Never a bad experience here. Every employee always makes us feel important. Thats what paying employees for quality and not quantity. I remember when you had to work really hard and with a lot of overtime And at least 10 years to get to this wage.I think its great.Keep in mind, even after being at an employer for 10 plus years, theyre still not at that wage. 😔Thank you In-N-Out and staff.

I love In-N-Out, and I’m happy with this location! Are they the best burgers? No, but you could easily do worse. And for the price? There’s absolutely no competition. The burgers are flavorful, taste like actual meat (unlike the “food” stuff they serve at the most well known fast-food restaurants) have decent toppings and a quality bun. Sometimes fries are a little cardboard-y but this particular location always manages to hit the spot. If you’re looking for a cheap, tasty meal and you somehow have never gone to In-N-Out I would suggest giving it a try!

They were cool. They even made me a 3x3 which isnt on the menu in Utah yet. Try it, and I promise youll dig it.

I moved to Washington State and it makes me sad that we dont have one here.I was able to go to In-N-Out twice this week while I was in West Jordan, UT. The staff were friendly, the service fast and the food just as good as always. I always overdo it with the Double Double with grilled onions and Animal Fries.

I used to work for In-N-Out in Orem. This particular location has given me the best Berger I’ve ever had. The food was hot. The spread was cold. The lettuce and tomato was fresh. The line was fast. THE BEST. They gave their 100%

So tasty! Love the fresh flavors. The fries are perfect and they include salt packets incase you want a little more (we rarely use them). Adding grilled onions and pickles take these burgers to the next level of yummy!! Pair it with a strawberry shake and its perfection!

This In-n-Out burger seems to be the friendliest and fastest location in the Wild Utah lands. The General Manager seems to be always on-site and helping out the staff and walking around on customers checking to ensure they are taken care of. Thats a real deal

This Starbucks recently opened. I can tell you this is my go to place for coffee and a treat. Excellent service and a well trained staff.

Such a good place to get a great meal at a reasonable price. I usually go with a double double animal style with a fry and strawberry shake. I ask for two packets of spread on the side to dip my burger and fries in. You can get all this food for a out $10. What a bargain. I also recommend getting the burger protein style. It seems to really pop the flavor and keep things fresh.

Today I ate at the West Jordan location. This was my place when I lived here. I saw an old timer working. The manager was very loud and friendly to his staff and customers. This place is better than West Valley if you want to dine in and avoid the crowd.

The staff was fast, pleasant and very well groomed.I like seeing them in their uniforms, and seeing them cut the fresh potatoes. It gives me the assurance that my food is fresh and well handled.We ordered 2 double double animal style, fresh cut fries, a strawberry shake, a vanilla shake and fresh water.The food was in fact hot, delicious, the shakes were thick and filling.After a few sips, I had to give mine away. It was a bit too sweet for me.I wished I tasted the strawberry more in its natural form and the sugar less.I love going there and driving through at night, they are open a bit later so its convenient and a fresher option than certain other places even if still fast food.

Cant even tell you how much I like in and out and I mean this is very good the employees were very nice and I got very good food the fries are very good and the soda theres a variety of options that you can get their ice is nice and you dont have to get too much ice because they dont give it to you and theyre pretty cheap for just a nice stuff definitely love their food recommend

A good location. The lines are always a bit long, but the staff is pleasant and friendly, the food is always hit and tasty, and Ive never once had an order wrong or an item missing.

This use to be my go to place prior to the pandemic. I was up weird hours and they are open late. I’d have given them 4-5 stars during that time.The last three times I’ve gone recently the burger has been undercooked. Bright pink right from the edge of the patty kind of undercooked. With how thin the patties are I’m not sure how that’s possible if they spend even a couple minutes on a grill. I’ve ended up tossing the patties out the last few visits.I’m not sure what it is about the drive through but I can’t get a bag. I’ve answered the ‘Do you want to eat it in your car?’ question with ‘no’, ‘yes’, and ‘bag it up please’ and I always get a cardboard tray.Time to switch to Habit burger next door.

Not happy with the service I received today. The order taker did not listen clearly, nor did the management on call at the time. Nearly messed up on the allergies I stated when ordering. I understand that they get busy, but they need to also be mindful of the customers also. Not a happy customer.

Hey Hey Happy Days. I always love coming here. Are the burgers the best, no. Is the menu the biggest, no. A big variety of choices, no. BUT this place makes me happy, the food is always good, my brain doesnt have to think about what I want. So why come, because the staff is so nice and funny. I love the how I smile the entire time Im there, and everyone around me is smiling. Even before covid I would come for the people and a good little meal. We need that now more than ever. Go show your support, if you go you will smile too.

Christmas eve In-n-out was hopping! First off I absolutely feel its necessary to give a huge shout out to all the workers. I have worked many of Thanksgiving, Christmas eves, Christmas days and New Years so I definitely understand being at work is not always fun on a holiday. These employees were so friendly, patient, courteous (I think we waited in line for at least an hour) and they still handed us our food with a smile a genuine smile. As the employee handed us our food, we were informed that the person ahead of us paid for our meal and wished us a merry Christmas. Stranger who was ahead if us in your white Ford pickup, thank you! That was the first pay it forward we have ever received, I know many of times we have done so but it was such a good feeling that someone had done that for us who are complete strangers to them. So of course we felt and wanted to do the same for the people behind us.In-n-out has always been a staple and grateful they came to Utah 2009. My understanding is they use the local beef too so to me huge win, support local for a simple menu and some fresh tasty burgers. Oh and DO NOT forget the secret sauce. You wont be disappointed!

This place is fast! Doesn’t matter how long the line is, they get you through quickly. Super friendly staff! Great food! I have Celiac and they always take great care of me! I’ve never had any symptoms of cross contamination from In N Out. #bestlettucewraps

We rarely eat out, and when we do the people that work at fast food places seem to hate their lives and hate that were at their establishment. But when we pulled up to In-N-Out Burger in West Jordan to pick up our order, the first thing out of the mouth of the smiling young teenager that opened the window was, Hi, friends! (She doesnt know us from Adam.) Every time we go to this In-N-Out Burger, were greeted by cheerful, energetic people that seem to genuinely like working there. Its so different than other places, and I love it!I also love their strawberry shakes!

All the hype, this was not good. the fries were mushy and tasted like they hung out an hour. the burger wasnt as tasty. it was edible but Ill call this When-N-Doubt Burger.

The 1 star has nothing to do with the food or the customer service, it was just how I saw what I’m guessing was a shift lead or manager, talk to the other employees. I’ve spent two years working in fast food, and in my experience something the way you are talked to can make or break your shift be it customers or coworkers. I understand how stressful it can be to manage people and run a restaurant but the way he was talking to them was inexcusable. His name was Troy and I’m just glad that I didn’t have to talk to him myself

I’ve eaten here before the pandemic but haven’t since, usually it’s because the drive thru line is always so long at this location. This time I did. What a wonderful surprise, the staff were all very friendly and polite, in these times I was happy to even see staff. Their friendliness made a great drive thru experience. I even thanked one of them. I hope the employees there realize the appreciation that customers inside the store and in the drive thru have for them, I simply couldn’t of had a better experience. The French fries were cold when I arrived home only 3 minutes away but to purchase a hamburger and fries for less than $5 who could complain. I think I’ll stop by here more often. Thank you to everyone who works there.

I got exactly what I wanted and in a good amount of time. As usual there was a crazy long line of vehicles but our order got put in very quickly and the drive-thru is fairly fast. My husband was very happy with burger and fries.

This is one of the best locations in the state. The line is usually very long but the staff can get through it pretty quickly. They dont frown when you order from the secret menu like other locations Ive been to. The drive up line could use a revamp so there isnt people coming from every direction to get into line.

My friends and I woke up from a night of drinking and got here about half an hour after they opened. The food tasted off, and our extra spread didnt help too much. We did go on mothers day which mightve been the issue. However, we all had a rough time in the bathroom later, so it would seem as though theres a greater issue afoot. Havent gone to in n out in years and this was definitely a disappointment.

I may be an escaped convict, currently on the run from the law and assuming a new identity, but the impeccable staff at this In-n-Out location NEVER judge me or mess up my strange order which I get every day. An honorable mention to Nick & Megan, but all yall ROCK! Ive frequented nearly every In-n-Out on the West Coast, but the UT locations truly nail that most-essential element; SERVICE, unlike any youd expect in 2021. This location embodies the original ethos perfectly, with a bit of extra charm. Much thanks!

My wife and I stopped here for some late dinner around midnight. My wife had to use the restroom so she just ordered food in the lobby to go. She waited for 20 minutes in the lobby to get food. One of the cashiers said to the shift lead that my wife had been waiting awhile and the shift lead said no she can wait. If the drive through people have to wait they will order more food and then we will be busier. When my wife finally got the food she didnt get our food the way she ordered it. This was the worst experience we have at In-N-Out.

My family has been eating alot of fast food recently due to health issues and logistics. I have had a number of less than pleasant experiences.In and Out Burger rocked my good experience factor!They were open later than I thought, ordering was extremely easy, the service was fast, covid conscious, polite and ACCURATE! My order was pleasantly good the first time through- including everything I ordered was in the bags, I was charged correctly and provided a receipt, I was even asked if I wanted it bagged (take home) or boxed ( easier to eat on the go). Then asked if I wanted ketchup- and they provided it and napkins as well! Good job! 👍My only minor negative was our fries were cold after my 2 mile drive but held up well to a quick Microwave reheat.

Its In-N-Out... Semi decent fries, buns that could use toasting. Patties are good tho 😊

I just got home from going through the drive thru and I wanted to come back to write this review. I had THE best experience at this location, the staff is always friendly, but tonight I had one of the best customer service encounters ever. I do not remember her name exactly, I think it was Kyla, but I believe she must of been the night shift manager of some sort. Regardless, she made sure that I was taken care of and she genuinely cared about me and my experience at this store. It is hard to honestly come by employees like her that go out of their way to make sure that I left this store happier than when I arrived.

I have never been a huge fan of IN-N-Out any of my friends could tell you this, but after i got gum stuck in the seat of my car and told Nick aka a life saver!!! my friend and I just asked for a plastic knife to scrape it out after we used a cup of ice to freeze it and he ran and grabbed us a gum scraper to use while we waited for our food, and it worked. If i ever went to an IN-N-Out again it would only be this location. Thank you Nick!!!!!!

Good food and quick service. I wish they wouldnt wrap the inner paper so tight, Im colorblind and honestly it blends in so well with my preferred protein style burger that if Im not super careful Ill wind up chomping on the wrap.They also tend to charge you for 3 burgers if you ask for a 3 patty protein style. The secret is to say a 3x1 protein style or however many patties and cheeses you want.

I got the Number 3 with onions for $6.87. My burger and fries were were hot and fresh. Just a short wait for my order. The crew was friendly and professional.

I love in n out burger but sometimes it’s hit and miss with them. Sometimes my burger patties are not cooked through and still very pink. And more than a few times I have gotten the the burnt small pieces of fries at the bottom. It’s not just a few burnt pieces sometimes it makes up half or all the fries that I get. I just don’t understand.

Oh so yummy. Good food, good service and at a fantastic price. I hear that theyre also hiring now starting at 13.50 an hour with regular raises based on how quickly you learn. Sweet!I have to say that for the cost; its pleasantly surprising to find food at such a reasonable cost that doesnt taste processed.The young man outside who took our order was fantabulous and the cashier at the window was very gesticulate. We had fun with him.

The burgers are always fantastic and it doesnt matter what location you visit the service is always excellent and on this occasion we got our dinner rather quickly. We were visiting from Denver, and it was nice to see our children get treated to some hot cocoa, it was a nice gesture. With the new locations opening up I hope that those locations match what you know to expe when visiting an In-N-Out anywhere else.

I am from Southern California. My family and I always ate at In-N-Out. It was the best. Unfortunately, this In-N-Out has not had the high quality standards that I have come to expect from my once favorite restaurant. My nephew does not like cheese in his burgers, so we always order a burger, no cheese, please. We have gone to this restaurant twice, and both times his burgers have cheese. Even if both the person taking the order as well as the person handing us the food confirm the burger without cheese. We have to scrape the cheese off the burger and bread. The cheese still remains in the crevices. In short, for a good burger we will be going to The Habit. They have never made this mistake.

Messed up our order and the order taker was quite rude. The shakes are also really over priced and small but that’s more of an everywhere in n out experience.

They make the perfect cheap burger and their employees are the best in fast food, bar none. I love the secret menu trick of a mustard grilled patty and grilled whole onion.

Well I just had the worst experience at in and out. My burger was half burned and half raw! It will be a while until I’m ready to give in and out about shot! I’m very disappointed in my experience!

First time thru and although I like the idea of a simple menu, reminds of when McDonalds first started out, I unfortunately wasnt impressed. I got the hamburger meal and my very first bite sent an overload signal to my brain of too much sodium from the meat even though there was bun, lettuce, tomato, onion and lite sauce involved. The fries although seasoned didnt impress either because of their lack of crispness. My choice of going there was based on a article review done by some people rating hamburger fast foods and rating this burger as number one. Sorry guys but to me there are better burgers out there.
