The counterman was very pleasant and professional! The mechanics were very quick to do my brakes/rotors and kept me informed as to what needed done and any other future potential problems they noticed while under my car. I had a great experience with Goodyear and they were so helpful with helping me get all of my car needs met before I took it on vacation. My appointment was at 12 and I waited for my car to be done, and Bob was very friendly and talked to me when he could. Would highly recommend.

Bob the owner is great he tells you what you need done upfront, suggest other things if your car may need it and the final price before they start anything. Just moved here from Virginia, was looking for a shop to work on my cars in Pittsburgh, found Goodyear, this place was great, went in for a oil change and was in and out quickly, the store manager Bob was great, spoke to me like I have known him for years, will definitely be back with my other cars.

Goodyear is the go to place for me. They are courteous, and efficient. I purchased four new tires for my 2012 Honda CRV last year. I recently had a nail in my tire. Goodyear fixed it free!I also purchased four tires for a KIA Sorento. Goodyear recommended tires for the CRV and the Sorento. We were not disappointed. Both sets of tires are terrific. I highly recommend Goodyear on Lebanon Church Road, West Mifflin.

Contacted Goodyear about warranty service on factory Goodyear tires from a new car purchase.Goodyear manufacturing was wonderful and they helped me measurably!!I was referred to Bob at West Mifflin who discarded and did not care about my behalf or my concerns.He did not want to talk to me when I attempted to go to the store he tried to shrug me off and push me to another day. I explained to him that it was a warranty issue and I had a claim number from the factory.After strong encouragement he did review my car.I contacted the factory a second time in which they were definitely helpful and they contacted Bob at west mifflin .He told the factory representative that he would prefer me to go to a different Goodyear location.I am certainly going to a different location, but from this point forward I would highly recommend that buyers / Customers be cautious of this location.I really dont like to leave a negative review for anyone.I am certain Bob as a long-term employee and everyone can have a bad day.Well I dont look for a call from the store nor will I accept one, Robert there are better ways to handle customers!!!!

I took my car to Good Year in West Mifflin because I broke down on the road due to my car completely shutting down. It would barely charge when my dad tried to jump the car just enough to get it to good year. This problem occurred once before where we thought it was fixed. Good year had my car for 9DAYS and couldnt figure out what was wrong with my car even after my dad told them what he thinks is wrong with it after doing a lot of researching. In the end, Good Year said they didnt have the correct tools to check out the wire that needed tighten in the car. But 9 DAYS... yes, there is a pandemic going on, but 9 days is a bit much. I gave 2stars instead of 1 because my entire family are loyal customers to this Good Year... so since Good Year couldnt fix my car, I took it to Dean Honda on 51 which was another problem.

Bob was very friendly and had me in and out of the shop as quickly as possible. I got a very fair price on a new tire. Will be going back for any needs in the future.

Took four hours to get tires put on. That was even with an appointment. Service tech didn’t cover back rest a vehicle, back rest was wet from his sweat. Disgusting.

I was desperate on a Saturday afternoon when I was told my front tires were bald and needed to get new tires before Monday due to snow storm coming and I drive a lot for work. I called and asked if they could help me. They drove to another store and picked up the tires I needed and got them put on before they closed Saturday. So thankful!!!

Scheduled an appointment for 9/29 at 3pm for a flat repair and rotation. Upon arriving at 2:45, was told they could not see me today and i could leave the vehicle overnight. Guess what..next day, tire is flat. The gentlemen told me that you can schedule whatever you want online but it doesnt matter. Why have an online scheduling system? What a fiasco, will never come back here.

They messed my transmission they sold me the deal cause i dont know and i did oil changes there only when i bought my car and they messed my oil pan drain plugTHEY SELL YOU STUFF YOU DONT NEED.

These guys will NEVER honor their warranty on their tires. Ive had three sets of tires with them and every time they wear out early Id go in and try to get them replaced or pro-rated. Every time theyve got an excuse to weasel out of it. Well you didnt rotate them. Your alignment is off. My tires were rated for 65,000 miles. After 25,000 miles the wire was showing through on them. Is it their fault? Of course not! Its mine for choosing to do business with them after the first two times. Poor service and poor quality tires obviously.

Bob made the wrong call this weekend. Choosing the $100 over embracing a new customer.(it was a busy weekend, so he probably felt he didn’t need any new customer.)The short story being we decided to go with snow tires on our Honda Odyssey this year. Bought them last fall at Goodyear and had them switched out to our all season on Friday. Well wouldn’t you know we woke up Saturday morning to a FLAT TIRE. Had to call Triple A to get the spare on, missed my photo shoot, and had to lug the tire back out, leave it, then return, wait another 45 minutes, and pay another $100. (Upon inspection, it was a determined to be a broken valve stem. How it got broke was intuitive to us, but not Bob. Charged us $100. Threw the spare in the back for me to stow (which wasn’t easy). Took me 20 minutes. Parked in plane view outside their office door. No offer to assist. Since it was a busy place, Bob had his $100 and a long busy afternoon ahead.New customers be weary. We are no longer new customers. Lots of options out there.(Note - woke up this morning with the TPMS Light on which needs to be reset. I think we’ll take it to the dealer.)This Goodyear simply doesn’t have it together, over scheduling or understaffed which causes a lack of attention to the small stuff and basic courtesies.

I came in for a tire upgrade and needed the new tires mounted on a set of aftermarket wheels. I had a bunch of (self-inflicted) headaches with hub rings, lug nuts, and TPMS connection. Bob and team were patient, knowledgeable, and got the job done right.
