AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST! I can’t stress enough how shady and dishonest these people are. They will shove any vehicle they have down your throat for you to buy and give you as little information as possible. They will do whatever they can from letting you do research on your own to make a good purchase decision. I made the mistake of signing on a vehicle that I had only seen one picture. I was told that if I did not like the vehicle that it would be no problem at all to change my decision. After seeing the vehicle the first time I decided that I grossly overpaid for what the vehicle was. I went back the same day and was told no that there was nothing they were going to do. Seriously, there are so many places to purchase a vehicle from. Do yourself a favor and just avoid this place like the plague. They have some decent reviews because they are nice as they can be until after you do business with them. Walking in the door of Bayird West Memphis was a huge mistake.

Very nice young man that I talked to he thought they had a vehicle Id be interested in not knowing it was already gone but he was a sweetheart about things anyone looking for specific kind of chevy needs to check them out.

Chris was the sales person. Hes very friendly and nice. He knows his business about selling cars. He didnt lie nor sugar coat anything he didnt us what we wanted to hear. He was very professional with his job.

This place is a nightmare to deal with. I was scheduled to have my oil changed two different times and both times they called me and told me they couldn’t do it that day and asked if I would move my appointment. Of course, I know things happen so I did move my appt to work with them. The 3rd time I was scheduled, I got called into work and couldn’t make it. Tried to call and inform them but no answering machine. When I finally reached them to inform them and tell them my only next off days were a Monday and a Tuesday.. they couldn’t do anything fit me in. So I rearranged my schedule twice for them.. but when it comes to them working with you.. they have no desire to make your life easier. The Ram dealership in Southaven is 10x better than this place.

This is the worst place ever! They are liars, money hungry, and very shady people! I’ve had nothing but issues every time I’ve called this place! Everyone, please avoid this place at all cost! They’re only going to screw you out of money and lie to you!

It would of been 5 stars they were great in the beginning with getting us into a new dependable vehicle. However David told us it would cost $2300 within 30 days to get our TTL asked if that’d be a problem, my husband and I spoke and agreed it’d be doable.... agreed went in and signed the paperwork. Here’s where the issue has come in when we went to the tag office it ended up being $2700 we paid it but that emptied our account and we have 2 weeks til payday. I called David as soon as we were done to see what could be done or if he could make this right that was an extra $400. It went to Voicemail so I called the dealership directly they said he was at a doctor’s appointment but as soon as he came back in they’d have him call me to try to work something out it’s been 2 days and still nothing so no I now won’t refer anyone else to the dealership because that was a lie to tell us it’s cost exactly $2300. Next time we know to just walk if it’s not added in.

Got my oil changed here on a 2018 Jeep. A couple months later my check engine light comes on. I take it to the dealership and they said because they only have one mechanic right now it would be a week before they could get me in even just to read the code. I take it to Firestone who gets me in and tells me the code was for low oil. They said it was missing a quart of oil, the oil was dirty and the oil filter seemed like it was old. They said it looked like I hadn’t changed my oil in at least a year. I tried to get a hold of the Bayird service manager and have yet to hear back.Edit: The service manager called me back and assured me that my oil had been changed by the dealership. He also said that according to Mopar, my vehicle needed oil changes more often than the owners manual says. He then offered the information that they reviewed security camera footage and saw that someone had changed the oil and I was welcome to see the footage for myself. When I took him up on the offer he called back ten minutes later and said it was a mistake and the cameras actually weren’t working. He offered to “make it right,” but why would I go back to a place who messed up the first time and wouldn’t admit it?

I got the car I wanted for the price I wanted. I didnt walk away with any remorse at all. I usually feel like Ive been racked over the coals when you go to a dealership. This time I felt good and Im 61 and bought a lot of cars in my day. They will really work with you here to move their cars.

Though I wasnt able to get a vehicle this go around, the staff was friendly and quick. I usually spend all day in a dealership regardless of if the outcome is favorable or not, but I was in and out in 30 minutes. I can be objective despite not leaving with what I came for.

Yes my husband is the service manager, but that just means my expectations are higher. This service department will go out of their way to take care of your needs, most importantly no hidden fees. Even going as far as to have the customer upon check in sign a sheet stating the $125 diagnostic fee. The diagnostic charge is to scan your vehicle and tell you what the code means, not just what code it is. Give them a try for yourself, you wont be disappointed.

This place is amazing they make you feel like family. Im from North Carolina and was in a bad situation because of another dealer and Blake and Eric and the whole crew went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. Huge thank you to Bayird of West Memphis for upgrading me from the Ford Escort to a Nissan Maxima. I have been wanting one of these cars forever but was always afraid of the price tag.
