Awesome experience, usually do work on my vehicle myself, but have been pressed for time lately. It can be difficult to find a fair, honest and reliable mechanic shop that you can have confidence in, but look no further. Very fair prices and detail of work being performed. The business is fine I guess but the building is the ugliest thing in the world. On a spot where they could have built a gas station they built this ugly monstrocity. Knock it down...

I wrote review a few months back and it seems to keep disappearing. The only thing I can say it STAY FAR AWAY!! If I was to write everything down it would be over 2 pages. Just in a few words - deceiving, should not be in business, takes your money for jobs never done, bills for new parts and repairs the old or puts used back in. Damages your car while at their shop. Thank God for another mechanic I started using just a month after using them and found out the whole truth about BEST DEALS - THEY NEED TO BE PUT OUT OF BUSINESS.

Stopped in after they were closing up with a nail in my tire, they plugged real quick and offered it no charge. Great guys and Service 👍

Had front & rear brakes installed 11/20. Took the car over in early July because of a wobble in the front. The owner, Shah, lied & said I needed calipers & front brakes to the tune of $600. New mechanic put in writing, brakes are fine. Warped rotor which could have been caused by faulty workmanship. Stay away from this shady business!!

Where to start? Well first off, I’ll start with SCAM ARTISTS! My father brought my sisters car to this “repair shop” for a cooling system issue. Simple water pump on a 3.7 powered Jeep Grand Cherokee. One of the easiest water pumps out there to do. Electric fan, o ring and eight bolts. They turned this into brakes, o2 sensor, valve cover gaskets, and spark plugs. The later three were never done (pictures to prove this). They called four times for approval (unprofessional and shows lack of knowledge and ability) two times is MAX. By the time they were done, the bill was $1600.00. Never checked the oil and didn’t do half the work sold.Unfortunately, I live three hours away so getting the Jeep to me wasn’t an easy option although, hooking the car trailer to my F350 would have been a cheaper and better option at this point. Besides all the above mentioned issues, the invoice is the most unprofessional and vague repair order I have ever seen. Very little information on each service supposedly completed, and no mileage in or out.Furthermore, my sister has driven less than 1,000 miles since these repairs were “made” check engine light is on for cyl 4 misfire, luckily she was at school up by me, so someone with actual knowledge and integrity could repair it properly in a cost effective manner. This gave me the opportunity to inspect the work that was sold to them.Work not done -- Bank two sensor two oxygen sensor wasn’t done.- valve cover gaskets were never done.- spark plugs were never changed.- bleed plug for cooling system stripped and leaking now.Sadly we will probably never see anything back money wise, doesn’t really matter at this point being my father has since passed away (February) and he’s the one who unfortunately paid for these “repairs”.Hopefully this review keeps people from getting scammed.

A very honest place. Its hard to find a shop where prices are fair. Had a few things done to my SUV. They where fair about the time it would take. Which was understanding. They did such a good job. So, when the time came for my wifes car, I trusted them. Havent had any issues. Good bunch of guys there. Highly recommend. Even got my in-laws to go there too.

Brought my car in for inspection. The engine light was on. They told me 1600 plus dollars to fix and inspect. They said the didn’t routine tune up etc. Paid, picked it up., the engine light was back on in three weeks. I took it some where else and the mechanic said that the spark plugs weren’t changed, oil changed or any of the things they told me they wouid do for the tune up! Would NEVER go back!

Great service and appreciate the fact that they are so honest. I completely trust them and hear this from whomever I send. Hard to find good, honest, auto repair shops.

$1600 down the drain for my check engine light to come on a month later. Thanks for wasting my time and money.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. The shop tech Joe was amazing. I arrived at the shop with a brake issue. Joe was able to resolve my issues quick and affordable. This is exactly what you want when going for repairs.

HONEST GUYS . I needed major work done on a 11 year old Bmw . Shah walked me through every detail and explained it all. He even showed me the part that needed to be replaced and explained why it wasnt working. Super nice guy and honest, which is why I would recommend them. And the car runs like new!

Shah, Joe and perhaps one or two others here were amazing! The story: my bands van had a mechanical issue the prior night. We brought it into Best Deals on the recommendation of our friend in West Islip. We needed the repair done in time to make our next show. They immediately diagnosed the issue (broken fan clutch), and fixed it at a very fair cost and ahead of schedule! This is what one wants from a mechanic. Highest recommendation and I wish these guys the best down the line!

First time using this shop. The guy at the desk was extremely friendly and kind. I got in right away for my oil change and NYS inspection & the price was extremely resonable compared to other places I have gone to in the past. Will 100% be coming back and recommending to others.

Went in for an oil change and breaks and had to wait six hours. This place is a joke. I see why they have to set up a Groupon to get business . I would never go here again or recommend this place to anyone. I had things to do and couldnt BC they took forever with my car. I literally had to order lunch and dinner in the waiting room. How disgusting
