The workers wouldnt accept my return. The box was unopened and I had a receipt. They had refused to issue a refund simply because I was not the original purchaser. I was returning this as an errand for my wife. They said they could not refund the money to the credit card because I was not my wife. I had my wifes card and mine with the same account as proof. I attempted to show my drivers license with the same last name and also the same credit card with my name. The women at this store seemed to be on a power trip. I went to a different Sallys and easily made the return with no trouble. Do not go to this store because they have bad customer service!

Doors are locked . Lights are on.. says they are open.. but no one is answering the phone.

My sister is going thru chemo and I take her back & forth, I have to walk with a cane and her hair had started coming out so the Cancer Center advised her to go ahead and get her head shaved and start wearing turbans, well Walmart said they had one in stock but when we went to get it they did not have it. So I went into Sallys beside Kroger and the sales girl was on a personal phone call, I waited until she hung up and asked her if they sold turbans. She if I do they would be on that isle, well I couldnt tell which isle she was talking about so I ask do you mean this isle? She did not even answer me and she went straight to the front where they check you out at. I just starting looking all over two isles trying to find anything that said turban and could not find anything. I starting walking to the door and she never asked me if I found what I was looking for, thanked me for coming in or even said come back! I stopped at the door and turned around to her and said you know it would of been real nice if you would of helped me. Her response was I did I pointed to the isle, at that point I just walked out the door and plan to never go into that store again. People just dont know what customer service is anymore! I brought a hair brush at Sally Beauty .it breaks I have not had it a good month yet.it still new.

Clean store, helpful staff. They had every thing I was looking for and even found some new stuff to try.
