This place is rude and inconsiderate. They kicked us out even though we drove to both copart and paid and received title. Then they said too late, when office didn’t close for another 15 min. Never give copart your business.

Every time I come here these people are highly efficient, very professional, and super friendly. One of the best on the East coast

Make sure you call ahead to see If the yard is open for viewing vehicles.The GM says its a solid sheet of Ice but I walked around and looked Nothing but slush they should at least have a waiver to sign say you wont sure if something happens to you.I drove 2 hours to see three vehicles, they suggested I pay for a vehicle inspection report. 20$ per vehicle. Everyone here needs an attitude adjustment. I’ve never seen a bunch of people that hate their lives as much as the employees here. And they take it out on there customers. The ones keeping them in business. Real smart

Purchased a vehicle here during an online auction, for my son. Tom was so courteous and professional, good deal. Vehicle is said to be delivered the next business day, after we paid. Not bad.

The attitude of the staff is depressing. There is no customer service, only more reasons to either say no or take your money or claim you are wasting their time. I left the place almost in teàrs at the rude service I received.

I went to clean out my car after my accident and things were missing. Everything that was in the glove box is mainly missing. In the front doors i had head light bulbs a clear container of variety of fuses two pair of safety glasses are misses and a car part gone. The most important part is that my sons teeth that he lost were in there and they swept it out. Im very upset.

I was in this location yesterday. Drove 100 miles to pick up a load. Based on their google card, place closes at 5pm. I came in at 4:20pm and was told that I didn’t make their 4:15pm cut off time. Talked to the staff and the manager and explain the situation. No one listened, no decency whatsoever. All the wanted to do is to leave the place as soon as possible. No one cares about customer service or even to help out. I’ve never seen people who neglect any type of understanding. Their worker rather sit around and smoke instead of taking care of their business. I hope someone from hire management reads this comment because if this is the state of their business, then it is headed for disaster.

The staff was friendly and helpful. We had a snag because someone did not process the paperwork ahead of my arrival. But. The staff jumped in and got the deal done even though it meant they had to stay overtime.

Truckers be aware, wont side load. Had to go and pay out of the pocket to rearrange the cars on the trailer, office explained it as we are trying to reduce our liability Shut the business and you will be worry free 100%. Worst Copart Ive been so far, including trashy parking lot. Selling cars which 80% is wrecked and cant even load what they sell. Get other loads when you can, let them chock themselves!

They will not side load! Make sure you get good money to pick up here. Had to wait 2 hrs as well as the car was not even ready.

I was little hesitate to purchase a car from this location because of all the negative reviews. But they surprised me with excellence customer service. They let us go see the vehicle without escorting us, and loaded it up right after signing the papers. Quick in and out service. Thank you Copart Pittsburgh South!

Even though on their website it said that previews are still available during this covid 19 time, they won’t let you on the lot. Meanwhile they got 20+ employees walking around inside which doesn’t make sense. It’s probably safer out on their lot. Then after I drive away and request to speak with the manager he told me that they can let you... I’m a real buyer and I was possibly going to bid on 2 cars. Didn’t come out there to waste anyone’s time. Making customers play a cat and mouse game. Definitely never going to this facility. Rude staff. No explanation. They should have a manager sit out there with them, instead of hiding like a mouse.

Young staff member was very patient and gave good advice while I was looking at a vehicle before bidding.When I won the bid they were super helpful in getting the car loaded. It was busy so we had to wait but they were fast and professional.I am currently looking for the right truck to buy as a donor again so I would definitely recommend doing business with them again

Great place to pick up great deal on a vehicle. You might have to do some body or mechanical work. If you have the skill you can get a deal for transportation or maybe flip a vehicle and make some extra cash.

Welcome to the worst Auto Auction in Western PA. I hope you’re ready to wait an hour+ for a single car. Also don’t try complaining cause they don’t care period. They should offer refunds for the gate fees since the service you’re paying for is so horrible. I cringe every single time I have to come here. I asked if they rent pillows and got laughed at even tho West Mifflin is the real joke.

Can not say enough good great things about this place..my husband was in a horrible car accident and when I went there to clean out car the employees stayed with me..they were so kind when I so needed it..did not expect such awesome customer service..they all..everyone that I encountered..helped me..I will never forget how kind and informative they were.Thank you all!! Paying for a vehicle is fast and painless. However waiting to have your vehicle brought out to you is excruciatingly long. I waited 2.5 hours for one vehicle.

Copart went through my vehicle when they received it. They move all of your personal items to the trunk of the vehicle. Called before they received my vehicle and they offered to collect my items for me. I clearly stated I did not want anyone touching my personal stuff. When I arrived to collect my things it turns out the two most valuable items were missing. Spoke to the manager and he said that he reviewed the tape and nothing seemed out of the ordinary. I asked to review the tape with him and he said that their process and the way they do things is their intellectual property and I cannot watch it. Girls that work there are nice but I cannot say the same for their manager and the general manager.

Terrible service. Manager doesn’t know how to do his work. Office is filled with lazy staff. No class and horrible customer experience. Do not get any loads from this company.

If you are picking a car up, have all your paperwork and be there before 430pm. Knowledgeable staff and on-site notary for titles involving Copart vehicles.

Pittsburgh South is the least accommodating of any of the copart locations I have been to. Website needs revised to notify people of additional policies at this copart location. You must have and escort to view vehicles. I arrived at 3:50 pm and waited in line until my turn. At 4:03 it was my turn at the desk where I was told I could not look at a vehicle because it was after 4:00. It was stated that an escort was already in the yard showing vehicles. Only one person on duty for this added policy? The person that was waiting in line behind me left as well with the same outlook ( not going to bid on something that you were not permitted to see.) If your business hours are until 5:00 the added policy requirements should be posted on the website so customers time is not wasted.

Unorganized and worst copart location Ive been to. Only copart location that has to hold your hand to look at cars and limits the time per car. Avoid if possible.

Its the slowest place to pick up cars u wait for 45min to two hr to haul out its like trucks driver dont make money unless it moving not hour pay

I got to Copart at 4:45 pm and they would not release a vehicle after I had drove 300 miles to get there. They said the last pick up is 4:15 pm but the web site says they close at 5:00 pm and no mention of anything about not loading after 4:15 pm. I was very disappointed in the service and had to cancel the vehicle because I had another load to deliver in the morning.

Went through my vehicle and determined what paperwork they believed was important and not important. Service records for my vehicle were thrown out when I use them for tax return purposes as a business expense. My divorce decree was in my glove box and is now somewhere lost in the trash and I have to pay to order a new, unoriginal, one. I did not sign any paperwork or speak to anyone about what happens to my vehicle when someone else totaled it. This was the frosting on the cake - lost my vehicle due to an incompetent trucker, it gets towed away to the middle of nowhere where I cant trek 2.5 hours to go through it myself only to send my fiance out to grab my paperwork that CoParts decided to throw out. Policy or not - throwing out ones personal belongings without their input is not right in anyway. Change your policy, notify the owner of the vehicle, DO something. I didnt ask for my car to be towed to your lot and rummaged through, but that comes with me not asking for my car to be totaled either.

It kinda sucked having the need to go here since it was to get my personal items out of my totaled car after being in a terrible crash just a week ago, but the staff was very accommodating, sensitive of my situation, and very pleasant.

The ladies have there favorites they get loaded ahead waited over an hr for a car unacceptable.

The loaders just take forever🤦‍♂️

I paid for a van at this location since I wanted to head out that way.I called the office and they told me to pay online and fax a notarized document that I could get off there site so they could send me the title.i received a email from the cooperation that it was received.A week later they told me it wasnt sent out so I was going to receive a bill of 140 dollars.They forgot the paper work !FRAUD!
