Its a really great grocert shop and their prices are great. Its never too crowded and the self checkout line always moves swiftly which is a plus for me.

Driving a truck, I visit grocery stores all around the country. Generally the first item on my list is a Rotisserie Chicken. Hands down this place has the best rotisserie chicken Ive found. Always perfectly seasoned, and the outer layer just beneath the skin hasnt been overheated to the texture of jerky. Plenty or juices left in the package to pour on once the chickens been shredded.As to the rest of the store..... Its typical Kroger. A lot of outsourced prepackaged meat. And some of the product placement in the meat section, deli counter and bakery are rather baffling. Perhaps most humorous of all are the Beef Sticks featured at the deli counter.When it comes to ice cream in pints the selections sucks, theres no Blue Bell and an excess of Ben & Jerrys, where you get a 1/2 pint of ice cream and a 1/2 pint of novelty fillers like cookie dough, or cookies.

Sent my college student son there with an e-Gift card and a “manager” named Tanisha stated he couldn’t use it and that he needed a physical card. Uh ma’am you have heard of e-gift cards before, right? He’s used this here multiple times. Additionally, when he asked for the manager she advised, “she was her own boss”. It’s appalling who these companies put in management positions. I hope no one ever does her children like this. I will be calling corporate in the morning.****Update: called back and spoke with the actual store manager. He apologized and made everything right. He was so kind and empathetic.

This is the worst Kroger that I have ever shopped at. We average about 1/2 of the items we need are not in-stock or have expired. I can drive to Kroger on Union in Memphis or to Jonesboro or Southhaven, MS. and get everything we need. Both of these stores are very well stock with knowledgeable people who can take care of their customers.

The price on the isle is always lower than the price at the register. this store is laundering money and stealing from customers durring a pandemic. if i could share pictures i took of isle price vs my reciept i would. but rest assured that a criminal investigation is under way. if they want this evidence they can file for discovery in court.

10/10 one of the worst Kroger’s I’ve ever been to. Needs NEW management ASAP. Literally every employee on their phones and any time we needed assistance they were too busy talking to each other to even see us. OH and when you actually get their attention it’s with rolling eyes and an attitude. If you hate your life so much FINE but taking it out on customers? Isn’t right! For the first time ever I would rather go to Walmart. Just disappointed.

They say the hot deli opens at 11 am. But it doesnt matter what you get there, its not open at all or not fully. Was there 8/30/20 at 1pm hot deli only had fried or baked chicken with no sides and i was told that there wouldnt be any. SMH that was really to bad, because i but meals there for my lunches thru the week. Needless to say I didnt stay to shop I went to Gene Stimons GReat Deli and always has sides!!!!

I go to this location most often because it’s the closest to my home. However, I was very disappointed at the number of employees who were wearing masks improperly. A mask needs to cover both your nose and mouth for maximum effectiveness for preventing the spread of COVID-19, and I saw several employees with masks only covering their mouths, not their noses. Management at this location as well as those in the corporate offices need to take this very, VERY seriously, or else the mask mandate is pointless.

Grocery store....not restaurant

It is neatly organized, its always stocked, and carries things that no other store does! I was able to find everything that I needed, and was very happy with the selection of items available. Moreover, the staff is always ready to help you find whatever you want. This probably serves as the top-most reason for me liking this place.

I do the bulk of my grocery shopping here but this store does leave some to be desired. It is in major need for upgrades including the bathroom. The Memphis stores have all these new stations buy ours does not. It is smaller I am sure buy could still some new stuff. They also have issues staying stocked with some of my every day items like Abound can dog food and other items.

First time in this Kroger, staff were mostly friendly, a few were helpful. Rest rooms were very clean. For a Friday, they were not very busy that I noticed on the pharmacy. They deli was nice and on our visit, the produce looked in order. There were a few messy parts of the store due to customers (you cant force people to behave with manners). But staff did their best to clean up after them. All in all, nice Kroger to shop at I think.

The staff seems nice, but recently the entire back half of the store has smelled like rotten meat. A lot of the ground beef looks like it’s the wrong color. I’m not sure if there’s a refrigeration issue, but I definitely won’t be buying anything from other than dry goods from this location.

Worst grocery store ever. Old, smells, people are insanely rude. Looks like it was built in 1963. Managers are clueless.Meat is always bad because it is not kept cold and dont even think about the fish.

I love the West Memphis store. Its clean and well organized. The staff is phenomal. The pharmacy is fast to serve. They give you such a personal experience. Awesome Krogers in my town.

I was pleasantly surprised at the updates and organization of this Kroger! I had not been in this Kroger in several years so it was genuinely a surprise. They seem to be carrying a greater variety of foods, Specialty Foods, help Foods, etcetera. I was concerned I wouldnt be able to find the item that I was but it was there! I was thankful that they have many checkout lanes open so that I didnt have to wait in line. And the clerks were friends!

The staff here simply tell you no instead of even attempting to assist you. Their manager as well. As a customer who has gone to Kroger at times daily for years and years...this experience will make me question any future returns. The staff here in the evening needs training. Period.

It was a good shopping experience. It had a great assortment of items. Dont shop without a Kroger card! Only weird thing was that there were no cashiers for regular checkout. Only self checkout. (After a certain hour)

This Kroger I most definitely grew to love. The location was nearby; everything I typically needed was always available except for the avocados during certain days of the week lol, and the staff was friendly. Prices were great and the check-out process was always quick for me.

I used to not mind going to Kroger. But now it is a toss up between Kroger and Walmart for quick shopping after work. Kroger has very little items that I need. I wasnt a problem before. Poorly stocked shelves. Poor choices. We have started driving out of the way to a different store that has a better selection, well stocked and friendly people who dont mind waiting on you. It is sad that the West Memphis Kroger has gone down.

So sad that again MY store is changing AGAIN. The prices are higher, no longer ordering Hispanic food items nor can the little bit they carry, cant be found. I have to checkout my own groceries and no help loading them in the car. I am disabled and need the help. Coupons have to be downloaded and not mailed anymore. Sad to have to shop at the other warehouse type store. . . i want my kroger to bring back customer care. I am glad a small neighborhood grocery store moved close.

OK here is my fair review of this store. First off the employees are good in the store is a nice store overall. My negative is the produce section. The produce in the fruit quite often is moldy or over right and still on the shelf for sale. If they would improve on the quality of their produce and fruit the store would write a whole lot better but I have on multiple almost all occasions found mold and rotten fruit and vegetables sometimes flies as well. The selection of organic food is very good and it offers a lot of healthy choices for the consumer. Overall I still gave it five stars because it is a great store but it really shouldnt have been because of the fruit and produce please improve in this section. Consumers check before you buy very well.

Love this Kroger! Friendly atmosphere, good fast cashiers! If you are sick of the Wal Mart rat race this is the store for you. They open at 6am and close at 11. Hope they get enough customers to stay open 24/7 soon!

Ive been to worse Krogers and better Krogers. This one lacks the variety that some of the nicer ones have. Theres no sushi, the deli is lacking. It stays clean, however, and the staff is friendly. Due to location and proximity, we visit often. Far superior to the local Walmart.

All employees are very nice. Love the lovely little security guard with the white hair. She is Devine!!!

Its just an average Kroger. Normally pretty clean with fresh foods. Wish it was updated like some of the ones in the Memphis area. It needs a lot of upgrades.

My visit was good until cashier walked off as i was there to be check out? No problem but phone is my card and all day out doctor s, nice little Lady let me go ahead and cashier was friendly!

Store is filfthy and needs remodeling. Smells of dead animals at door entrance. I go to a store next door to this Kroger every two weeks and there is a foul order of dead animals that may be in the ceiling or walls. Its stench is really bad on hot days. I spoke to the manager today and he said they have not been able to identify the issue. They meat case was 3/4ths EMPTY on a Saturday afternoon. I saw no one stocking the shelves. Some of the Friday and Saturday specials were totally gone. This Kroger could use a MAJOR update or relocation. This Kroger would do 3 times the business if it was updated and items kept in stock. People that live in West Memphis dont necessarily want to drive over the bridge for groceries. This store is missing many business dollars due to these reasons and perhaps others that I didnt even see. Thank you

They have Diesel, usually 15-20 cents off Memphis, TN prices PLUS --FUEL POINTS--Even better!In-store service wise I use Poplar Plaza, then this one and there are other Krogers closer to my home so I guess that makes me cheap AND pickyNO, all Krogers are not the same -- sadly

Great pharmacy with friendly, knowledge staff. WAY better than any Wal-Mart (that can NEVER get an Rx right)!

The majority of the staff at this Kroger’s is rude and unwilling to assist. The management is poor. The assistant manager Paul Robinson is not even fit to be a shift supervisor at a fast food restaurant. He lacks both customer service, patience, and is quite ignorant. The store fails to keep shelves stocked with sale of the week items and then refuses to give rain checks. If you are able to get a rain check, the cashiers and management will refuse a rain check by saying there is no stamp although they acknowledge they wrote the rain check out. If you do go to this abysmal store and get a rain check, make sure they stamp it and fill it out completely because they have no intention on honoring it and will look for any excuse not to... even accusing customers of stealing rain checks. Also the store has a rotten smell to it.
