Stay away from this store. The staff, Rose and Erik are extremely lazy and do not get out of their chairs. They told me to get out of the store because I was a Sprint customer converting over to T-Mobile. Rose told me that because I was already a Sprint customer that she couldnt get any commission from my transaction and that I should go to another location if I wanted this service done. I was appalled at the disgusting attitude on display by Rose.If I wanted anything done at T-Mobile, dont ask Rose. She is rude and is not there to help customers, but go on her phone and sit in the chair. I dont trust this location after dealing with people like her and Erik.Stay away from West-Islip T-Mobile

I was constantly spoken to in a condescending way at this location. I am autistic and it is really hard to pay for my phone bill and learn about offers and promos when Kais the employee is making fun of me. He called me a blabbermouth because I have Turrets. This made my heart hurt and I honestly stood back in shock.I never want to go to this store ever again. I never want to be in a place shared with Kais ever again in my life.

Rose and the other female are the best workers in the place. They are respect full and actually respond with words and useful written out information to explain all the questions that I had about my bill. She was awesome Rose, and deserves a raise, thank you !

Rose was very easy to work with and got the job done the right way was very friendly environment I would recommend coming to this t mobile location if you pay for their service!

I went to add a new phone to my line and I’ve been here for 3 hours and still don’t have anything done.There are 3 staff members here and none of them know what they’re doing so they’ve been FaceTiming with a coworker from her house who’s walking them through what to do.That girls phone died so we had to wait for them to find someone else to call.They didn’t know how much sales tax would be.For phones they don’t know how to sell.We wanted to TRANSFER a phone number and they didn’t even do that.One staff member went to the back and hasn’t come out to help the other two clueless people.They were left untrained to man a store where they can’t do their job.Please never use the West Islip T-Mobile store. Save yourself time and energy.

I am a west islip resident and will never enter this store again. I rather travel to any other T- mobile store. They are unprofessional, incompetent and rude. After 3 visits, I had to go to another store to solve my issues with my phone. Save your time and go to any store but this West islip store. PS, the response from T-mobile was just is words only. I contacted then as requested and I never heard from them again. Be aware, stay away from this store.

I went in to get the Samsung galaxy S21 in White they didnt have it in stock. Kais ordered one for me and I got it the next day!!!! 5 star service!!!!!

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Very shady experience. Our rep, Joanna, wasn’t shy at all to tell my fiancé and I that we were “screwing up” her commission by not purchasing a case and screen protector on top of the phone I was going to purchase. In fact, she seemed positively annoyed that she was servicing us after I informed her that overly priced cases and screen protectors weren’t worth it. That’s okay, rather than further “screw up” her commission, I gave her no business and took mine elsewhere.

Outstanding customer service.

I would give them 0 stars but I can’t do that. I went into the store to discuss my bill because it went up $100 for no reason. I was told they could not help me that I need to call 611 on my own. It’s getting to the point I will be leaving t-mobile come December. And when I call 611 no one can help me either. I was suppose to pay around $250 and now my bill is $379 a month.

I was not at ALL surprised to publish my review and find that several others had already written about similar experiences with this location, particularly staff member Aisha. After fifteen years of being with T-Mobile I was at my wits end and ready to leave them altogether and it is because of Aisha and ONLY because of Aisha that I chose to stay. She is a phenomenal representation of the kind of employee and service that we all HOPE to receive but rarely do. She is honest, informative, knowledgeable about the products and services and genuinely cares -characteristics that are found few and far between particularly in the customer service industry. I am publishing this review after not one but two positive experiences with her. A+++ employee!

Aisha is incredible! She is so patient, helpful, knowledgeable, friendly, helpful,.... and did I mention helpful!?!?Ive been a T-Mobile customer since about 2002 or 2003, so Ive experienced everything T-Mobile. Out of my 14-15 years with the company, I can honestly say hands-down that Aisha is the best the company has!

Aisha has helped me out with all my problems, she is by far the best T-mobile representative i have ever dealt with at the west islip store. She is informative and helped me with everything. She went out of her way to help me, i had reccommended all my friends and family to her and she has taken great care of them.
