We have been by this Sears store several times in at all times of the day and they have been closed when they were supposed to be open. We rented a trailer and went there today at 2:45 and the doors were locked. I looked inside and saw the chair move so I looked in through the window and saw two Sears employees hiding under a desk. I told them we could see them and I got my phone out to take pics of them hiding under the desk and they quickly climbed out from under the desk. One of them opened the door and said their system is down and they’re closed. She was very aggressive and rude in her tone, her voice was raised and I told her she didn’t have to get smart with us. Worst Sears ever. We will take our business elsewhere. They should have employees working there who actually want to work, these two obviously do not.

I dont know if this is the stores fault or the warranty company. I bought a lawnmower from Sears in 2017. Prior to the 3 year warranty expiring, I took the mower to the Sears Hometown in West Memphis, AR. This is where I was told to take the mower for repair. Now, it was in the middle of the pandemic and repairs could have stopped. A whole year is just ridiculous without a word from the store. So I walk into the store to see if the lawnmower was still there. One of the salespeople told me the store had just hired a repair person today and he was going to get started on repairs today. How coincidental is it that the day I walk into the store after a year later was the same day the repair person was hired? I really expected better from the Sears brand.

Well, I paid cash for a brand new gas stove from them, as well as a push lawnmower, but it was a few years back. They were extremely nice to me. Customer Service was great. They assisted me and got me out in no time. My stove got delivered in a fashionably manner. They hooked it up for me as well. Stove still runs great til this day.

Im just giving it four stars because I never really went in there I dont know who goes to stairs anymore

One of my least favorite things to do is shopping, but today I had one of the best experiences ever. I decided to shop for lawn equipment today(mower, weed eater and hedge trimmer)...all of which I know absolutely nothing about. I was greeted by a beautiful young lady named Stacey. She assisted me with everything and was able to answer every question I asked. The service was friendly, quick and hassle- free. Young man was busy working and stocking material but as soon as I walked in he stopped what he was doing and focused his attention on me immediately. Asked how he could help told wanted to pay on account he obliged. Asked if I was interested in any other assistance I declined he thanked me told me of sale paper I thanked him was leaving he said come back and thanks for shopping at Sears home store,that is all

I can’t give a zero or I would. Today is June 23 and it is 5:30 pm I am trying to order 5000 in appliances for my sons house. The lady on the phone was extremely rude when I asked if she would give a price for all the appliances and he would be in to pay for them.She said I can’t shop on the phone WICH you ma’am.And hung up on me. She can’t be the store owner.

Caring workers and delivery was worth the wait.

Breanna was awesome to work with, she helped me find perfect washer and dryer set for my mom.

Owners are very rude and horrible to employees.

Stopped in today for some help with a tool box key. They didnt sell them but the manager knew of a couple of keys they had left over from something. She was able to find one and help me solve my problem. All with a smile on her face. I will be doing business with them again. Thank you Sears!!!!

This Sears doesnt even deserve a 1 star should be zero stars as this Sears store has no proper management in place. Be aware future buyers as this Sears will scam you out of your money. They will give you a false delivery date and wont deliver. They dont even have the decency to call and explain if there are any back-order or delay in delivery. This Sears has made my company wait 3 weeks for a No-Delivery! I didnt even receive a call but instead I myself had to call them to find out whats happening with my order- the manager (Amber) just bluntly said theres no delivery when the receipt states that same day delivery then manager goes to check records. When the manager realizes her stores fault she doesnt compensate the customer for their time or money loss but instead demands the customer come to the store for a refund. I asked for the Sears customer service number and the manager gave a false random number. Then I had to search for the Sears customer service number online and finally got a refund after contacting Sears 1-800# ! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SEARS HOMESTORE IN WEST MEMPHIS! They have terrible customer service and management needs training on how to run a proper business!

We were totally lied to about their new rental plan. Before you agree to it get a guarantee on the monthly fee in writing. We paid a lot of cash down and they did not want give us our money back; said we would have to wait for the lease company to issue us a check or send it to our account. DONT GET CUGHT IN A TRAP. We finally got cash back. Keep in mind, this was 2 minutes after the deal was done and we found out that the monthly fee was almost $100 more than what we were originally told.

THIS SEARS IS A JOKE! THEY STAND BEHIND NOTHING AND LIE ABOUT EVERYTHING! PEOPLE LIKE THIS ARE THE REASON THAT THE REAL SEARS IS GOING OUT OF BUISNESS. I SPOKE WITH SEVERAL DIFFERENT PEOPLE ABOUT MY LAWNMOWER ISSUES (2 LAWNMOWERS) AND WAS TOLD AND PROMISED DIFFERENT THINGS FROM EACH EMPLOYEE. THEY DO NOT DESERVE 1 STAR AND THIS STORE NEEDS TO CLOSE. I WILL DRIVE TO A REAL SEARS IN MEMPHIS SO I GET DECENT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND RESPECT. ITS SAD THAT IF SOMEONE HAS A FEW DOLLARS TO SPEND CAN USE A WELL RESPECTED FRANCHISE NAME AND RUN IT INTO THE GROUND!!!! THIS IS THE REASON THAT SEARS WONT LAST MUCH LONGER !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Super nice employees and Manager at this store. Went out of their way to accommodate me and since live near 100 miles away, manager shipping it to me free of charge.

Waited for a delivery that never came so I picked it up myself and NEVER received my 75 dollars back for the delivery even though I had my receipt AND the same lady who checked me out was the same lady who refused to give me back my 75 dollars even though she knew for a fact that I paid a delivery fee...but Im not done with them YET I will be getting my 75 dollars back!
