The cookies were pretty good! They were warm upon being put in the box, making them all the more enjoyable once I ate them, which was pretty much right after they got put in the box. Very solid overall. Heres a picture of my half eaten ones.

Insomnia cookies used to be good fresh cookies.. now it’s just cold hard cookies. This time, my box of cookies came with one that looked like someone took a small bite out off. The ice cream and cookie dough was disappointing.. even store bought ones taste better. Really miss the quality cookies I used to get here. Not worth the price.

Ordered delivery but we are missing 3 cookies. I ordered 4 peanutbutter chip cookies and only received one. I took this photo directly after opening the box. Those are my favorite and im extremely disappointed to not received what I ordered.EditI added another star because the cookies are warm and delicious like always! And this is the first time they have missed cookies in our order. We order quite a lot and havent had an issue until now.

No one ever told me these come warm! Tastes so good freshly made. I like how you can pay $3 to have each cookie individually wrapped as we have allergies in our family. Ill be back for more to give out for Xmas. Like their Facebook page as they have deals frequently posted.

The staff is wonderful and genuinely cheerful.They make the orders with such passion and enthusiasm.The big guys at the front desk are hilarious they always peoples day and make you laugh without trying.(Which is a welcome break from the nearby dominos where staff is always sad and morose looking like zombies. )The store has a nice Mum & Pop feel to it.The cookies are savory too.Icecream takes it to another level.Perfect for a Saturday night.

Ive ordered from this place before and had a decent experience. My last experience, however, was far from that. I placed an order and was told that my order would be delivered in about an hour. I didnt mind waiting for that amount of time, but 3 hours passed and I had still not received the order. I proceeded to call to ask about the status, then waited on hold for a total of 30 minutes before speaking with a representative. I explained my situation in a polite manner, but the representative was extremely rude to me, did not apologize, and ultimately didnt give me any helpful information about my order. Its nearing 4 hours now, and Im still waiting for my order...

Placed an order at 6:50pm, selected delivery time to be 10:00-11:00pm. Received an email with a tracking number and confirmation number. Tracking number initially said “baking” - at 7:00. The email said my order would be delivered at approximately 10:00pm. At 10:54pm (notice the time), I received a text saying my order will be delivered between 10 and 11... order never showed up. Tracker STILL says “baking.” Tried calling and was on hold for over 20 minutes waiting to talk to someone. VERY disappointed.

Reliable online ordering and delivery service to campus residents. Have used Insomnia cookies several times. Now, I presume the quality of product is good/great as Ive never shipped any to myself, but have not received any complaints. The big problem with Insomnia Cookies online ordering is you can only place an order on the day of delivery. You cant place an order for next day delivery which is inconvenient for busy folk. So 4 of 5 stars not 5 of 5.

Thus place was an awesome expierence. Very innovative for the late night crowd. Munchies satisfied.

Disappointing! I placed an order for Valentine’s Day delivery. Selected to deliver from 8-10 pm. At 11 pm, no delivery... tried to track the order it still said baking. They attempted delivery at 5 a.m. By that time, recipient was asleep. There response was that possibly they had the wrong phone #. No acceptance of the poor customer service they provided. They did give me my $ back though.

No details about the procedure to order is on the website. You can only order or pick up, but you cannot do anything at the bakery. People just ignore you and dont attempt to talk to you to see if they can help. Do not call the national number to order. You will wait hours for someone to pick up. I arrived at 5:30 and they wanted to make me wait till 7 to pick up an order. No way!! If I would have known I need to order an hour a head I would have!! I was already there. I am not waiting that long when sub way down the street has fresh cookies also.

If you love warm, moist, delicious cookies, look no further! They have a good variety of cookies, along with ice creams and pints of milk! They are open pretty late and they do deliver! If youre on Purdue campus, definitely check them out!

Tried this location twice as I thought my first order was just due to a busy day. But no. The delivery service is a joke. Promised delivery timeframes are not accurate. After waiting well past the delivery window of time I called and was told we just need to wait around all day and they would deliver the order at some point.How this location is still in business is beyond me.

Super expensive. Worth it during the day, but a Friday or Saturday night? Expect to wait 30 mins for more than 3 cookies or a specialty treat. Deliveries are only on campus, if youre lucky.

Insomnia Cookies had a deal that they posted about where you could go to insomnia in Pajamas and get a free cookie, when I got there a group of 5 was already there in their pj’s. They said that they were being completely ignored. I knocked on the window to ask any of the three employees for help but nobody even looked at me, the cashier was actually eating a dark chocolate chip cookie.Like, how rude of you to eat cookies right in front of the group of 5, which was now 7 waiting at the door. The employees were also not wearing their mask, unless dangling the mask from one ear to talk and eat is considered wearing their mask.The funny thing was that the employees were mostly in pajama pants too! Maybe they wanted the free promotional cookies for themselves.I called their phone number and I waited for 3 minutes while looking inside insomnia, nobody picked up a phone.2 more joined the group of 7, and we informed them of what was going on. They were shocked and reluctantly walked back to their car, their night like everyone else’s had been “ruined”.Basically I drove to get a free cookie and to actually buy some for my roomates, didn’t get any service or any help in ordering. Saw the employees not wearing mask, in pajamas eating cookies while completely ignoring the groups of people at the door. 0 stars if I could

Just left the store. The girl at the register(glasses, purple hair, no name tag) was ridiculously rude and condescending to me, my girlfriend, and another customer behind us. She didn’t get the order right, then when corrected acted like it was our fault. She then snipped at me again when my mask slipped below my nose. I understand the stresses of working in the food industry, but I can only imagine the number of customers she’s annoyed today. She’s the face of your company when she works. I’m sure there are several suitable replacements who won’t resort to guilting your customers for making her do her job.

For Purdue campus, I placed an order by phone last evening for my son to receive some cookies on his birthday which is today. The process for ordering by phone was not very smooth and my son actually received his cookies last night ( a day early) at 10 PM instead. I am disappointed that what I thought would be a nice surprise for his birthday was a fail.I would suggest anyone who orders by phone double check The order instructions with the employee taking the information.Need to work on customer service. No offer of a complementary cookie delivered today on his actual birthday.

Had vouchers for free cookies and got one of their classic with M&Ms and their white chocolate macadamia. Even though Im not normally a fan of white chocolate, this was pretty good. Their cookies are warm, very moist and melt-in-your-mouth! Not too big or too small.Would I go back? Yes - need to try one of their wiches!

Absolutely love their cookies! .....but, I placed an order online for 6 dozen cookies. I specifically ordered them a certain way, 2 boxes of 24 and 2 boxes of 12, because they needed to go to two different places. I wanted to make sure that both places received the exact same number of the exact same kind. I even spent a little more money so that I could receive them exactly like that (2 boxes of 12 costing more than 1 box of 24). I even specifically picked how many of each kind I wanted in each box. When I picked up my order they were in 4 boxes of 18, I figured no big deal each place will just get 2 boxes of 18 instead, but when I opened them up the cookies were totally mixed within the boxes. I had to completely separate all 4 boxes so that they would evenly be dispersed between the two places. After spending almost $100 on cookies my order should have been exactly what I ordered. Very disappointing. Probably the last time that I place an order that big online.

We ordered cookies from here and were missing 3 cookies. When we called, the worker sounded stoned out of his mind and told us it would be an hour wait. We were pretty upset, but the workers there sent us a couple extra cookies for the mix up, and everything was handled nicely. Thank you for the extra cookies, they were yummy. Insomnia Cookies taste the best.

Saying the standard, “would give them 0 stars if I could” because I wanted to surprise my boyfriend with some ice cream; not even cookies that would have been baked. Just a pint that they grab. And he is only down the street for them but I had to cancel the order when it was getting close to 2 hours waiting for them to deliver. It wasn’t even the weekend, just a normal Tuesday night. I called their customer support 3 times in order to get information about how long it was taking and then to finally just cancel all together. Hire more drivers please.

I have been here multiple times and it has been generally pretty good when I ordered at the store. With that being said, I have ordered online birthday cookies three times now and none of them have been correctly done the first time that I have gone to pick them up. Whether it is having the wrong cookie type than what I ordered, having it not even in the oven when I arrived to pick it up on time, or it not being fully cooked when I have gotten it, its been a bad experience. I dont enjoy waiting another 30 minutes for another cookie to be made because my correct order wasnt done correctly or done on time. If you are ordering in the store the service is generally decent and you shouldnt have a problem. However, as I explained above, if you order online, there is a possibility that your order wont be done correctly or it wont be done well especially when it comes to the cookie cakes.

Love this place. Cookies are delicious and fresh. They serve them warm. Have many flavors to choose from though my favorite is still the Snicker Doodle.

It was a waste of money paying $6 for a brownie with icecream. The brownie had so much salt in it like as though some dropped an entire dollop of salt in it. I expected insomnia to be good for baked desserts but I was proven wrong

Ive only been here once but the cookies were really good but a little pricey. I dont think that too much because its just a treat every once in a while if your going for a sustainable cookie eating addiction then this probably isnt the place for that if cost is an issue.

Horrible service and high prices. I have tried insomnia cookies time and time again, but have received horrible results every time. The first time I was missing cookies and got extra milk. The second time they said we never placed an order, but we did. This time we had similar issues and the icecream sandwich which was $5.70 was very small and came completely melted, as it was in the warm cookie box.

He is in another country so he told me and I waited 45 minutes on the phone to cancel it. It was cancelled. They still showed up at 2AM and woke myself and my son up. No apology.

This is just horrible. After waiting for the whole hour to get just a pack of ice cream and a couple of cookies I decided to call them. Customer service representative was exceptionally rude to me and said I have to wait for another hour. Therefore it takes two hours to get delivered a small pack of ice cream to place I usually drive to for 5-10 min. Was really disappointed in this store.

Customer service was terrible. And to the lady behind the counter... you can’t yell at me I’m grown.

First Off, I want to say that this place has very good treats and I enjoy the location and delivery service. But, they need to get their delivering act together. I specifically ordered 2 pints of ice cream and when they delivered, they only gave me one. So, I called them and told them what happened. The lady on the phone was super sweet and said I could get the pint I ordered. I told her that I would like the ice cream at 9:00 pm. Instead, It is 11:00 pm (told them i NEEDED it before 10:40)and they still haven’t delivered. The man actually said that he mis-delivered my ice cream, and it went to some rando. And they won’t give me anything for free? This is expected for such bad service, but whatever. Also, when I got cookies from there, I opened the box to find them all smushed up on each other. Tried to give one to my friend, but they were all smushed together you couldn’t even seperate them. We managed to get one that wasn’t a mix of multiple cookies.
