Went to smell perfume a few weeks ago. I asked if I needed to have my mask on. The lady working said no, just put it back on after you are finished in that section. I go today to smell perfume and a rude blonde woman tells me I need to have my mask covering my mouth only. So I can sneeze and breathe on everything through my nose, but if my mouth is covered it’s ok? What logical sense does that make? I should have to wear a mask properly or not at all. Why are the rules different depending on who is working? Absolutely stupid.

They were nice to us

Had an issue with a product that I had complained about to the company who made this product. Well they informed me I needed to take it back where it was purchased instead of them actually dealing with it. The manager at Ulta was amazing she helped in every way she could and resolved the problem!

I visited this Ulta location a week ago and had a poor experience. When I was checking out, my card got declined (because of a chip malfunction on Ulta’s end) and the cashier kept implying that my card was faulted and that I should “get a new one if it keeps declining like this.” Meanwhile, it was a brand new card and I told her that it had not declined anywhere else in the past. Then, she prompted me to use a different payment method because she did not know what to do or how to fix the problem, which was super inconvenient for me. Earlier in my visit, it took a long time (and several different associates) to check in the back for a product I wanted that was not on the shelves. They then said they did not have the product after I waited for almost 30 minutes. Displeased with this visit.

Went to the salon and the lady did a horrible job

It so beyond gross how much me and my friends got followed in there everytime i even looked at something they recommended to us and every single worker asked us if needed help and then just started saying oh well this is good which is very much appreciated but i know that its because they think we were stealing but like i felt such anxiety in there and like they were gonna accuse us of stealing and all that everytime i go into an ulta and supposedly alottt of other people they get followed and started at by every worker like i just wanted to look around i didnt even really wanna buy anything and they pressured me so much to buy and it was bc they thought we were stealing theres no other way around it so wont be going back there i guess
