With a pandemic going on, I was looking for a good beverage distributor that would deliver. Although I am on the opposite side of the state, B2U’s website assured delivery (by courier!) out here to me. Well, I certainly was not disappointed! It arrived only 6 business days later (ordered on a Friday, received 2 Mondays afterwards). I admit, I got a little worried when’s week later I still hadn’t heard from the courier. But today (Monday), I got a text and an email from the courier announcing that the delivery was on its way from a nearby distribution center. Less than two hours later, the courier was at my door with the nicely packed array of the beverages I ordered. Well done, and I’m looking forward to using their services again!
Having successfully ordered and received beer from you numerous times over the last year I would have rated 5 stars every time before my most recent experience. While I do understand I reside outside of your target clientele range and the difficulties of running a business in these trying times, with short staffing, you do advertise delivery within PA and dont specify an exact distance. Being a little over an hour from you I still wouldve gladly paid a delivery fee for the convenience of getting an array of beer I am not able to get in rural south western PA.I placed an order with you July 20th. Knowing it typically takes a few days to receive I allowed a 10 day grace period without bothering you. I contacted you towards the end of July and was given a formal apology which I appreciated and was told it would be delivered within the week. 10 days later I contacted you again and was given another apology and told it would be delivered the next day. Today (a week later) I contacted you still without receiving my order and was told I would be called back with a delivery date and was told you were going to see what you can do for me for my inconvenience. A few hours later you called me back to let me know ownership has decided to cancel my order and refund me in full. Im sorry but just being okay with losing a customer is no way to run a business, especially one that has been a true advocate to you by both continuing to order from you and advertising your beer selection and delivery convenience via word of mouth.In my line of work I provide service to hundreds of people of month most of whom reside in Pittsburgh to which I have told to countless people of your business. Im not disappointed in the fact that you werent able to deliver to me (Vicki can attest to my patience and understanding). I am however extremely disappointed in how my specific situation was handled and how long it took you to do so. For that reason I can no longer be a customer nor recommend your business anymore.
Love having our beer/beverages delivered from beverages2u. They are always on schedule and have a great selection to pick from. Highly recommend!

Ordered 6 x 4 packs of Lacto Kooler but the next day was contacted saying they actually didn’t have any. I’m not sure how a company miscounted by 24 but apparently it’s possible. Not impressed.
This is a fantastic company. Great customer service - called me to verify something and were delightful. I ordered my beer early yesterday evening and it was delivered to me in Pittsburgh at 10:00am today! Delivery person was wearing a mask and was very kind. So excited to have this family owned business to continue to support and tell everyone all about! Thank you for making this so easy and enabling much needed moments of joy through beer!
Fantastic service, great selection and reasonable prices! Ordered on a Friday and delivered to our front porch the next day. Delivery professionals were friendly and wore masks. Highly recommend!

I recently made my 1st purchase with this company the next morning I got an email from Beverages2U saying they cannot fulfill my order and will be refunding my money minus $7.99 for a restocking fee. Beverages2U refuses to give me all my money back they are the ones that canceled the order if you cant fulfill an order why charge the customer for it?I feel like I just got scammed out of my money!Update here is the response from Beverages2U not only does there website give you options for delivery of Alcohol products out of state I also paid for shipping. Since they can not ship out of state this has prompted them to do a refund again not my fault as there website allows you to purchase shipping options for out of state orders. It only says free shipping in Pa only does not say can not ship alcohol out of state look at there rude response below I have pictures showing I paid for shipping!Anyone can go on Beverages2U and choose shipping to a different state for Alcohol products they might want to review their own website as I think this company has made an error and wants to argue over $7.99Not only is it listed on every page that beer is only shipped in PA; as well as during the check out process, it did not allow you to ship out of the state PA. You chose local pickup so you are more than welcome to come and pick it up and then your $7.99 will be refunded. We are not responsible for your own negligence, not only once but twice when you ignored the statement that beer is only shipped in PA (which is clearly stated in bold letting) as well as when YOU chose local pickup our warehouse facility. Due to your own incompetence our staff has to take the time to process your order and our warehouse wasted time pulling an order that again YOU chose as pick up. All of these things cost our family company money, hench the $7.99 restocking fee
