Brian the owner is a very honest guy. I got an estimate elsewhere for a rear hatch dent on my car. The first place wanted me to replace the whole door and charge me a lot of money. Brian did a fantastic job and saved me over $1500 because he actually repaired the door and didnt try and just give me a new one. I HIGHLY recommend him.

My car got towed to Factory Auto Body after an accident and Im so happy with the service I received. They gave me great advice on how to deal with my insurance company and keep my car on site until it was appraised. My insurance came to inspect it the same day thanks to this advice! I cant thank Factory Auto Body enough for helping me out. They really care about their customers. I would definitely use them again!

Took my vehicle for frame repair and he will not return the vehicle to me after we decided against having the work done. Be very careful leaving your vehicle on site. I have gone to the shop to get my vehicle back and he wont even produce it.

Have to say, Brian (the owner) is an amazing guy. He cares a lot about his customers and treats them with nothing but respect. He constantly makes sure your getting the best deals, and are 100% happy with your repairs. He will make sure that your insurance company isnt screwing you over, and you get everything you deserve. BTW his paint jobs are spotless, and body work cant be beat!

Brian was the most helpful auto body technician ive ever met, he is such a sweetheart and helped my family out so much when it came to fighting with our insurance company to get us what money we deserved, best service ever and we will definitely be recommending to family and friends!!
