont call or refund your money unless you contact them. Last night was the 4th time its happened to me, this afternoon no one from Pavilions has contacted me yet. The staff gathers your groceries, places them in a cooler for Doordash etc. to pickup. The Pavilions staff then GOES HOME at 6 PM. Doordash etc. then cancel your order and youre left hanging. Also, your frozen goods used to be delivered in a cooled truck; now theyre delivered in someones hot car. This is VERY unprofessional for a grocery store of Pavilions supposed calibre. REHIRE YOUR DRIVERS. Ill also be submitting this to the Better Business Bureau.

This location is great, though I have to admit its the only one Ive visited. The staff are ALL so very friendly. From the sushi bar staff to the cashiers, all have been helpful and kind. I visit the fresh deli most often and have loved everything Ive tried. Today, Ive noticed they offered some new salads and now I must return to try them. Fresh, clean, fast, friendly... what more can you ask for?

It’s a Pavilions, so the in store experience is usually really nice. Carts are clean. Parking is the only issue here. The lot attendants (there are usually at least 2) will watch if you seem like you’re going elsewhere (or plan to) and you can get towed. Each time I’ve been here I’ve seen someone being towed. This is necessary due to the lack of parking for most of the businesses in the surrounding area. But it still makes me nervous even when I’m here for legit reasons, haha

It’s hard for me to go into public-heavily populated spaces. I made it to the grocery store today, only to have an employee shout at me in the self check out line. I felt attacked- & i know this is mostly due to my disorder- but I felt I had to get out! I placed my items on the counter, they accidentally fell, & now the store manager thinks i’ve done it on purpose. I did hear them slip & fall to the floor, but I felt I had to get out. Seems I’ll have to try Trader Joe’s when I recharge.

This place is amazing except for the new guy ELOY at the seafood department has a really bad attitude. I asked him if i could get some crab legs and it was 5 minutes before 9 and he said no sorry he already started closing. I think hes really lazy and has a poor attitude. If you want to be rude go work with boxes or something you cant disappoint.

Solid supermarket with strong produce selection

I was trying to reach the Bakery for 15 min, the call kept getting redirected to another department and they kept redirecting me to the Bakery who never picked up the phone. I was trying to order a cake for my 2 year olds birthday. I have been in here a few times to get sushi and the ladies are really nice its to bad the bakery isnt as professional as them.

One of the best larger grocery stores in LA area. They carry Jidori chicken and some SNF wagyu. Seafood department is clean and diverse. Wish they had non treated tuna but otherwise its always changing. Produce here is terrific. Lots of options. Huge wine and liquor area.

In San Diego all we have are vons, la has a few of these higher end pavilion stores which has nicer merchandise and seems cleaner and better organized.
