As I was paying for my order, I had accidentally taken my card out too soon before the process was complete. This was a simple mistake; however, the cashier, Anthony (Tony), was incredibly rude to me in response to the mishap. I was actually taken aback by his incredibly unfriendly, unpleasant, unprofessional, humiliating comments. He kept repeating “ I don’t know why you took your card out. Now I have to restart the whole process. I dont know why you would do that. I can’t believe you did that. Why would you take your card out before it was done processing?” This was a completely inappropriate reaction to a mistake that was easily corrected. I honestly have never been so appalled by a service member.
I was treated with such rudeness!!! On June 2, 2021 I stopped for a a car wash...$16. I used my get go card and paid by my credit card. No receipt given and the wash was horrible!!!I stopped in to ask for receipt...couldnt get one. I also ask to speak with a Manger for 2 reasons. Wash didnt even get bird dropping off my window plus no chips. Manager would not speak with me but sent a young man out. He wouldnt even look at my car and was rude.STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!
Mask wearing not enforced.Be warned as of April 2021 employees ARE wearing masks but when they tell customers to put on a mask the customers DO ignore them. No consequences are happening. I’m sorry masks are soo inconvenient for some (tiny violin) but it is a state rule. GetGo needs to empower its employees to kick out no maskers. Hire a bouncer if you need to but GetGo employees safety and the safety of rule following, mask wearing customers are at risk. I will only be using the curb side pick up at this location from now on.

Wonderful cashier. I bought a few things, including chapstick and requested no bag. While I cashed out, the cashier unboxed my chapstick, pitched the packaging, and said something along the lines of if youre buying it here, you probably really need it.
Tom the Crew Leader, is the leader for a reason. He went up and beyond with customer service! He noticed me buying Tylenol and recommended a free glass of ice water. The water helped my headache more than the Tylenol. Thanks Tom!
I go here all the time, its really convenient and right by my house. Love it!!
Stop to use restroom and get a drink. Restrooms were a mess toilet paper and seat liners all over the floor. Absolutely no toilet paper, soap OR paper towels in restroom.
Large parking lot. Good amount of gas pumps. Basic gast station food. Horrible car wash.
2 nd time ive gotten food made wrong first time order a pizza with mushrooms and black olives got back to work had a plain pizza today myself and a co worked went therd he ordered a pizza with onions black olive pepperoni and steak and extra cheese he got a pizza with onions and olive my pizza order was a mushroom and olive pizza i got a mushroom and olive pizza with American Cheese called to speak with manager was left on hold for 15 minutes
Always very friendly with a great selection of about everything.
This is the most poorly managed getgo in town. Slow, angry employees, no management onsite. After waiting for 15 minutes, they accidentally dropped my food on the floor. At that point I wanted a refund. While processing my refund, the Crew Lead, Tom, was rude, sarcastic and condescending.
