Always a great selection. Some items are fairly higher in price but they have unique goods you wont find at Freds or SafewayLovely selection of wines, salads, cheeses and baked options for those on the go wanting to rush back to the office with lunch or run home with take away foods.

Im upset. I only get a certain amount of time for lunch and wanted a couple chicken strips. Waited in line for a couple minutes and workers kept walking by without acknowledging me or the lady in front of me. So I tried to be patient but after 7-10 minutes I had to give up. I have a 30 min lunch. I cant eat if I have to wait in line for an excess of 10mins. I dont expect to be catered to for my lunch schedule but I do expect service. And I do expect prompt service. If you are so busy that you ignore your customers for 10mins then get more employees. You missed out on a sale. How many others just walk out? Now I have no lunch and have to be back at work. At least acknowledge me next time, maybe give a heads up on an ETA. I really do not like being ignored when I am a paying customer. I dont want to be waited on hand and foot. But at least give me service.

What happened to my favorite thing in the whole store? SAILOR JACKS! Because of COVID, it has been a year since we shopped here. All that time SAILOR JACKS would gently cross my mind. Their heavy texture, strong ginger, and just the right amount of glazing. We made a beeline for the bakery, and there they were!! I got home, made a cup of tea, and settled in to my long anticipated treat. YIKES! Who changed the SAILOR JACK RECIPE??!! It was a bite of a ginger flavored fluffy muffin with an anemic drizzle of glaze. Somebody in that bakery should walk the plank for doing that!! I threw them in the garbage, all I have left are my memories of what your SAILOR JACKS used to be.

Ive always enjoyed shopping at this store. There are so many unique solutions available. Im feeling grateful a family member has moved to the neighborhood.

This is my “go to” place for celebration desserts. I ordered a lemon cake, asked for it to say, “Happy Birthday” and add some yellow flowers. The cake I received was a showstopper. The decorator went above and beyond with the flowers! It was a beautiful cake and made the day all that much more special. Thank you!

Great grocery store located right off I-205. Friendly staff with a great deli, coffee shop and pizza stands makes this place a destination for other things then just grocery shopping. What a wonderful selection of food, drink, And deli, Breads and take home food. This staff acts like they are part of the ownership and always go out of their way to take you to the location of whatever you are seeking. I bought a selecettion of meats and prepared dishes in the meat dept. WOW. great meats!

Ordered a cake from here for my sons birthday party thinking it would be great since Market of choice is a high end grocery store. Unfortunately, after we cut and tasted the cake, it was extremely dry 😕 We ended up throwing away more than half of the cake because it wasnt even eatable (we had ordered their largest circle size). Although there is a decent selection in the store, I definitely wont be placing any more orders in the future.

Nice store with great specialty foods and everyday items. The meat and cheese sections are quite good and they have a large selection of freshly prepared take away meals in the deli. They also do a good job keeping things clean in these times.

Grocery store with an upscale feel, but lower prices than one might expect! Great deli selection, cheeses, some wine and microbrews, good coffee bean selection, professional baked goods, meat and seafood, bulk aisle, floral department, firewood, supplements and Rx. Great quality, enjoyable shopping. Its a great experience.

This Market of Choice store provides a very pleasant shopping experience. The food stations are staffed with very friendly and experienced professionals. The product selection is wonderful. The food exquisite. We are delighted to have discovered it.

I honestly love this store. It’s small, organized, uncrowded and has a great selection, (especially of coffee and wine). Plus, it’s in a beautiful part of town. I go out of the way to come here.

MOC is our go to store for high quality organic foods. They always have enough check out staff that you rarely have to wait in line!

You dont sell pancetta!!????!! The ladies in the deli just pointed me to the cheese and said look for it there... Useless and sad for such a beautiful store. Finally a guy from the meat department helped me find out at the opposite end of the store.

They did not have simple items I was looking for .And in the food court I ordered a simple sandwich and gave me something completely different.

This is a great specialty grocery store. They have a wonderful selection of produce, salads, bulk items as well as all of the packaged foods you buy anywhere else. The only reason I didnt give it a 5 is because I literally stood in line at the check out for more than 12 minutes. I thought maybe they had lost electricity to their cash registers or something. It was unreal.

Amazing mint cake, and the Mama Leons soup is great too.

They have an excellent meat department and carry good pasture raised meat, their deli is amazing. They carry good organic, natural food choices.

I wont be shopping at West Linn Market of Choice for the foreseeable future. The store has signs at the front door indicating they have a mask policy, but it is not enforced. I have seen shoppers without masks freely moving about the store and making their way through the checkout without any intervention from store personnel.The final straw was a Market of Choice employee wearing a face shield with no mask. The face shield was tilted back to an angle resulting in her mouth being completely uncovered. I was told by another employee that the employee wearing the shield refuses to wear a mask.It appears MOC wants to give lip-service to keeping shoppers safe, but placing a sign at the front without enforcement and permitting an employee to put others at risk shows a lack of concern for customers and employees.Ill be shopping at Zupan.

Have premium products at a fair price.Clean store well organized.Love the bakery and deli. They have a good assortment of items. Not the standard fare, specialty and savory prepared foods.

Had what others dont have, but the pricing is just oof. Thats the trade off. The staff is helpful and friendly, they have a bulk section, which is helpful for home baking and such. They have some of the right tools, and some novelty things like Onion Goggles. It was a real thing (I believe Isle 3 I think lol). But will say, it can be some quality food you get here. Trade off is pricing, gotta have that money.

They should call this the market of no choice because you have no choice but to pay the prices inside. The product is high quality and the service is fast but youll barely be able to find standard products you may be used to seeing in the grocery store and you may be shocked by the prices youll see.

I love this friendly neighborhood GROCERY store. It has myriads of wonderful and different products. The people working there care a lot and are friendly. You very rarely have to wait in line to ck out.

Cutest grocery store. The bakery department is vast and amazing. They made an adorable birthday cake and threw in a free smash cake for my sons first birthday. It was extremely affordable compared to other places I looked for cakes and they did a great job.

Its a very nice store, with lots of items for special dietary needs foods. They also have great little gifts, flowers, and wine and local candies. It is definitely pricier than Safeway or Fred Meyer, but better selections.

Best grocery store. Everything you need. From longtime standard brands to all of the more choice items found at stores like New Seasons and then some. Immaculate and intuitive layout. Very friendly, helpful staff from the meat counter to the cashiers. Impressive wine selection. We just moved to West Linn and this is one of the many reasons we’ve totally lucked out. Our go-to from now on for a long time.

So they let people in without masks. When I asked the manager why they let people in without masks they said they claim that OSHA says its ok based of a customer simply stating they have a medical condition. BS. If you can’t wear a mask in a grocery store then stay home and get your groceries delivered. You just lost my business.

Taste of US) most store!

Ive been shopping at market of choice for many years. Every cashier Ive been to have always been respectful and greeted me with a smile. That is until today. I work in retail so I know how to treat a customer, Gussie L. needs to work on her people skills. I didnt get the cheerful greetings from her, in fact I got the complete opposite. In the future I will go out of my way to Not have her ring up my groceries. She doesnt even try to be friendly and it shows.

Absolutely love this store. Great food,great coffee and even better customer service a little bit pricey, but you get what you pay for. If your in the area and hungry dont hesitate to stop in. You wont be disappointed.

I recently cut dairy and wheat out of my diet for personal reasons and I was sad about it at first. Market of Choice in West Linn turned my frown upside down with all of the delicious and affordable dairy and wheat alternatives. Found my new grocery store!

Good selection, and high quality product. Lines are always super long but the cashier and other staff are super fast. Best place to shop.

My very favorite place to shop for quality food.

They have a good meat dept, the produce is fresh with a large selection. All of the staff is very friendly. The priced are fair for the quality you get. There is also a nice deli with a large selection of tasty and healthy ready to eat items. My 4 yearvold daughter loves the salad bar. They have a small gift section for last minute ideas, but their greeting card section is horrible. They have tons of off birthday cards, but none for Dad, Mom, son or daughter. Just generic ones that arent the best sayings.

Excellent place. I wish I had one back home.Lots of selection, health and natural foods in ample supply. Desserts were great too.The staff was friendly and I like the paper bags as opposed to plastic.It was like a whole foods but just better overall, in my opinion.

Exceptional market that includes excellence across the board including the butcher shop that includes ready to cook seafood/ beef/chicken/, bakery, phenomenal selection of beers and wines, produce and organic products. The staff is terrific across the board. I appreciate how many products are from local sources.

Big clean store, friendly helpful employees, and an incredible bakery and deli make for a great shopping experience. (The selection of cheese is my favorite thing about this particular store.) The prices are a bit higher than a more average but with the products Ive purchased there theyve been worth it.

Love this store!!!! BUT I asked a young lady worker in the bakery dept. why in this environment and with her handling pastry and cakes (literally) why she was NOT wearing a mask??? She said that the mask made her claustrophobic. I told her that wasn’t a very good reason and that her working in an UNpackaged food department she SHOULD wear a mask, it was OBVIOUS she did NOT appreciate the concern that I shared with her and walked away. I asked another employee why it was that everyone had on a mask BUT her. He simply said he didn’t know.Soooooo, I feel that this employee should in the VERY LEAST be anywhere BUT unpackaged foods. I appreciate that stores are still open BUT I wore my mask to keep her safe. Should we as customers be so grateful that this employee gets a pass on wearing a mask?By the way, I am a caregiver for 2 - 85 year old people mon-fri. I have avoided all contact with the outside world (including my grand babies), to keep them safe. So a minor inconvenience of wearing a mask doesn’t seem unreasonable to me.I spent $80 for a SINGLE bag of delicious, high end items that I have been craving!!! Guess I will have to wait until this pandemic is over to go back, bummer!

The best cakes!

Best grocery store in West Linn offering food stuffs, great vegetables and fruits. Their meat and fish selection is always fresh. Try their pizza, sandwich’s, and other “fast food”. The desserts and cakes are delicious. Prices are high.

This is a great place to shop. They have a friendly staff and an easy to navigate store.

Higher end feel to this store but the prices always surprise me by not being too high. Outstanding deli selection and bakery, wonderful meats and produce. The deli has a number of entrees and side dishes prepared for lunch or dinner, and they also make pizza and other hot items to order. Extensive cheese selection with someone staffing the area to answer questions. Friendly staff

I love this store for a few reasons. There are way over priced for most items, but their meat is outstanding and the prices are spot on. Much cheaper then other places. I go there for fair trade beauty products as well!! Nice people and clean store.

The kitchen staff is the best! They make a burrito that, in my opinion, is better than Chipotle and their customer service is exceptional. They are friendly, fast and get my order right every time. I work nearby and West Linn Market of Choice is my go to option for lunch.

I absolutely love this store! Great bteada, cheeses, beers and wines, and wonderful Meat Dept, Bakery, and Deli!!! It may be a bit pricy on veggies but they are worth the cost!

We stopped in for a quick bite to eat for dinner. Selection was good. Service was good. Food was good. Overall, the market was clean and appeared to have upscale offerings, as one might expect in West Linn....

Very rude employees. Went there on the way home from library and thought I can DCo my bottle return there. One machine and did not notice a sign saying only 24 bottles a day. I had more than that. Clerk would not cash the tickets for me totaling 6.40. I had groceries also to purchase there. Hope you know I did not purchase the groceries but she would only cash in one ticket for 2.40 and I would have to come back there 2 more different days to cash the others. Will never shop there ever. They also had kindling st least that is what they called it. 12 stocks for 3.99. Ridiculous!

Great baked goods, but the bakery staff has been a bit rude.

Not quite a new seasons but its almost as good and has a nice deli. Id like to see even more organic non-GMO options! Every one who works here is nice and its a very clean store. It is definitely on the upscale side of grocery stores and you do pay for that a bit.

We were looking for something ready to eat and this had what we were looking for.

Best Wine and Beer selection that I have seen in the Portland area. Made to order food of all kinds. I wish I could live here! If you are on 205, do yourself a favor and stop here, whatever time of day. Do it!

The place is great. The meat department is awesome. The prices, not so much.You can get great things there if you can afford to pay it all the time. Now, if you go there for items like healthcare items; RAW Garden of Life stuff, smoothies, vitamins, etc...the prices are comparable to places like New Seasons, sometimes cheaper. But, then you get some tea or apples, and the prices on those items are a dollar or two more than if you went to Fred Meyer.So, it all depends on what you want and what you need. If a specialty cheese then they will have it. If something like toilet paper? Go elsewhere otherwise you will pay out the noise, or butt.

This is a great place to find unique, local items (similar to Whole Foods, New Seasons). They have an excellent bakery with a variety of delicious pastries, gelato, and an espresso bar. There is also great seating! The one downside is that they are incredibly expensive. Their prices are very similar to Whole Foods and are quite expensive, even for generic non-organic items.

Amazing beer and cider selection.

Im use to the Market of Choice in Eugene so this was a nice surprise after my move. Some of the products seem to be missing, but the setup and stock is still top choice. Save some money from Whole Foods and go here

Its okay

A cross between a healthy grocery store and Safeway. I can find some of the stuff I want and so can they.I feel like MoC puts out the facade of being more health conscious than they are in reality (similar to my feelings on Trader Joes).All in all..... a good store that I frequent regularly.

Market of Choice is a really nice store :) Has a bit of a Whole Foods feel with really friendly and helpful staff. Large selection of local produce and organics. They even have a fresh squeezed orange juice machine!

Amazing large upscale grocery store but with reasonable prices...deli/kitchen, bakery, & meats are all outstanding!My old Mkt of Choice on SW Terwilliger is closing this weekend. It was the smallest in the state but served a crucial need in the neighborhood. Now my closest options for this store are 20 min to West Linn or 15-20 minutes across the Willamette river in inner SE.
