A string of horrible things happened but, Manager John Doyle at the West Mifflin store showed exceptional customer service and I highly recommend using this specific store because of Mr. Doyle. Things happen, but when a company is willing to take responsibility and then stretch their arm out to rectify mistakes where they can - that is the sign of a company I wish to do business with.

Called multiple times to order cabinets, got the run around for literally 3 months before I gave up. Was told many times someone would call me the next day which never happened.

The drivers at 84 Lumber drive unsafely and aggressively on the road. They cut people off and almost caused an accident. The car was swerving on highway going 25 mph over the speed limit.
