Every time I go in here I am always impressed with the kind, relaxed, can-do environment. They do a great job making every step of the process painless. If there are any problems they are honest and upfront about them and do everything they can to show how much they value your business. I wouldnt go anywhere else to get t-shirts. Talk about customer service!!I reached out to Underground Printing via both email & phone message, looking for Purdue game bibs. Derek & Austin returned my requests for information (responding to both my email & phone message) within hours. They confirmed the product, offered guidance on sizing, & were willing to try & find special shipping options because I live out of town.I couldnt ask for better a better experience! Its nice to know that in this Amazon age, there are still brick & mortar businesses with real people who want to offer good customer service!!!

Although I made multiple changes in my design, there were no problems with still getting the shirts in time, and the end result was amazing.
