Excellent well stocked store. Checked out their variety of different lament flooring. Staff in flooring department was very knowledgeable and friendly towards us. Very helpful gave samples for us to try at home

Very helpful staff member arranged for an item that wasnt available in store to be picked up at another. My issue is with merchandise availability. This isnt the first time that I went to a home depot and the item I was looking for was in very short supply or the (usually) one or two that were available were damaged in some way. The staff and prices are good though, so its still worth checking out, just be prepared to visually inspect the item you purchase and to maybe have to go to a second store for all you need.

Mindy, in flooring turned me from a shopper into a satisfied buyer. She is totally knowledgeable, no pressure, just a great employee. I really appreciated her assistance, over and above. An asset to Home Depot! Thanks Mindy for making this an easy event.

Ordered bags of special concrete mix. Came in quick & associate just loaded it for me. Super nice folks & fellow I dealt with very knowledgeable. FYI -Their paint dept. is really top notch. Super nice folks as opposed to Lowes up the hill where theyre doing you a favor to mix your paint or will watch you struggle rather than offer to assist.

Ordered a few told online to be picked up the next day that were supposed to be in stock. After a weeks wait and 2 trips they still didnt have the right tool that was ordered after receiving confirmation. So will be making a 3rd trip for a refund. Also both times that I stopped in to pick up the order I had to wait for roughly 20min while they looked for the order. Will be going to Lowes and should have in the 1st place.

The garden sections is big and plentiful this year colorful and vibrant looking plants and flowers and everything is on sale right now they have an outdoor section for gardening but don’t forget to check out the indoor garden area which has beautiful plants and much to choose from. You could landscape your entire yard coming to Home Depot. They also have anything else you could need to update something in your house.

The shelving units I needed were on the top of the displays. Within minutes I got assistance the guy was very helpful even though he had to catch a bus in 10 minutes. Got me another guy he finished my order. Excellent service 👍👍👍👍

Save yourself from the aggravation . Dont ever call this store, the people are slow at best. The phone system wont understand you from the slightest background noise and if you do reach an actual human being the answer will most likely be wrong.

This home depot is well stocked and pretty well organized. It seems that their lumber is a better quality for the same money than the Other big box home center

Placing an order for a storm door took over an hour, but, otherwise, a decent store

Just left the store where a young lady by the name of Elisha {I hope I spelled that right?} assisted me with a product I was looking for. She works in customer service, WOW! Super friendly and Very Helpful, she definitely went above and beyond even getting a motorized lift to get the product off one of the high pallet racks this after finding the item which was not easy. I might make this my default store even though Im closer to Bethel.

Went to get a new trash can n got some more plants since they were on sale

Just wanted to say I went to the other big box store near the Home Depot in West Mifflin to inquire about refrigerators. I waited for quite some time to get some assistance. Once someone arrived to help, they quickly asked if we had gone on line to research the product. I replied no we had just started shopping and wanted to see the refrigerators in person due to the price of each companys varied. When your spending close to $3,000 or more you want to get the best bang for the buck. The associate of the store then directed me to their work station and said that we can use their computer to find the product we were looking for. I asked a few questions and he acted as if I should know if these products offered and the features we were looking for and if the refrigerator is availabie. Before getting any answer he just walked away. This was not the first time for this to happen. SAD to say that they just didnt care to offer any other assistance! So now I know what the L in that stores name stands for, Loser. And that is why I went to the home depot. You can always find someone willing to help you find what you need, and for this reason I dont mind waiting for Home Depots associates when the store is busy. Customer Service means a lot. I made the purchase at the Home Depot.

We received great assistance with getting our pallets of top soil into our truck. The sales associates loaded everything using a fork lift! Great job!

Frustrated that you have no refrigerators in stock. Have to wait four weeks until delivery. I was sold a defective product before that 5 years that I have to replace now.

Went for a job interview scheduled for 1:30. I waited while hearing the interviewer laughing and cutting up with someone well past 1:30. They just assume interviewers have all day and dont deserve respect (which while I waited I saw a poster speaking of respect toward employees being one of their guiding principles). Not a good environment to boot.

I like this Home Depot. The people are very friendly and helpful. A very knowledgeable young lady helped find the lighting parts I needed today. Check out had a man who made sure you didnt need help, but wasnt overbearing. My one issue us their website says they recycle fluorescent bulbs, but I was told they didnt when I brought them in. They sell the type I brought in, so it is reasonable that they would recycle them. However, it is such a little annoyance, it would not affect my overall feeling about the location.

Corporate does not exist. Tried ordering a $5 and odd cent cell phone battery charger Black Friday special for curbside pickup x4. Not in stock at this store but I can either order from another store or have it shipped to me. Decided to have it shipped. Get online go to process it and the shipping is $76 you get free shipping for over $45 but for smaller orders you have to pay shipping. Chat tells me to order it and they will SEE IF they can correct shipping cost but without an actual order number with a $76 shipping charge on it they cant help me. Tried to contact the store today, left it go yesterday because it was Black Friday Assistant manager Tim refuses to give me any contact number for corporate says I have to go through 1 800 HOME DEPOT. Call them and there is no supervisor and was told that the computer calculates shipping automatically so the $76 in shipping was correct I should have added more items to my cart. If I wanted to spend $40on this item I would not be buying iron a Black Friday special. Asked for a number to corporate and was told they dont have one. Always loved this store until I had a problem over something small but stores that can not be trusted with something small certainly can not be trusted with something big so taking my business elsewhere.

Any time I needed to walk my Service doggy Bella while getting stuff for my art or garden or lightbulbs Home Depot was always and is Awesome! They have EVERYTHING!

I’m only giving 3 stars because communication between their online store, and in store staff is like talking two completely different companies. The people over the phone or online will tell you one thing, and the people in store will tell you another. Overall customer service is nice, just difficult to get a straight answer.

I like it that they sell more than hardware & tools. I think I could walk around in there for hours, looking at all the home decor ideas & buy some cleaning supplies that you cant find elsewhere. Alot of the employees act irritated when you ask for help though. And alot of them cant provide answers or guidance like they ALL used to. There was a time when you could ask any employee a question & they knew the answer or the solution to your problem but recently I have been getting alot of Im not sure and Let me go ask so & so. I wont stop shopping there, but just giving my opinion

Wanted to purchase an appliance. One employee in the dept. Waited 45min in order to find that they wont let you pick them up.Their appliances are delivery only and the next available delivery date is 2 weeks from now. So, even if I paid in full, I cant have it. They have to deliver it.Never again.

So I had my windows installed by home Depot. They sub out the actual install to some company. Short story is that they installed a premium window in the incorrect place. I went up the chain with no avail. They still have not reached out to try and fix the problem. They Mike fetsko told me he would call me and didnt. The attached is my original email discussing the 281 bucks they just took from my account without consent as well. They charged my credit card incorrectly because of there mistake. It was refunded 2+ weeks later.This experience was horrible. Im giving a two star to just because the store is fine. I would not use their services though.

Needed some tubing doing car repair and hit home depot. Asked helpful staff and pointed me right to what I needed. Easy in, find part and easy out. Btw got the car repair completed and on the road.

I spoke with Rex in the Lumber Dept, although he couldn’t help me with the forklift because he wasn’t actually certified at the time he was very helpful. I just wish he got more recognition, I filled out the survey and tried to tip him but he insisted that I donate it to somebody struggling more than a full time college student. The guy is a saint. The world needs more Lowe’s employees like him. Parking was terrible, 2 stars.

This really isnt the greatest Home Depot. The employees are very helpful and knowledgeable, however the shape of the store is weird to me. Its hard to put it into words, I guess I just like the Collier store better.

Just a quick in and out to get some electrical tools...but I guess looking for flush cut snips in the tool section was bad on my part(sarcastically saying). After searching the tool section I finally found someone that told me they were in electrical. Only took 3 employees to figure that one out. Not such a quick in and out.

Not bad. Big parking lot. Plenty of materials. Unfortunately Many power tools are single stock items and shelves are bare.

This location does not honor any of their sales advertised sales order display sales they just put displays ups and ads just to get you in the store once you get to the store they tell you they are not honoring the advertised special

So I cant put shipping complaints on HD website it keeps getting erased by them so I would not buy anything online from either home improvement stores. And well I do not like the fact that this keeps getting erased by home depot but its part of the review. I copied this to Google and yelp because it keeps getting erased by home depot. I ordered doors on Sept 5th. And have yet to receive them. When I called in Nov. Well Jeld Wen is busy because of the pandemic. Is what I was told. So let me just say Lowes is just as bad. And word of advice. Do not order wood online. Go to the store and buy it yourself.

I hate that I have to give Home Depot 3 stars, but this is the second fail in as many years. Advertising red rubber mulch, plus brown and black. Second year in a row - NO red. Never came in plus no stores within 100 miles has it. Actually, they are lucky that I gave 3 stars, and that was due to the helpfulness of some employees for other items that were on my list. Dont get me wrong, I love Home Depot and I will continue to shop there. Its a 5 star store, just some neglect from corporate. Actually, Lowes had the same issue!!!!!

Home Depot as a store is fine. Just dont like seeing folks put a mask on to enter the store and then immediately pull it down upon walking inside. Be courteous to others, wear a mask when in public places!

COVID Review: This Home Depot is well set up to handle social distancing. They are limiting the number of people in the store, but I only had to wait once. They have tents set up outside to make it comfortable if you have to wait. They have expanded their customer pick-up section so you dont have to walk through the store if you dont want to. They have clearly marked spaces to stand while waiting to checkout. I did not feel inconvenienced by their measures in the store, but felt like they were doing a good job looking out for my safety and the safety of their employees.

Went to buy a x mass tree, helpful employees could not find a tree they supposedly had in stock, recommended another similar tree that was just put on sale, posted price on tree and on shelf and what was told to us was the price was not honored at the register. Manager told us the price was for later, they just posted the price today. Total lack of customer service by manager. Will never go there again plenty of choices locally that we wont miss the terrible management there.

Ive now changed my rating to 1 star. I use to like Home Depot, I dont anymore. Im sick of tired of going there to buy something only to find out they dont have as many in stock as the app says. Today went there to buy LED lights it said it had 16 in stock there was only 1. Wanted 2 boxes of cans the app said 32 in stock they only had 3. Even the store employee that was helping me said never believe the app... THAT speaks volumes.

Poor attention to customer. Very bad communication. No help after waiting for 20 minutes at kitchen appliances.

Good stock, good prices, choices. Well organized. Great support readily available for questions. Big time saver hint: The Home Depot website will show what material is at a particular store AND in which aisle and bin it is!

The curbside pickup staff have been great. We place our order and once it is ready they email a confirmation number. Pull up and either call the store number on the sign or give the number to the staff waiting to assist you.

Not very happy with this store, I went in looking for a plumbing part, asked a employee to help, he was completely clueless. Told me to go to hardware of which he didn’t know anything about either. I asked him to get someone to help me that knew where stuff was, but couldn’t help with that either. Wasted 20 minutes of my time to walk out with nothing. Employees work there to help there customers, at this store they must be paid to stand there and be useless. Extremely disappointed.

My husband and I are looking to replace our shed at our campground. We found one we liked but wanted more information on it so we went to the service desk to ask questions about a larger one then the one on displayed on sight and about accessories. Steven was extremely helpful in showing us everything on line and how to order and have it shipped. He made our experience very good. Thanks Steven for helping us out!

Order was two weeks late on delivery. Isnt worth the free delivery fee, the contractor that delivers left it on the side of the road. Wouldnt off load anywhere else and threatened me with violence . Ill never use HD for anything ever again . 84 lumber is the best around with no hassle same day delivery by store hired pros.

Im going exclusive to home Depot. This place was great. Very helpful staff.I had been having not the best experience at the other big box hardware store around town. I thought I would try home Depot instead. They had people working in each section. They were knowledgeable and kind. I have a plan for project after talking to them.
