I don’t have much to say but by far best customer service, shipped my item out fast but port delays made it take forever. Replied fast to emails which is a huge plus for me. When I buy more stuff I’m going back to them forsureHood looks amazing!!!

When all hope was lost JM Auto came in clutch!!! I was going to have to wait til next season to get my exhaust for my car due to it being on back order. Joe from JM called me personally called me telling me the 3 they had in stock were reserved and i was next in line (est. Sept 21). He called me a few hours later with amazing news telling me they found 1 more in stock and it would get shipped out today. JM Auto has provided nothing but the best automotive part service I have ever received. I bought this exhaust at 2 other places and had to cancel because they were estimating almost 3-4 month wait times. JM Racing customer for life, amazing service!

These people are the best. I had purchased a 1/2 plenum spacer for my g35, after I had purchased it, I received a call from one of the employees asking if I wanted their advice, to which I agreed. He then proceeded to explain how the 5/16 iso copper plenum spacer would be much more beneficial based on my location and of his own experiences with the products. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience with this company, 10/10 would recommend to others

This is not a 1 star it is a -1 . If you do not work for your money and do not want a warranty and hate to talk to customer service. And do not want a refund on a not working part You will love this place.and do not think paypal will help. They wont. Stick with a big franchise jeggs, summit. Or just China would be better. And please dont just take just my word for it.. read all comments

Mike at JM Auto Racing has gone above and beyond in the customer service department for me for the last few months. I read some reviews about them not responding, I always received prompt replies during the week, i’m sure it gets backed up over the weekend, if that’s the case just shoot another follow up and they’ll get right on it. I ordered Berk test pipes and they were put on backorder with no eta, and then an eta which was not the actual eta. It was Berk and out of JM’s hands. Long story short mike called me personally and let me know he could get me Kinetix instead and wanted to get them out that day before the storm hit so i’d receive them in time. He was great to chat with, and provided nothing less than 5 star service. Great work should be recognized and I appreciated the time he took to work with me.

From australia so have had to get things shipped internatonally which for most companys unless the shipping is a rip off or overprices is painfull this was fast and painless.Firstly the custoemer service and the time from when the order was in stock to get to me was insanely fast. Would highely recommend them to anyone including international customers. There either cheaper or same price with shipping as locally buying it and it gets to me faster but thats due to australia postal issues.Lastly from Australia Truhart the world. Check out Jm auto racing truharts shocks we have 3 of the only sets running in our country we know off. Truhart isnt sold here at all or heard of and if not for jmauto being able to supply them so cheap. We would not of discovered a near bmw ride with lowering springs in a country that has the worst roads.Buy Jm autos wonder shocks and be happy with your lowered ride and if they dont make them for your car im sure jm auto and his team will have a solution you need.

Recently order a test pipes a four days later they call me saying item not in stock so when try to get refund they told me cancle fee which is very fair considering you selling items you dont have thats called false advertising i will file a consumer complaint bc i tire of this type of behavior with vendors

I havent received anything yet that I ordered, but Im giving this company a 5* based on how well they handle their business. I was charged twice for an item, one of the staff members hit me up letting me know what was going on and why it happened (on a Sunday Morning) and I already have my refund for the mistake. Things get messed up all the time, this company is someone you can trust to correct any mistakes made by you or them.

Had a bad experience at first but the owner gave me a call and did everything he could to resolve my issues thank you soo much for just hearing me out and helping me out will do business with you guys again

100% recommend JM Auto Racing! After stumbling onto their website from google (Dec 29), I found exactly what I was looking for and it was considerably cheaper than other websites I had been looking at. Within minutes of placing my order, Tj (I think?) called me from their location in NY to tell me that the product I had purchased was on a huge back order, and there were 50-70 people ahead of me waiting for this product... and it wouldn’t be delivered until mid-late January. The next evening I had a tracking number and expected delivery date for Jan 1.The customer service is unlike any other, as are their prices.I had originally purchased a similar product from a competitor on Oct 11, with the back order posted as 3–4 weeks from purchase. When I called them the first week of Dec they told me it would be another 3-4 from the day I called them. Didn’t bother to give me a heads up like JM Auto. 100% satisfied with my overall experience and look forward to making more purchases in the near future!Thank you, JMAR!

Customer service is terrible. I’ve called and sent countless emails and I have yet to get my order refunded. I ordered some parts months ago, they still haven’t showed up and I still haven’t received a refund after requesting one 5 times. They don’t pick up the phone, and they don’t respond to any emails. Stay away from Jmautoracing if you can.
